I haven't seen Gene, since I went back early. I know sit in my room writing stories.

   "Hey Holly," Maddy says, I wave, " I got your book covers printed".
   "Thanks" I respond as she hands them to me. Theirs just enough room for my story, 'Saving the World'. It's stupid but I find it enjoyable.
    I do that to my other two books and then call it a day. I had classes tomorrow so I needed some rest

    I wake up at 8:00 and start getting ready, I grab my bag and walk to class. I had Math first, and I only did what I needed. At my college, I only needed to do the equations, not show my work.
    I finish up and go to some of my other classes, then lunch; then theirs me bumping into Tom.

     It all started when I was picking up my books, I turned around in a sharp turn, and bumped into him.
    I felt really bad but when I got back to my dorm, I forgot about it. I read Percy Jackson and settled down.

      It went like this for 2 years, but I still have two more to go.

     Gene's POV:
   My college experience was slightly different. People teased me since I was so immature. I wanted to be myself but I didn't think I was that bad. So I changed myself, now I'm mature. Everyone sees me as smart.
    "Hey, Gene" Brendan says, walking up to me.
    I have my reading glasses on, which I use permanently now.
   "Good Day Brendan" I respond, putting my books in my bag.
   "Okay, first off, what happened to you?" He asks, I'm shocked that he's so calm saying that.
   "I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are talking about. But I really need to get back to my dorm" I fake a smile and pick up my bag, he stops me from going, "Brendan, excuse me"
      "Where is the Gene I used to know? The one that made me laugh," He begins. But I cut him off by saying, "She's-"
   "The one I love" He says, I turn around.
   "Love? Love is a strong word, now if you excuse me; this conversation is over" I say walking away to my dorm.

     I don't share a dorm with anyone; it's not the biggest anyway. I slump down at the door and throw my glasses off, along with my bag. The books spill out and I curl myself up.

     Again, I'm only going for 3 years. I'm smart enough they say I don't need all four.
  

       I go back to school soon, so I'm just picking up Everest from the vet. I get back and let Everest run wild, as I clean up my room. I hear a knock on the door, so I open it.
    "Alisha?" I say, looking at the familiar face.
   "Gene, I'm sorry! Forgive me! Now!" She begs, I close the door but she pops it back open.
    "Leave!" I yell, she's not even supposed to be here.
   "No! Not until we are friends again!" She screams, I shake my head 'no'
    I see Brendan run in and do a move he learned at Karate.
    I hug him and start to cry, "This isn't me, I don't know who I am!"
    "I do, I know who you are. Your Gene, you're the you, you've always been" He responds. Before I know it, he's gone. It's my last year here, my last month here.
    
    I start packing up my stuff two weeks later and I finally have everything.

    Holly's POV:
  I kissed Tom, under the mistletoe a few months ago. Now we are dating, I kind feel weird about it. You see, Link wasn't the best and he cheated on my with; not Rachel, but someone else. Then Mathew and Rachel where with each other, now it's him and Callie. I'm with Tom now, the best thing; besides Gene.

    
   I pack up my stuff and send Esmerelda with Tom who's already done College. I went to college, and I now I can be an author, artist, and I can also own my own shop.
   
     It's graduation day, my Dad is here, and my mom is at Gene's. Gavin, Garret, and Ashley where at Gene's too. Nick and Lori came to mine with their kids.

    "Scott, Holly!" The Principal announces, I walk out and get my diploma. I didn't have to make a speech, so I was almost a little bummed.

    Gene walked up on stage when the called her name, tears filled her eyes. She took her diploma and raised it in the air, and walked off to her Mom and siblings.

     She walks to Brendan and hugs him, only he gets down on one knee.
    "Gene, will you marry me?" He asks.
