School. That's where it started.

It was 1:00 PM or 12:40 PM, somewhere near that time.

I was sitting in my seat, fidgeting with my puddy. I couldn't wait for what the teacher was about to say.

It seemed to take forever for her to say those words. For a while, she was just silent. Completely silent. I was ready to just run out of that classroom and go to the library.

The girl near my seat couldn't wait either. It was somewhat obvious.

I still remember what the girl looked like: Straight, blond hair that reached the middle of her back, ocean blue eyes that always showed a hint of mischief, and her light skin. It wasn't pale, but it was somewhat close. She looked a lot like me.

The girl was scribbling in her notebook, probably writing something. I wonder what..

I wanted to introduce myself, but before I could, the teacher spoke.

"Class, line up. We're going to the Book Fair!" The teacher announced.

The entire class got up and rushed to the line, trying to be the first. Me nor the girl were in front.

Our teacher brought us to the library down the hall and let us look around. I was the first one to start looking.

My eyes darted left to right as I scanned the many books. There were so many..

The envelope of cash I brought was being held tightly in my hand. I wouldn't lose it for the life of me.

Then, I spotted a book with the name "Dan" in it. Maybe it was Dan and Phil!

I rushed over to the book, shoving past the kids in my way. A wave of disappointment filled me as I read the rest of the title. It was a DanTDM book.

"Oh, DanTDM!" Somebody exclaimed.

I turned to the voice and saw the girl from before. She looked disappointed too, so I tried lightening the mood.

"It'd be better if it was Dan and Phil." I said.

Her face lit up. "You watch Dan and Phil?!"

"Yeah."

"I do too!"

We immediately hit it off from there. I learned her name, which was Sara, and she learned mine. After that little encounter, we became best friends.

And we're still friends to this day.
