"Breaking News! Just yesterday in the afternoon, young Aubrey Tomlinson was kidnapped from a hotel in Dallas. Hours later she was found alive but injured in a home just outside of the Dallas area.

Thomas and Angela Barnes were arrested and charged with kidnapping, attempted murder and child abuse. Authorities searched the home finding drugs as well as weapons that they feared could've been used on Aubrey had they not of gotten there in time. We received word from an outside source that Aubrey is going to be okay.

Our sources have reached out to the manager of One Direction to see how everyone was holding up, we'll have more information on this story tonight. Following this news, the label and manager of the band have postponed the rest of their tour and a public apology was issued from the band this morning promising fans that they would be back in a short while."

The TV suddenly turned off and I looked away from it and looked at my dad. He gave me a light smile and signaled for me to go to him. "Daddy, where's mommy?" I asked as I walked over to him.

"Waiting for us at Harry's my love." He answered. "We're going to Uncle Harry's?" I asked. "Yes baby doll. Since the tour was postponed for a few days, we've decided to use this time to have a little fun." He replied. I tilted my head in slight confusion. "What're we doing?" I asked. "We're going to go to an amusement park, everyone is meeting up at Harry's" He said. "Oh. Okay!" I said happily.

"What're we going to do tomorrow?" I asked curiously. He chuckled and helped me tie my sneakers. "We'll talk about tomorrow my dear" He answered. He grabbed my hand and his keys then we walked out of the door.

"We'll be back later mum!" He called out. "Alright Lou, be safe!" Gramma said back. "Wait! Lou! Can I go too?" Charlotte asked with pleading eyes. I looked up at him and gave him a puppy-eye look.

"Please daddy, can aunt Lottie go too?" I asked. He chuckled at the both of us and nodded. "Of course you can, but please I beg you. Hurry up" My dad said as politely as he could.

Charlotte squealed and rushed to get around. A few moments later she came back and was ready to walk out the door. "All ready?" My dad asked. Charlotte nodded and the three of us left the house and climbed into the car. "Daddy, how long will it take us to get to uncle Harry's?" I asked. "About two hours, so it's gonna be a bit of a drive sweetheart." My dad answered.

I sighed and turned my head to stare out the window. I started to grow bored as the minutes passed. My dad and Charlotte were rambling on about something when my dad's phone started to ring.

"I got it!" Charlotte announced. She answered his phone and did something so all of us could hear the person on the other end. "Are you guys on your way?" I heard Harry's voice. "Yes we are!" Charlotte squealed.

"Lottie! You're coming too? Awesome!" He said. Charlotte giggled. "So where exactly are we going?" She asked. "That's a good question, hold on a second. Hey! Liam! Where are we going again?" Harry shouted at Liam. I heard an irritated sigh come from Liam. "Why is everyone asking me where we're going? It was Paul who set it up!" He said.

"You're the only who seems to remember mate." I heard Niall's reply. Liam groaned but sighed. "We're going to Universal Studios. Once Louis gets here, we're all suppose to meet Paul at the airport and because of the events that happened yesterday, we'll be having extra security.

Paul booked us a hotel, two separate rooms and was able to get us park passes for to use for the week. We're taking a week off from tour because that's all the label can afford to give us right now." Liam replied in an irritated manner.

"Seems fair enough." My dad said. "I'm just a little worried for Aubrey now that you've explained it all. She's never flew on a plane before" My dad said. "I'm sure she'll be okay. She knows that we're there with her and nothing is going to hurt her." I heard my mom's voice say.

"MOMMY!" I screeched. Both my dad and Charlotte jumped slightly and looked back at me. "Please don't do that again" My dad warned. I heard my mom laughing on the other end. "Hi princess! We're going to see you here very soon!" She said.

"Drive faster!" I whined. "Daddy could get in trouble for driving too fast sweetheart." My mom said. I slightly huffed and leaned my head back against my seat.

"Why don't you try taking a nap?" My dad suggested. "I'm not sleepy" I replied. I looked over and stared out of the window and watched the cars as we drove by them. Pretty soon I did start to grow sleepy. My eyes became heavy as I tried to keep them open but it was no use. After a few moments I was asleep.

Louis, Aubrey and Charlotte finally reached Harry's house about three hours later, a lot longer than they expected. Aubrey was still asleep when they arrived.

Everyone greeted each other and packed up Paul's and Louis' car with their bags. Eleanor, Harry, Charlotte and of course Aubrey rode with Louis while Niall, Liam and Zayn rode with Paul. They all stopped at a restaurant and ate before continuing on to the airport.

They were stopped by a few fans who gave their condolences to them all about the events that occurred the day before. The boys were more than happy to take a few pictures and sign some autographs.

The fans even wanted Aubrey, Eleanor and Charlotte in the pictures as well. The day ended with laughs and smiles. They enjoyed this day, and they're looking forward to enjoying their week off. They definitely needed this break. However, they'll soon discover that life has it's way of throwing obstacles at them. Hopefully, they'll be able to jump this obstacle. Especially Aubrey..
