*Max POV*

I woke up Dakota softly shaking me. I rolled over and opened my eyes blinking to adjust to waking up. He held a hot breakfast plate and a glass of coffee. I sat up smiling as he set it on a board and placed it on my lap. There were: eggs, pancakes in the shape of a smiley face, strawberry halves, bacon, and sausage in the shape of hearts. I smiled giving him a hug. He set my coffee on the side table to keep it from spilling.

Dakota Turned to head out the door, "Eat up. I'm taking you out later your gonna want to be filled" he shuts the door leaving me to eat.

As I hear his shower start I grab my phone. '9:30AM'; this is early but I guess it serves a purpose. I finished eating. I get up and grab my bag. I grabbed out a white long sleeve shirt, a short sleeve shirt to go over it, a pair of black ripped Jean's, and my red checkered Van's.

Dakota walks in as I'm grabbing my bathroom equipment.

*smack*

I Yelp. "That's my ass thank you very much" I glare at him rubbing my poor butt. He laughs and I flip him off walking out.

I brush my teeth fix my hair and do my daily routine before putting it all back in its spot.

"Ready?" I ask dakota as he is sitting on his phone scrolling through what I presume is his Instagram. He nods and stands up slipping it in his pocket and holding my hand. I feel the ring shift as he holds my hand smiling remembering everything from yesterday.

*3 hours later*

"Sigh"...."SIgh"...."SIGH".... I look at dakota. He laughs. "Are we almost there I'm bored." I complain as we pass another exit on the highway. I had no idea where we were but it better be worth it.

"Not quite. Still got about 2 or 3 more hours." My mouth dropped at his words. "What!? You mean I gotta sit in this car for 3 more hours!! I'm gonna go insane!" Dakota laughs grabbing my hand. I ripped it away and smacked it. "Hands on the wheel I'm not dying today."

He pulls onto the next exit entering the nearest gas station. I got out. "FREEDOM!" I ran inside using the restroom. I then used some money (dakotas money)to buy cheese balls, 3 monster energy drinks, and 6 veggie egg rolls.

I walked out with my bag and the change and sat in the car while he finished feuling. He gets in and looks at my partially see through bag. "Really max you do not need monster and cheeseballs." He sternly says. I give him his change and smile. He sighs and shakes his head smiling as he drives out. I turn the radio on putting my favorite CD in. All my favorite "emo" bands blare through the speakers.

*many hours later* it was 2:30PM when dakota finally pulled into this big parking lot. I look up. It was an amusement park. I smiled. I always wanted to go. If it wasnt for the safety locks I would be out of this car before he parked. As soon as I heard the click I jumped out and ran for the entrance. Once I got there dakota jogged to my side. He held his phone up to the guy who scanned it and then slide a blue band on my wrist. Dakota got a red one. I looked at his wrist confused.

"Why is yours different?" I pouted.
"Ha-ha it's okay love it's not for any reason. Unless you get pink. Pink is for babies and kids under 8." I looked around and realized alot of people had blue and red bands too. I smiled and ran off towards the rides.

Dakota grabs my hand, and my stuffed bear, and my slushie, and my bag of goods as I run up to a ride. He didnt like it because it was pink. I didnt care it looked cool and had loopy loops. I got in the front car jumping with joy. I took the bar and lowered it to my lap. It wouldnt click. I raised my hand and got assistance. And it took off.

I got off crying. I didnt like it. It got scary. I ran to dakota shaking. I hugged him and he took me to a bench to sit down.

"We wont go back on it okay. Well go to a different ride. Something nicer. But I'm going to put your stuff in the car." He stood up. "Stay here!" I dont need you going missing hours away from home. I nodded my head and sat down.

I waited 10 minutes before standing up needed to use the restroom. I went to the bathrooms leaving Dakota a message.

As I was walking out I felt someone pull a black mask over my head. I tried to scream but couldnt. I felt a stab in my arm and then everything felt fuzzy and I blacked out.
