I REWROTE THIS BOOK PLEASE GO CHECK IT OUT IF YOU WANT A BETTER AND MORE IMPROVED VERSION OF THIS ONE. I WILL TRY TO POST ON IT ATLEAST 2 A WEEK UNTIL I AM WHERE I AM AT IN REWRITTING IT THEN IT WILL PROBABLY DROP TO 1 TIME A WEEK. "You worthless piece of shit!" I crash against the wall as my mother throws me once again. I groan as I receive two kicks to the stomach. "If it wasn't for you he'd still be alive but you drove him off and killed him!" She screamed and kicked me in the head as I black out.

My eyes lazily open and I realize that I'm still on the ground. I slowly stand up groaning from the pain in my ribs. I didn't have to look to know they were bruised.

I had been getting abused for 5 years now. My brother moved out and has been trying to get custody of me for all this time and today I'm hopefully gonna be able to talk to a judge and get out of here.

I walked out to my car and hoped in and drove off to the court house where my mother and brother awaited.

"Max Leon" would you like to switch homes from living with your mother to your brother. I will let you decided since you are the appropriate age of consent" the judge peered over my forms and nodded contently. "Yes I would" I said stealing a glance at my now fuming mother.

"you son of a b-" She dove at me and tackled me to the ground punching me in the face before I was saved by 2 cops who handcuffed her and escorted her out of the room. My brother took the opportunity to run over to me and give me a supporting hug. "I'm so proud of you. You will always be my brother no matter what you were born as and I'm sorry that Mom couldn't see that. But I already have your bedroom set up. I'll take you by moms to get the rest of your stuff. And then we will get you finished settling in. I'm so proud of the man you've became" He said as he wraps his arms Around me. I nodded and thanked the judge as we walked to the main desk to finish filling out the forms; Then headed off to my new home.
