(Sorry for two crummy updates, I'll try and make this one spookier :))

                Everyone knows, you don't go in the woods at night. There are bears, and coyotes, not to mention the bob cats and mountain lions! Skunks and raccoons too. It's safer to stay near home during the night. Even in the days of flashlights and drones. We humans are still somewhat afraid of the deep dark scary woods, we have our conventional reasons, animals, or druggies depending on where you live, but there is always the real reason. Things come out at night, the slink in the darkest shadows, they creep up behind you, they grab you, they tear at you until you're dead, they feast on your flesh and life energy till there is nothing left and a pile of bones, flesh striped from them, and cracked open for the marrow lies upon the ground. These creature want not but to feed, they don't care who from, they don't care why you exist, or who you are, human, animal, fae. They only want to eat. They cannot be killed, but they can be out witted. But only if you are ready to sacrifice a life. The creatures are tall, taller than a red wood, if they were to stand on their hind legs, wrinkly dark skin blends with the tree's and under growth, slavering jaws with long sharp teeth, perfect for catching and killing prey, overly long arms end in long fingered hands with long razer like claws, often used for slicing and maiming prey, dog like hind legs make swift running easier. Just when you think you're safe...it's behind you, you didn't hear it approach, suddenly you feel it's hot breath, which stinks of rotting meat, it's burning saliva will drip onto your shoulder, eating it's way down to your bone.
