Yu: Yep.

Hiryuu: The shipyard, hm? I know where it is since I was the Commander's acting secretary after... a certain controversy between Takao and Zuikaku...

Souryuu: I'm pretty sure the Commander and his secretaries are the only ones allowed to go in there. I don't know about you though.

Yu: Seriously...

Hiryuu: I mean... I could help you get in there.

Hiryuu pulls something from her back. She flashed an ID.

I read it.

"Serves for Commander Minato Arisato"

Hm... I'm guessing Richelieu and Takao have something like that too.

Souryuu: You still have yours?

Hiryuu: Well... HQ never asked for it back. So... technically I'm still the Commander's secretary even though Takao is alive.

Yu: Wow, so can you help me?

Hiryuu: Ehhh... sure, why not?

Yu: Alright lead the way!

Souryuu: I'll accompany you guys too.

One hour later...

It took a while to find the Shipyard but we finally found it.

Hiryuu: Alright. Just stand back. It has a sensor to detect unwanted guests.

Hiryuu approached the very futuristic door. She took her ID out and scanned it.

The sensor scanned Hiryuu, head to toe.

"Welcome, Hiryuu of the Sakura Empire"

The door opened.

Yu: Alright, let's go!

The three of us entered. Damn, this room is cold and dark.

Hiryuu: Look! A wisdom cube!

Yu: A what cube?

Souryuu: A Wisdom Cube. A metaphysical object that contains the thoughts, ideals, and beliefs of humanity. It is the foundation of a Kansen. However... I don't know what the lore of a wisdom cube is. It's too complicated for one to understand.

Yu: I see...

Souryuu: That's also why priority ships have an attachment towards the Commander. He brought them to life thanks to him.

Hiryuu: And us... don't forget about that.

Souryuu: I was getting to that!

I looked closely at the Wisdom Cube.

"99%"

What does that mean? I looked around and noticed a sign saying...

"FFNF CHAMPAGNE"

Yu: What's the meaning?

Souryuu: Let me check...

She adjusted her glasses and inspected them.

Souryuu: FFNF Champagne, Iris Libre Battleship. Planned when the Commander came back to the base. Seems like the construction is almost done.

Hiryuu: I guess we can wait for her to be completed.

Yu: Yeah I guess.

Half an hour later...

As we were waiting for the completion of Champagne, Souryuu and Hiryuu talked to me about their past at the base.

Yu: Wow... you guys were crazy back then!

Souryuu: Well... we changed. Thanks to the Commander!

Hiryuu: Yeah... I regret being a jerk to him.

A white light then shined in the room. It was very bright that I covered my eyes.

Yu: Woah!

Hiryuu: Cover your eyes sis!

We covered our eyes until the brightness ended.

I opened my eyes.

A girl was standing right in front of us.

She has long light blue hair, pale skin, a white dress? No pants? She has black shoes and socks. She's shorter than me and looks taller than Minato. Then again she seems to be wearing platform heels.

"Champagne": ...

Hiryuu: Greetings? Um... my name is Hiryuu. This is Souryuu.

Souryuu: Hello!

Champagne: I'm... Champagne... Iris Libre... battleship...

I can't tell if she is emotionless, sleepy, or bored.

Gotta say... her thighs looking nice...

Champagne: Commander... I can feel his lovely heart rate from such a far distance...

Hiryuu: Huhhh?

Yu: Wow.

Champagne started to slowly walk away.

Hiryuu: Um... why did you want to find Champagne again?

Yu: Well, I wanted to investigate and fight her but... I'm having second thoughts...

Souryuu: Well, that wraps up our search I guess.

Timeskip to the next day, Minato's POV:

After a long day yesterday from possible yanderes, I'm in my office thinking about Richelieu, but I have to finish my work. I was gonna tell her how I felt towards her yesterday but Forbin and Nagato were fighting and broke my window.

Minato: *yawn* Enter...

The door opened revealing Akashi holding three boxes.

Akashi: Nya, hello Commander!

Minato: Hi Akashi. What's with the boxes?

Akashi: It's for you, nya!

Minato: I see...

Minato: Hey, Akashi?

Akashi: Nya?

I moved my pen around.

Minato: Do you... still, have the Forbidden Ring?

Akashi: NYA!!??? THE FORBIDDEN RING!? WHY WOULD YOU WANT THAT, NYA!?

Minato: Just want to know if you still have it. That's all.

Akashi: Oh, well I still have it, Nya. It's in a safe place though.

Minato: I see. Thanks for the info.

Akashi: Your welcome, nya?

Akashi: Anyways, I brought these boxes because there isn't any more room in the cat lodge. See ya, nya! I gotta have everything prepared for the fight between Yu and Forbin!

Akashi left leaving the boxes on my desk.

I opened all three boxes and three round little creatures burst from the box.

Minato: What the!? Meowfficers? She brought me Meowfficers!?

I then noticed Richelieu entering. Looks like Akashi didn't close my door...

Richelieu: Hey Minato- Eh? Aww, looks at those cute Meowfficers! They're cute just like you Minato!

Did she seriously just nonchalantly say that?

Minato: Um, little help?

There's one on my head and two on each of my shoulders.

Richelieu: Oh, of course!

Richelieu approached me and managed to take all three of them off me.

Minato: Phew... thanks, Richelieu.

Richelieu: Hehe~ No problem. They're all very cute I must say.

The Meowfficers then jumped from Richelieu's arms and attached to me again.

Minato: *sigh*

Richelieu: Wow... is there a way to get these Meowfficers to like me as much as they like being cuddled by you?

Minato: It's probably because I'm the Commander. But anyway, is there something you need?

She nodded.

Richelieu: I brought you a bento box! It has foods you like.

Minato: Wow seriously? Just for me?

Richelieu: Yep!

Minato: I see, but why?

Richelieu: It's my thanks for your hard work and the chocolates you gave me. Not only that but, you should eat something before you work!

Damn, I did forget to eat.

Minato: Yeah... I sometimes forget to eat. It's whateves though.

Richelieu: You shouldn't forget to eat. If you don't you'll get sick. I don't want that to happen to you because I'll be worried for you.

Minato: Haha, alright you convinced me.

I accept the bento and placed it on my desk.

Minato: By the way, I have something to tell you.

The Meowficers then climbed to the ground. Dang, do they know what I'm about to say?

Richelieu: What is it?

Here goes nothing. Either rejection, friend-zoned or it works.

Minato: Richelieu... I've lately noticed that you do a lot for me.

Richelieu: Well, I am your secretary...

Minato: I know but... my other secretaries didn't do so much like what you do for me. Takao... Jintsuu... Enterprise... Hiryuu... all different towards me but you seem to have a connection with me, you know?

Richelieu: I-I see...

Minato: I know you've developed a crush on me when we started to get to know each other. I was hesitant to ask you because I didn't want you to think I thought of you as a yandere.

Richelieu: Ah-... Uhm, w-what do you mean by that?

Minato: I just mean that I appreciate the amount of support you give me. You don't have to make food for me but you do it anyway. None of my secretaries really make me things but I don't mind it. However, you're special.

Minato: Yeah. It's cute though.

Minato: I'm glad you accept my feelings for you. You're like the best thing I could have asked for. After going through a lot together.. my emotions improved by being within your presence... made them bloom like a flower. You really helped me.

I head patted Richelieu.

Richelieu: Hehe~ Let's keep our relationship a secret, okay?

Minato: Heh, you got that right.

Minato: Oh, Richelieu was just dropping off some paperwork for me.

Richelieu: Salut Forbin. I'm guessing you're ready to have your battle with Yu?

Forbin: Of course!

Forbin's mind:

WHAT THE FUCK!? DOES THE CARDINAL THINK I'M DUMB ENOUGH NOT TO NOTICE HER PUTTING HER LIPS ON MY COMMANDER!?

Forbin: Just don't forget what I said if I win! Which I will!

Minato: Right...

Forbin left my dorm.

Richelieu: You think she caught us?

Minato: I dunno. Don't really care though.

Minato: It's fine. Why don't we spectate their fight together?

Richelieu: Really? But what about your paperwork?

Minato: It can wait. Takao can handle it, probably.

I should really get a 3rd secretary.

Richelieu: Alright. It's in a few hours though.

Minato: We can just hang out in the meantime. Heh, our first time hanging out as a couple now.

Akira's POV:

Our group was about to start exercises until we noticed the leaderboards.

Warspite: Wow, the leaderboard reset?

Bremerton: She's right! Besides I'm sure it'll be easy!

After spending time with Richelieu, we both walked together to watch Yu's battle.

Woah, I didn't know there was a stadium built.

We entered the small stadium.

Takao: Hey Commander!

I heard Takao's voice and saw her waving at me.

Richelieu and I approached her.

Minato: What's going on? Also, I thought you were doing paperwork from HQ?

Takao: Everyone from the port gathered to see Yu vs Forbin. I couldn't miss out on it. So, the paperwork won't be done today... sorry.

Great, HQ is gonna be breathing down my neck now.

Atago: Hey Commander~

Minato: Atago? You're here too?

Atago: Of course, we haven't had an event this big until now!

Minato: Well, I guess this event is a day where we can relax for once.

Then again... the relaxation request I accepted has to also be accepted by HQ. Might be hard because I have yet to have finish my paperwork, but I can't be bothered right now. Hopefully, HQ accepts it soon.

Atago looked at Richelieu.

Atago: Oh, are you the Cardinal of the Iris Libre?

Richelieu: Yes I am. Nice to meet you Miss Atago.

Atago: Same to you Miss Richelieu. Fufufu~ It seems you like being with the Commander hm?

Richelieu: W-Well, I respect him a lot so there's that.

We all heard a loudspeaker, it was Akashi's voice.

Akashi: Welcome all, nya!

Akashi: We have Yu and Forbin against each other! The Commander told Forbin she can become a Knight if she beats Yu, nya!

Yu: I'll beat you Forbin! I don't know you much but I'll defeat you!

Forbin: Ahaha! You're funny!

Akashi: Let's get ready to countdown, nya! 3!

Every shipgirl: 2!

Minato: 1...

I quickly dodged one of her moves.

Forbin: Heh, I combined the firepower from my turrets with my blade. If you didn't dodge you would've been split in half. Impressed?

This girl isn't just strong... she's creative!

Yu seems pretty calm about this. Just hope his smack-talking won't come back to bite him in the ass.

Forbin: Well then... prepare for this! All-out Assault!

Forbin fired at me. I quickly got out of the way in time.

I jumped and struck my sword at her.

Forbin: Heh, bad move. Emergency Maneuvers!

Forbin quickly dodged my move and retaliated.

I think one actually hit me... I then fell to the floor.

Yu: Augh... shit... it really hurts...

Akashi: Forbin lands the first hit, nya!

Essex: Get up Yu!

Akira: Forbin surely won't kill him... right?

Nagato: Hopefully not...

I heard footsteps slowly walking toward me.

Forbin: Seriously? One hit? Even that Sakura shipgirl lasted longer than you. You're pathetic...

I slowly got up.

Forbin fired another barrage towards me.

I then felt something in my head.

Forbin looks in pain. I kinda feel bad but she is literally trying to kill me.

Minato: Alright Forbin. I decided that you will... not be a knight.

Forbin: Hmph. Well. EVERYONE! Earlier this morning when I walked inside of the Commander's office, I saw Cardinal Richelieu kissing the Commander!

Richelieu covered her face.

Takao: Really?

Everyone started gossiping while Forbin made her escape.

Yu: Wait! Damnit! I won but at what cost?

After the big event, I went back to my office and finished some paperwork for almost 2 hours. After that, I went to Richelieu's dorm.

Richelieu: I can't believe she really said that...

Minato: Yeah, it surprised me too.

Richelieu: Are you sure you still want to go out even after... all this?

Minato: Of course I do! You're my girlfriend, I love you a lot and I will defend you.

Richelieu: Heh, you're words make me feel calm...

Richelieu rested her head on my shoulder.

Minato: Yeah, however... we have to watch out for Forbin, Surcouf, and Émile.

Richelieu: I understand. What about Champagne? Isn't she suppose to be completed today?

Minato: I don't know where she is. Takao told me she was completed but when she went to see, she wasn't there.

Richelieu: I'm a little worried.

Minato: Why's that?

Richelieu: If all four of them team up it will be a difficult battle.

Minato: You're not wrong about that. It's fine though. With Yu awakening to his Persona, we have more strength. I promise you, Richelieu. The Iris Libre will be united.

Richelieu: Merci mon amour. I will fight alongside you too...

She lifted her head from my shoulder and faced me. She closed her eyes and pressed her lips on mine. I did the same.

Minato: Richelieu...

Richelieu: Minato~
