Charles;how do we get ichika and Max close enough to attack it? He would need energy to attack it so how can we get them close enough
Charles said

Gudako;Max could use his cannons to distract it
Gudako suggested

Laura;yes but there has to be an IS that is fast enough to catch up with the target....we need a IS with a super high sensitivity hyper sense
Laura said as she puts her hand under her chin

Ichika;wait a minute I'm going?!
Ichika asked as he stood up

Everyone;of course
They said in unison

Ichika;don't say it in unison!
Ichika said as he looked towards them

Chifuyu;Orimura this is not training it's a real battle if you don't have the resolve I won't force you
Chifuyu said as she looks towards her brother

Max;if it comes down to it I'll take the thing on....it's a unmanned IS meaning no consequences for destroying it
Max said as he looks towards ichika

After a few minutes ichika agreed to go on this mission, chifuyu that planed out The Who would be accompany Max and ichika and she chose houki (due to houki's sister bugging her) and made it clear for everyone that the operation will consist of Ichika,Max and houki to pursue the target and the operation would begin in 30 minutes.......... Max was on the beach watching the waves as Gudako walks up to him

Gudako;hey um Max?
Gudako said as she sits next to Max

Max looks towards Gudako
Max;yea Gudako what's up
Max asked as he looks towards her

Gudako grabs Max's jacket arm sleeve tightly
Gudako;can you promise me to come back okay?
Gudako said as she looks into Max's eyes

Max understood by her asking that since the incident with Laura and now this mission
Max;yea I promise Gudako I'll be back before you know it
Max said as he gets up

Gudako stands up as well as she feels something wrapped around her neck and sees it's Max's scarf and goggles were placed on her head

Max;take care of those for me okay
Max said as he activates his IS

Gudako;max!!
Gudako shouted as Max turn towards her

Max;yea?
Max said as he looks towards her

Gudako;when you come back I have something to tell you okay!
Gudako said as she looks towards Max

Max gives her a thumbs up
Max;can't wait to hear it
Max said as he waits for the mission to start

((30 minutes later))

Once the time was up ichika,houki and Max take flight and head towards the gospel......as they were flying houki picks up the gospel in view

Houki;ichika,Max I see it the gospel
Houki said as she flys next to them

Ichika;so that's the silver gospel!
Ichika asked as he hangs onto houki

Max;about time it was getting boring just flying around
Max said as he flies next to them

Houki;we're going to Accelerate and you'll come in contact with the target in ten seconds!
Houki said as she and Max activator Brusters

As I activate thrusters they expelled accelerate speed catching up to the gospel in the matter five seconds...... As ichika got ready to swing his sword at the gospel but at the last second the gospel dodges the attack

Ichika;it dodged?!
Ichika said as he jumps off houki and flies next to max

Max;alright let's go for a pincer maneuver ichika take the left and houki take the right I'll hit it from the front
Max said as they split up

As they began to try and attack the gospel it fires off mini missiles towards max and the others....as they were dodging houki uses her drones to attack the gospel allowing her to hold it in place

Houki;Ichika! Max now!
Houki shouted as she holds the gospel in place

Max draws his buster sword and manages to put a large gash onto the gospel's back but when ichika goes for his attack he stops and goes down blocking some of the gospel missiles

Houki loses her grip on the gospel and it flies back
Houki;ichika!! What are you doing that was a great opportunity!!
Houki asked as she looks towards him

Max;dude we had a chance to put major damage on it!!!!
Max said as he switches from his sword to his shield

Ichika looks towards houki and max
Ichika;there's a ship even though the teachers should've issued a sea blockade
Ichika said as he points towards the boat

Max zooms in on the ship
Max;it's probably a poaching ship
Max said as he dodges mini missiles

Houki;a poaching ship in this situation they're criminals ignore them!!
Houki said as she starts to attack the gospel

Ichika blocks a few of the gospel's bullets from the ship
Ichika; I can't leave them to die?!
Ichika said

Max;I'm pretty sure that they deserve it if their poaching!!!!
Max shouted as he blocks the gospel from hitting him with it claws
