After crying myself to sleep I have a huge headache and feel like crap the next day but I still get up and go to school. I make it through the day and decide to stop by Heidi's house after wards.

"Krystal, I'm so sorry I didn't believe you. Seeing what he did and hearing what he said.....I'm still shocked. I never imagined he'd do that....ever." Heidi says sadly and apologetically.

"People surprise us Heidi but you should of known I'd never lie to you, especially over something like that."

"I know and because of me not believing you, you decided to do something crazy to prove to me what he was doing. I just...never thought he'd be like that." She says while fighting back tears, I just hang my head and sigh.

"I'm going to head to the library today, I have research to do for English Class. I'll see you tomorrow." I tell her sadly, she just nods as I turn and walk away.

I get to the library and find a bunch of books I need for class, I spend hours flipping through them and taking notes. I decide to check out two books that I know will help me out the most and leave. As I'm leaving I pass by a restaurant and see someone unexpected leaving, Mike. I freeze solid and start to back away but end up falling on my butt and groan, this made him look in my direction and smile.

"Oh no." I whisper and get up and run back to the library only to have him rush up and grab my backpack and sweater and hold onto it.

"Not today. We need to talk." He says loudly as he pulls me off to the side of the library. "I said it wasn't over and it isn't. You will be mine." He says as he drapes a arm around my shoulder and leads me off.

"No!" I yell loudly as I fight to get free.

I squirm and fight and finally kick him between his legs which made him release me. I run and hear footsteps behind me, I look and see him following me but by now people have noticed the situation and have stopped him. I hear them calling to me but I'm scared so I run and keep running until I get on my street then I stop and start walking so I can catch my breath.

"Where have you been?!" My grandma shouts and glares at me as I walk up to the front door and open it.

"The library." I tell her blandly and show her my library books, she rolls her eyes at me and I just walk to my room and close my door. "She's so observant yet so blind." I grumble and change my clothes. I get under my covers and just cuddle my teddy bear and go to sleep.

The next day I walk past Heidi's house on the way home, she sees me and doesn't say anything. She just hangs her head as I walk by, I'm heading to Jason's house to tell him what happened. I need his help now more than ever and I know once he hears what's been going on he's going to be pissed. I walk up to his house and amazingly he's outside with their 3 Pomeranians.

"Jason!" I call out to him and lean on the gate, he sees me and smiles and walks over to me.

"Hey Krissy, hows it going?" He asks with a big smile on his face.

"I need your help." I whisper and watch as that smile quickly fades.

"Mike?" He whispers, I nod and he sighs and hangs his head. "Let me get the puppies inside and I'll come back out so we can talk."

"Ok."

He walks to the front door and lets the dogs in and comes over to the gate, he exits and we walk to my house where I unlock the gate and keep him by my grandpas car that's still in the driveway even though he passed away years ago.

"What's going on?" He asks with concern in his voice.

"Well. Mike has been harassing me and I tried to tell my friend Heidi that he admitted to stalking me but she didn't believe me so I kinda purposely put on a show for him and now he basically wants to rape me and has sexually assaulted me already." I explain nervously and back away because now Jason's face is red from anger.

"That was incredibly stupid Krystal. Beyond stupid and you know that. Now he probably thinks you want him to take you since you did that. Krystal you set yourself up!" He fumes in a low voice then takes a deep breath. "So He has been stalking you and now he's trying to rape you. Great. Just great." He groans sarcastically and leans on the car.

"So you can't help me?" I ask sadly and nervously.

"I can't be your body guard Krystal. I have other things to do and take care of. I'll do my best to keep you safe though because I don't want you to be a rape victim." He sighs and looks at me. "I can come tonight and maybe catch him in the act and tell him to back off. I just hope he doesn't have a weapon or anything. Krystal I really want to just go to the police with this."

"Then you'd never see me again and I'd be a prisoner." I whisper sadly and hang my head.

"But this is getting dangerous!" He whisper yells.

"I'd rather face this than face living locked away until she dies." I tell him firmly but sadly, I just can't win no matter what.

"Fine. I just hope he backs off if he knows you're protected." Jason groans. "Let's tell your grandma I'll be around tonight to patrol."

"Yeah. You know she'll let you."

We go up to my grandma and tell her Jason will be patrolling tonight to see if he can discover who's spraying. She agrees of course and he goes back home to dress in more suitable clothes. He returns and we go about or normal nighttime routine, by the time I was ready to sleep I felt so much more relaxed.

The next day I wake up and get ready for school and head outside to see Jason waiting for me, he sees me and smiles and motions for me to come.

"Good morning. Thought I'd walk you to school before I go home and sleep." Jason says with tiredness in his voice.

"Yeah. Sounds good to me. Bye grandma." I say quickly and head out the door.

"No diddle dallying today!" She shouts, me and Jason roll our eyes and head to the gate.

"I have a lot to tell you." He says in a firm whisper, I nod and we exit the gate and start walking. Once we pass by his house he takes a deep breath. "Mike came by last night. I saw him jump over the back wall near the second gate you guys have in the back, he saw me and freaked out. I told him he needs to leave you alone before I call the police and get him arrested. He just agreed and left over the wall again."

"That easy?" I ask with shock, he nods and I just sigh. "I don't think it's that easy."

"Me either." He sighs as we keep walking to school.

It's after school and I head to the front gate later than usual, as I exit and I'm grabbed and shoved against the wall and kissed forcefully. My eyes grow wide as I look at who's kissing me, I squeal and try to shove him off but he tightens his grip on me. I bite his lower lip only to hear him groan and kiss me more forcefully, I knee him in the crotch which made him finally pull away and release me.

"Mike! Leave me alone!" I shout and try to escape but he traps me against the wall with his arms.

"I will but I had to kiss and touch you again. I can't promise to leave you alone for good though. But I will give you a break so your friend or whatever he is will back off. I won't tell you when I'll be back but I will, I can promise you that." He says firmly and walks away like nothing happened.

"Why me?" I ask out loud as I slide down the wall. "Why couldn't I just stay undesired? Why does he want me of all people so badly?" I ask out loud and groan as I hang my head.

I take deep breaths and compose myself and start walking. I don't see Mike anywhere and I'm thankful for that so I head to Heidi's house to tell her what happened, she's outside waiting for me and when she sees me she rushes me.

"Krystal! You look so stressed...is Mike still harassing and stalking you?" She asks with concern as she looks me over.

"He was. My friend Jason confronted him last night and told him to back off but today Mike cornered me at school and grabbed me and kissed me. He said he would back off for a while but he'll be back. Heidi he scares me so badly, this is why I didn't want to get together with him in the first place!"

"I know and I forced you into it. I'm so sorry. I had no idea he was like this." She says sadly and lowers her head.

"Neither of us could of predicted it Heidi. I don't blame you because in the end it was me that caved in and did it." I tell her sincerely, she just looks at me and sighs. I know she still feels guilty, I would too but I don't blame her for what she did because she just wanted me happy. "I need to go tell Jason what's going on. I'll see you tomorrow."

"Ok. Be safe." She says sadly, I smile and nod as I walk down the street.

I walk home and walk to Jason's house only to see him outside again, I smile and tap the gate to get his attention and see the dogs rush the gate with their tails wagging like crazy. I reach in and pet them and giggle happily, this is how I met them in the first place. My love of animals and they have the cutest dogs that love me to death.

"It's good to hear you giggle again Krissy." Jason says happily and leans on the gate. "What's going on?"

"Mike stopped me after school, he shoved me against the wall and kissed me forcefully and told me he'd back off for a while so you back off but he will be back. He said he won't tell me when but he promised he will."

"At least he will leave you alone for a little while, that will give us time to think of a plan for when he does come back." Jason says and sighs heavily.

"Yeah. Let's talk about it this weekend?"

"Yeah. You can come over here and play with the puppies again. They really miss you." He says while smiling a big smile because the dogs are yapping and barking at me as he talks.

"I miss them too and I know your mom misses me as well." I say happily while smiling and petting the dogs.

"Yeah she does. You know she sees you as the daughter she never had and I see you as my sister."

"I know. She's like the mom I never had." I say sadly and hang my head.

"You know that still surprises us that it's you that it happened too. I remember watching the trial on tv..."

"I know. But it's in the past. Justice was served and there's nothing else that can be done."

"I know but honestly Krystal I don't know how you can talk to your dad after you found out what he did."

"He's my dad no matter what. That's it. Now I'll see you this weekend. Bye." I say firmly and walk off. I don't like talking about my moms murder, I just found out the truth and it still hurts beyond words.

"Bye." I hear him say sadly as I walk away. When I get home I start thinking of things to do that will get Mike to leave me alone, I want him gone for good.
