Date: 23rd June, Tuesday

Shuu's POV

"What? You both aren't coming?" Haru asked me and Hakuryuu. "Yeah my sister had caught a cold and I have to go attend her."

"And I am having a cold" Hakuryuu said wearing his mask and coughing.

"Well, get well soon to the both of them I guess. Bye now" Haru waved us goodbye at school.

Hakuryuu and I walked back to my house. "I can't believe she fell for it." Hakuryuu said.

"Well, don't let your guard down." We reached to my house and I got in. I greeted my sister as she watched her favorite cartoons. I went to my room along with Hakuryuu.

"When will she grow out it?" Hakuryuu snarked.

"What?" I muttered.

"The cartoons" He replied.

"It's fine" I laughed.

I locked my room and closed the curtains as a I turned on the light. Hakuryuu sat on the bed and I sat by the table and listened to what he had to say.

"I may was hit by the tranquilizer that day but I remember their voices vividly. Including their laugh." Hakuryuu remembered. 

"And who does it match?" I asked him.

"The basketball player, Ibuki and the Athlete, Matatagi." I paused at the names.

Hakuryuu continued as he walked over to my desk. "Matatagi and Ibuki. I am certain that they are the ones, who recused us from fifth sector. I recognize their voice and Matatagi who was carrying me. He was able to dash past the security to the elevator in a flash." He opened one of the notebooks and wrote down the names.

"That day I saw something shine as well. I closed my eyes and before I knew it, I was also in the elevator with Aries."

"I think that was Ibuki, he had silver hair." Hakuryuu described Aries. "Also yesterday I tried to see if I covered their face that their back would give off the the resemblance. And it did." My eyes widened in surprise.

I noted down the names of that group. "So you think all 8 of them are part of the Zodiacs." I asked him.

"I think so, but I don't know which ones they are." He scratched his head. I remembered the meeting where the Coach showed pictures which was taken by Haru on the day of the disaster. I quickly noted the zodiac names according to the matching photo as vividly as I could.

Hakuryuu watched closely as I continued. I had gotten all eight of them in the corresponding matches with four remaining with no names. "Who is the other four though?" Hakuryuu whispered.

"Well I have a few guesses." I answered to him. He looked at me and tilted his head.

"Well, for one Haru. She's the one who's friends with them. Plus Yuuki said, she was never able to join them for outside activities." Hakuryuu widen his eyes in suprise.

"WHAT?!" He screamed loudly. "Haru is betraying us?"

"Yeah, it's likely. I mean considering the fact that she knew about Kai going to be coming to Raimon instead of us to spy on the team."

Flash Back

"Um actually we both are THE SEEDs that were sent by fifth sector" I explained.

"Wait there was two of you? Why did you say there was one?" Coach asked Haru.

"Well when I hacked in to their system it said they were sending some guy name Kai, so that's why I sent the mail." Tsumugi said.

"What happened to Kai?" Tenma asked me.

"He caught Chickenpox and was admitted to the hospital. So fifth sector sent the both of us." I explained.

Flash Back

"I feel like it would be better to keep this amongst ourselves for a bit. If we are wrong we could end up barking up the wrong tree." I told to Hakuryuu. The both of us agreed as we nodded to each other.

Hakuryuu went to my bed and laid on his bed as he sighed. "So how are we going to confirm this? How do we find out if Haru is betraying us?" I turned over to the notebook and tapped my pen on the table thinking.

If we want to confirm this information, we need to spy on them. But just by stalking them we won't get an answer. We will most likely have to use something else. Like threatening them or something. IF we do threaten them we need to choose someone who will break easily... Like...

"Morimura Konoha, from Tonegawa Tousen."
"I don't do clubs."

"I have an idea!" I stood up and turned to Hakuryuu. "What?"

"What if we corner Morimura, the short haired girl with green hair?" I told him. 

"Why her?" He questioned as he sat up.

"Because of her personality. She was always very scared and startled a lot. And a soft spoken person with a kindness." I described her. 

"You really wanna break that soft girl to get more information?" He said in a unamused tone.

"I'm open to hearing your idea." I said in a sarcastic tone.

A moment of silence passed as we both stared in silence. He sighed before agreeing.

Date: 24th June, Wednesday

We both came to the study session at Haru today and left quickly when we finished. We said goodbye to our friends and walked away to a close by alleyway. I took off my backpack and took out some dark colored clothing. I wore a dark green hoodie with dark blue jeans. Hakuryuu wore a dark purple leather jacker over a graphic t-shirt with black pants.

I wore a pair of black shades with black mask with my hoodie over my head to cover my hair. Hakuryuu wore a cap along with the shades and mask. We put our backpacks behind the dumpster to hide it. We came out of the alleyway and followed the path Morimura had left with her friends a few days back. We caught them walking through the shopping district nearby. We followed them from afar and kept stopping by the markets to lose suspiciousness. 

After a while of following around they went to the children's playground after buying ice cream from a convenience store. They all sat in different sets as they had a conversation. 

"Hey, wasn't he acting a bit weird last time?" Nozaki spoke. I recognized them by their voices.

"Who?" Manabe questioned. Hakuryuu and I got closer from behind the fence and sat on the ground to overhear the conversation.

"You know who~" Nozaki spoke in a teasing tone.

"Oh, don't you know it wasn't him that day?" Minaho spoke.

"Really?" Nozaki spoke in surprise.

"Yeah, did you not see the both of them talking to each other that day?" Manabe reminded her.

"Oh yeah I forgot." Nozaki realized.

"I can't believe Kusaka almost blew our cover"  Minaho spoke. 'Cover?' I thought.

"Hey! I wasn't actually going to call him you know. I just thought he seemed familiar" Kusaka said.

"Imagine you called him, his expression would had been so hilarious" Matatagi laughed. Some of them laughed along with him.

"But I still can't believe he was in Raimon this whole time. And in the club itself. I got to say I'm actually impressed. He could play but we couldn't." Tetsukado spoke. 'Someone at the study session is a traitor.'

"He was the only one who wanted to play. Because he loves soccer so much." Ibuki spoke.

"I heard doomsday is coming soon. And we will finally stand on the field as the good guys than the bad guys" Manabe said.

"I can't wait for that day" Nozaki said.

"We all can't" Matatagi added.

"Hey Ibuki, is Minori-chan coming?" Nozaki asked.

"I told her to come but she said she was grounded." Ibuki said.

"That's too bad" Nozaki pouted.

"I have to go home, my mom will be getting worried" Morimura spoke as she got up to leave. I tapped Hakuryuu as we slowly got up. 

"Would you like me to drop you off?" Nozaki asked.

"Ah- no It's fine its close by" Morimura reassured.

"Alright Bye Konoha" Nozaki said.

Morimura said goodbye and left her friends. We slowly followed after Morimura.

I whispered to Hakuryuu. "Someone who went to the study session with us is the one who's betraying us."

"Well if it is someone close to Haru, then would it be Tsurugi?" Hakuryuu whispered back. "I have seen those two hanging around each other. Even that day at the arcade and also at the Hot springs."

"Let's corner Morimura and ask her." I said. We both nodded to each other before approaching Morimura. Hakuryuu covered her mouth and carried in to the alleyway. I grabbed the dumpster there and turned it horizontal to block the way. Hakuryuu held her facing towards me with her arms in the air.

She was trembling in fear and asked. "Who are you?"

"That doesn't matter, Aquarius." Hakuryuu glared.

Her eyes widened like she had seen a ghost. "How do you know? Who are you?"

"We have been spying on you for a while now Zodiac's Aquarius. How about you spill a few beans and we will release you?"

"I-I... will not tell you"

I gave Hakuryuu a nod and he tighten his grip. She groaned in pain. "Don't make this worse than it could be. Just Tell us who Leo is at least." I said to her but she kept her eyes closed and shook her head.

"Fine... How about you tell me who is the traitor in Raimon?"

"Traitor?" She opened her eyes and looked at me in surprise.

"I overheard the conversation from before with your friends. Spill the secret now."

"Libra?" She spoke softly.

"Morimura?" Someone spoke behind me. We looked behind to see a female figure standing over the dumpster. She was wearing a jersey of Gassan Kunimitsu. She has dark teal hair in a pony tail.

"Who are you? Why are you picking on my friend?" She spoke angrily as she jumped off the dumpster.

"Minori-san! Help!" Morimura screamed. 

"Let's get out of here!" I screamed to Hakuryuu. He immediately let go of Morimura and threw her to the floor. We ran through the alleyway to the other side and ran away. We sprinted pass a familiar group in front of us. It was Ibuki, Matatagi and Nozaki. We heard from the distance a girl scream that we hurt her friend.

We reached back to the alleyway where we left the bags. We quickly hid behind the dumpsters as we caught our breathe. We took our backpacks from behind the dumpster and quickly changed back into our regular clothes. As we stepped out the alleyway someone ran into us tumbling the both of us to the ground. I landed on my butt and winced in pain.

"So Sorry man, huh?" The guy said as he paused. We looked over to him to see Matatagi.

"What are you guys doing here?" He asked while getting up.

"We were just.. um.. at the-" I stuttered trying  to come up with an excuse that would not get us caught.

"Hayato, did you catch them?" The teal haired girl came holding a bat. She paused as she pointed to us. "Is this them?" Both of us froze thinking we might be caught.

"Nah, these guys are from the first-years study session." Matatagi explained to his friend as we both sighed in relief. That's when Matatagi slowly turn to us and spoke. "Speaking of study session, it ended an hours ago. Why are you two still in this area?"

"We were just-" I spoke but was cut off by Hakuryuu.

"Spending time together" Hakuryuu said as he held me and pulled me to him. They looked at us in surprise and then looked at each other. Hakuryuu whispered in my ear. "Sorry I'm panicking" I smiled at them while holding Hakuryuu's arm. 

Then Ibuki came from the corner asking about us. "Did you catch them Matatagi?" Matatagi slowly glanced over to us before whispering to his friends. I think he was slowly catching up so I made an excuse.

"Come on Hakuryuu let's go home. My little sister must be all alone at home." I said as I turned to him and pushed him backwards. We held hands and slowly walked away. 

"Hey!" Ibuki called out to us, but instead of stopping we just started to walk more quickly. "Hey you two stop right now"

"Run..." I muttered and we both started running away. They started to run after us immediately.  As we turn to the next corner Hakuryuu was instantly hit in his nose by a bat. He fell to the ground and cried in pain. "Ah fuck" He cursed. I bent down to him but shadow appeared cover me. I looked up to see black silhouette of a female figure holding her bat behind her head. Before I could react everything turned black.

So I failed to keep my promise apparently and forgot to upload it for another 3 weeks. Literally I'm near the end of the book. I only have around 10 more chapters to edit but I kept procrastinating.

It is also the motivation that I am missing mostly. Usually I had someone in the comments always reacting to parts of the story and it motivated me to continue to upload. Because their reactions were fun to read.
