"American and an Englishman I never expected to fall for him"

Victoria Smith is an FBI agent she is sent to England to go undercover at a local high school to find out what a secret agency know about a villain that has been attacking both countries for years but when she joins the school she finds out that the villain they have been hunting is the leader of a large undercover group called Skull.

But when finding out information she is caught and questioned this is where she tells them the truth but after one of there group joins Skull she and the teens have to go and get him that's where she meets an agent who she falls in love with.
