New and fair judging system!

This is one thing I never really understood and how people are okay with it. 

Usually in almost every award they have two judges or more and then pick winners who got the highest score? How is that fair (no offense friends) every judge has a different way of judging and how strict they are soo...

(i) Here we will have a book judged by two judges and then calculate the average score. I know it is a lengthy process but we want to keep it as fair as possible. 

(ii) If you do not agree then we have another option: We will have three batches (5 book per batch) per genre judged by three different judges and then we'll have three winners, one runner-up and the honorable mention per batch. This way everyone wins! All five books will win a prize.

I hope you all agree to this system.. if not please let us know and we'll see where the majority lies and decide accordingly.
