The Landlord was at his apartment trying to call Desmond as he wasn't answering the calls as he was upset. Desmond still hasn't paid his rent as he was planning on evicting him. The Landlord put his phone back in his pocket as he got up and exited the apartment.

The Landlord was gonna head to Desmond's apartment until he heard someone calling his name as he sighed to himself and turned around as the landlord saw who it was.

Landlord: Hello there.

Marina: Hey there, Sorry for disturbing you.

Landlord: It's okay, How can I help you?

Marina: I just want to ask, Does Desmond Ketch live here?

Landlord: Yeah he does but he's not gonna live here anymore.

Marina: What do you mean by that?

Landlord: *Sighs* He hasn't paid his rent for the last several months and I have no choice but to evict him.

Marina: Wait, Atleast give him three days.

Landlord: Who are you? Do you know him?

Marina: I'm Marina Simmons and Yes, I know him.

Landlord: Either way Mrs. Simmons, He needs to understand that I can't let him live in this apartment until he pays his rent.

Marina: I understand but give him atleast three days.

Landlord: *Sighs* Okay fine, I'll only give him three days.

Marina: Okay then, By the way do you know where his apartment is?

Landlord: I know where it is, Follow me.

Marina nodded as The Landlord began walking upstairs as she was following him. They made it to the third floor as the Landlord showed the door to his apartment as Marina looked at it.

Landlord: This is the apartment he stays in.

Marina: Thank you.

Landlord: He's probably not here, One moment I'll open the door for you.

The Landlord pulled some keys out of his pocket as he unlocked the door as Marina entered Desmond's apartment.

Landlord: Let me know if you need anything.

Marina nodded as the landlord closed the door as she began looking around his apartment. She continued looking around the apartment as she noticed something on the table.

She walked towards it as it was a photo frame as she picked it up and saw the picture of Desmond's mother as she smiled at it. Marina noticed the frame was damaged as she knew Desmond went outside to buy a new photo frame.

She sat down on the chair as she continued looking at the picture as she said something to herself.

Marina: I miss you Deborah.

Meanwhile Back at the tower, The Goblin threw a pumpkin bomb at Desmond as he dodged it as The Goblin shot multiple lasers at him but he dodged the attacks as Ketch threw a table at him but the Goblin destroyed it.

The Guests and thugs watched the fight as Desmond shot a web line at a chair and tried to throw it at the Goblin but the goblin threw a pumpkin bomb sending the spider crashing towards the table.

Green Goblin: May I see your invitation Spider man otherwise I'll have to ask you to leave.

Desmond: Leave now, When Table Seven needs more hor d'oeuvres?

The Green Goblin threw multiple daggers at Ketch as he dodged it as he tried to shoot a web line at him but the goblin sliced it.

The Goblin threw multiple daggers at Desmond as he was dodging the projectiles while using the table to block even more incoming attacks.

Gionna and her friends took cover as multiple guests began taking cover from the daggers as Kingpin grabbed one of the daggers.

Fisk examined the dagger as Lincoln watched Desmond and Goblin fighting each other as the green goblin began shooting multiple lasers at the spider as he was dodging the attacks.

The Goblin tried to attack Desmond but he jumped over him and got on the glider as he tried to choke him.

Green Goblin: Ooooh Did you want to ride? Keep our guests company boys! I'll be back in a New York minute!

Desmond: Seriously Gobby, Do you have a license on this thing?

The Goblin let out a laugh and threw Desmond off the glider as he shot a web line at the glider as the Goblin began flying around the city as Desmond was holding on.

The Goblin smiled at him and began flying high in the sky as he sliced webline.

Desmond saw the Goblin flying away as he tried to shoot another webline but....

Desmond: Ah Come on. Don't panic, I still have one more web shooter left.

He tried to shoot another webline from his left wrist but it was empty as he began falling down even faster.

Desmond: Okay. . . Now you can panic.

Meanwhile Multiple Helicopters began surveying the eclipse tower as Goblin men began shooting at them as the guests took cover and watched the fight happening as two helicopters were destroyed.

Meanwhile Desmond reloaded both of his web shooters as he shot a webline and began swinging as he said something to himself.

Desmond: Yes! Webhead One, Gravity Zero.

He continued swinging until his spider senses alerted him of a danger as the Goblin hit a surprise attack on him.

Green Goblin: *Pull out two Goblin daggers* You know the old saying, If you can't join em, Beat em! *Throws the daggers at Desmond*

Desmond: *Dodges the daggers* Took those words right out of my mouth. Is that a felony?

Green Goblin: *Sees Desmond swinging as he threw multiple pumpkin bombs at him* I certainly hope so, This Little Goblin wouldn't be caught dead committing a misdemeanor.

Desmond: *Dodges the pumpkin bombs* Oooooh Nice Banter.

The Goblin threw more pumpkin bombs at Ketch as he continued dodging the attacks.

Desmond: Your aim still needs work Gobby.

Green Goblin: Well Practice makes perfect! *Throws another Goblin bomb at Desmond as he dodged the attack*

Desmond: Keep telling yourself that.

Both of them began making their way to the construction site as The Goblin shot another pumpkin bomb at the spider as he quickly dodged it as the Goblin continued following him.

Desmond made it to a crane as Goblin threw another pumpkin bomb at him as Desmond shot a webline at the bomb and threw it back at him as The Goblin moved out of the way as an explosion happened.

Goblin began looking through the smoke as he couldn't find Desmond as he was shocked until someone shot a webline at his back as he turned around and then....

Desmond: And That was for making me protect Tombstone and Kingpin.

The Green Goblin continued flying away as Desmond was following him as the Goblin noticed a building behind him as he did something that shocked the spider.

Desmond: *Eyes widen* Okay Wow. . . Just. . . . Wow.

The Goblin saw Desmond as he began chasing him while throwing multiple daggers at him as he was dodging the attacks. Desmond began running on the building as Goblin was laughing at him and activated a blade on the glider.

The Blade was close to impale Desmond as the goblin let out a maniacal laugh until Desmond jumped over the glider as he hit the goblin with a.....

The Glider began flying somewhere else as Desmond shot multiple webs at the goblin as he was laughing at him.

Desmond: Now what's so funny?

Green Goblin: *Laughs* Just the special fire and brimstone pumpkin I left behind as a present for Fisk and Lincoln. Any minute now and its gonna paint the ballroom red.

Desmond's eyes were widen as he shot a webline and quickly began making his way to the tower to get rid of the bomb and save the hostages.

Meanwhile at the tower everyone was looking at the thugs aiming their weapons at them until Desmond entered the tower and shot multiple weblines at their guns as he threw them.

Desmond: Everyone get out, Bad guys included.

Thug: We work for the Goblin.

Desmond: Every single blasted fragment of you.

Thug: Your bluffing.

Fisk: Is that a risk your willing to take?

Lincoln: Especially when you've taken so many.

The Thugs looked at each other before they began running away as Desmond told the guests to leave the ballroom as he began checking around.

The Guests continued to walk downstairs as they continued making their way out of the tower as everyone was scared. Lincoln was also making his way downstairs as he was thinking about who the Goblin was.

Meanwhile Desmond was looking around in the ballroom until he noticed Fisk was looking around as he spoke to him.

Desmond: Why are you sticking around?

Fisk: Ethan Carter is my business partner and friend. He hosted this party and the Goblin only invaded it because he wanted to kill me. So It's my mess and I'm gonna clean it up.

Desmond looked at him as he continued looking around until Fisk remembered something that the Goblin said when he made his appearance.

Green Goblin: *Swings in the chandelier* Oh He swings in the air, Dishing all kinds of fear!

Fisk: Spider Man, Check the chandelier.

Desmond jumped on the chandelier as he saw the bomb as it was gonna explode any minute before Desmond shot two weblines and threw the bomb out of the ball room and then....

Desmond looked at the explosions and sighed in relief until he saw Fisk clapping at him as he spoke to him.

Desmond: A Round Of Applause from the Kingpin. That's something.

Fisk: It sure. I heard Lincoln paid you a lot of money to help him but you rejected it. However you did the Kingpin's job for free and that my friend is what I call irony.

Desmond had a angry expression on his face as Kingpin noticed it.

Fisk smiled at him as he walked away as Desmond left the ballroom and began making his way back to Goblin.

He made it to the spot but noticed Goblin was gone as he was upset and irritated. He decided to think about it later and buy a new photo frame.

Ten minutes had passed and Desmond was walking back to his apartment as he was holding the new photo frame as he noticed the door is open.

Desmond: When did I left the door open?

He entered the apartment as he noticed Marina was looking at the picture as she saw Desmond.

Marina: Hey Desmond.
