The morning of my special day arrived, the day I would become Y/N Barnes. The venue was stunning, it was outdoors, a sort of mystical woodland theme. I sat in the room I was supposed to get ready in, Tony hired people for my hair and make-up. He also hired little Peter Parker, spider-boy, to film the event. He has a sort of vlog style way of capturing the event that I adored.

My bridesmaids help me into my gown, the perfect dress, then gave me the bouquet. I was so nervous, all I wanted to do was talk to Bucky but I wasn't allow.  He fully believed that it was bad luck to see his bride on the wedding day, made me sleep alone last night. Slowly, people began to arrive at the venue. The ceremony had begun and Bucky took his place at the top of the aisle, awaiting my to journey down it.

First there was Scott, the amazing flower boy. Then Sam walked both Nat and Wanda down, holding one of them on each arm. 

"Are you ready kid?"

"As I'll ever be.."

"You look amazing, don't you worry"

Tony linked my arm as we reached the end of the aisle. The crowd stood as I made my way down to Bucky, who at this point was in tears. Tony hugged me one last time before taking his seat.

"You look stunning doll, like just wow.."

"Your dashing Bucky.."

The ceremony begun and it came time for us to say our vows. Sam handed Bucky a piece of paper and he cleared his throat to begin.

"Y/N. We have been through the unimaginable to end up standing in front of all these people so I can tell you how much I love you. You are the light of my life, the sun and the one person I trusted most in this world. I love your little habits, you're dancing, singing. I love how everyday I spend with you is like a dream and how it will never, ever gets old. You being my soulmate is the best thing that could ever of happened to me because without you, I wouldn't be complete. My love for you consumes me and I'm so so happy that you are becoming my wife. There isn't a single person to ever have walked the earth that I would want to stand up here with today, only you. You're amazing, beautiful and full of surprises so I can't wait to see where the rest of our story will take us."

"Oh my god that was beautiful" I said though tears, making the crowd giggle.

I turned to Nat who handed me my vows.

"Thats going to be hard to top but here I go. Bucky. When I met you I felt some sort of intrigue to know you better, something was pulling me in. I'm so glad I followed it because now I can stand here with you, my true love. Because of you, I laugh, I smile, I found the person that is my world. Our little adventures and late night outings are my favourite thing because after a long day, I can finally be with you. You put up with the dumb things I do because you love me and I couldn't see my world without you in it. You are my best friend and really the only person who could be my soulmate. I wouldn't trade a single moment of my time with you for the world and that is how I know that I love you more than anything that this universe could ever throw at me. No matter what happened, I will always be yours and you will always be mine.."

"Stop making me cry.."

"Bucky, do you take Y/N as your lawfully wedded wife till death do you part?"

"I do"

"Y/N, do you take Bucky to be your lawfully wedded husband till death do you part?"

"Of course I do!"

"You may kiss the bride"

Bucky pulled me in and kissed me passionately before letting me go so we could run down the aisle to get to our car. Before we got out I pulled him back, needing to comment on what just happened.

"We just did it!"

"Yes we did, wife!"

"Oh my lovely hubby"

We made our way to the reception where we were introduced to the crowd as Mr and Mrs James Buchanan Barnes. The moment that was announced, Bucky looked to me laughing.

"Are you responsible for that?"

"Yes.. yes I am"

I made my way around the venue, talking to the guests and chatting about the day. A photographer had been hired and took Bucky and my official wedding portraits. We sat and ate dinner before it was time for speeches.

Nat stood up and grabbed everyones attention before beginning to speak.

"Y/N is my best friend. There are some funny stories I could tell about her in a club and preforming in karaoke. However, her bachelorette party was a few days ago and I have a video, one of Y/N and one of Bucky, very drunk that I would like to play for you all, Tony?"

I looked at Bucky very confused and very concerned as to what would be played to our guests. Tony used JARVIS to display me, on a cinema sized screen, to our guests

"Hey! I am very much drunk right now but anyway. I will be becoming a wife in a few days and I have one thing to say to that. I love you Bucky! Even when you play that dumb metal music at 3 in the morning, I love you. Your also a hottie, like yummy. Speaking of that man, where is he?!"

"Over there!" Nat called from behind the camera.

"Bean! Look it's me, Y/N!"

"Its me, Bucky!"

I was absolutely mortified, until Nat played Bucky's video.

"Nat told me to talk about my Y/N. She's really hot isn't she? She is like really pretty. Where is my wife?"

"Bucky you aren't married?" Nat spoke.

"Yes I am. I have a hot wife, her name is Y/N, She's maybe this tall, she's like really hot! Where is my hot wife?!"

"Bucky, Y/N's over there."

"Wife!"

"Look it's my Bucky!"

She stopped the videos and turned back to continue speaking.

"Even drunk, these two are inseparable, they couldn't be left without each other for more than five minutes! I think these videos show the real love these two people have for each other and I couldn't think of anyone more deserving to marry my Y/N. Also, hurt her I will kill you."

The crowd giggled as Sam stood up to make his speech.

"So, when Bucky asked me to do this job I was a bit disappointed in Y/N. I thought I was going to be her maid of honour but I mean someone had to be there for Bucky. These two are the most amazing couple I have ever met. I mean they set the bar for love, so high. Y/N deserves the world and I know Bucky can give it to her. I remember when they got together, they were never home, always out driving or at the beach. Once they came home soaked from head to toe, they ran into the water freezing seas and told each other that they were in love for the first time. I've followed these guys journey from the moment Y/N arrived through that elevator door an I'm so happy to see this chapter of there life close. I love you both and wish you the best in you adventure to married life."

Sams speech brought tears to my eyes, it was so moving. I expected something mortifying but instead he delivered something perfect.

"So were having the father-daughter dance before the newlyweds take there first dance, please welcome your bride to the dance floor!"

I moved to the middle of the room, gesturing Tony to join me. The band played the tune to the song Tony taught me to dance to as we moved across the floor.

"I'm truly honoured you let me do this, thank you.."

"You taught me to dance to this very song, I felt that it was only right that you would join me up here."

"You did it, you got married!"

"I know!"

"I'm proud of you kid"

"Thank you Tony, for everything."

The song slowly came to a close and I headed to the table to collect Bucky. 

"The newlyweds are headed to the dance floor for their first dance!"

We took our position on the floor and the lyrics to 'Mr. Lover man' began to play. We both felt it was only right to have that be the song we danced to first.

"Do you remember the first time we danced?"

"That mission, where I kissed you"

"Look at us now.. Mr and Mrs Barnes."

"I am liking the sound of Mrs Barnes"

"So am I"

"This was the most amazing day of my life.."

"It was amazing because I got to marry you doll, the love of my life!"

"I also had to mention this tuxedo! You should wear these more often"

"Hm, you should wear nothing more often"

"James!"

"Oh so you're calling me James now?!"

"I'm your wife, I can if I want to.."

"My wife, it took so long but it was worth it to hear you say that"

"My husband, the best man in I have ever known.."

"I love you doll"

"I love you too bean.."
