"Whats going on?!"

Bucky and I pushed through the door to see Steve and Tony yelling at each other.

"Great, look you got the two of them involved!"

He was screaming and Tony and Bucky which scared me a bit. He's been rude to me before but never yell, I've never heard him so annoyed with someone.

"I was telling Steve he couldn't be rude to Y/N, she's not going anywhere!"

"Thank you Tony, but I had myself vey clear with Steve."

"Obviously not, he's down here trying to get you kicked off of the team!"

This annoyed me. I thought we were done with hating each other. Suddenly, I had the urge to flick him out that giant window that was on my left. I picked him up from across the room with my power and he began to panic.

"Wait, stop! I'll tell you why I hate you!"

I hesitated for a moment, keeping him up in the air but allowing him to plead his case.

"I like you! Like I have feelings for you and I was trying to break you and Bucky up because of them"

"So you did all that, made me look horrible to him, because you were into me?!"

"Yes.."

I was so mad in that point in time, that I flicked my wrist, cause Steve to go flying out the window. That was very satisfying.

"Y/N, you can't just fling Steve out the widow!"

"He's Captain America, he will live!"

"I'm gonna kill him.."

I forgot Bucky was in the room. I mean he was already not speaking to Steve, this just made everything so much worse. I knew he had to calm down, or vent it all out, so I brought him back to my room to cool off.

"All this time, he wanted me to hate you, then break-up with you, so he could have you?!"

"After everything, the lies and the comment, this is not what I expected to be the reason.."

"I'm gonna kill him!"

"I just through him out the widow" I said in realisation. The act had just processed in my mind.

"Why would he do this, he's a-"

"I just threw a man out a window, this is a tall ass tower!" I said through a fit of laughter.

"Are you laughing?! This isn't funny!"

At this point, I was coping with what just happened, by laughing the whole thing off. Bucky looked at me very confused before eventually breaking too.

"H-he was like 'I like you' and-"

We couldn't even finish our sentences we were laughing too much. This was very inappropriate but I don't think we knew how else to deal with the news. We were laughing so hard, it brought Tony upstairs to see us.

"What is wrong with you two? Steve almost died!"

We didn't answer him, choosing to go silent.

"You almost just killed a man!"

"I'm sorry.."

The room was completely silent, that was until Tony began to lose it too.

"Your both idiots, I can't believe you were chosen to be each others soulmates, it makes thing very had for me!" 

He left the room to go deal with the poor little victim. Bucky pulled out his phone and was looking through his calendar.

"Well look at that, its someones birthday in a few days!"

"What, not mine.."

"Hm, really? It seems like you wanted me to forget, well thats not happening!"

"Please.."

"No, you can't stop me!"

"I hate you.."

"I hate you too, come here"

The positive energy we tried to admit on out new situation had worn off and we were finally starting to feel upset about the whole thing. Bucky and I lay back in bed, holding onto each other till we eventually dozed off.

The morning came, not that I wanted it to. I turned to find myself in an empty bed with no idea where Bucky was. After a while I decided to go find him. When I arrived at the kitchen, I saw he was making breakfast while Sam was yelling excitingly about something. He placed his eyes on me and came running over for information, almost shaking it out of me.

"Two things! One, your birthday is in three days and you told, nobody! Two, you flung Steve out the window?!"

"Yes, both of those statements are correct.."

"So, I don't know which to look into first. Definitely the window thing!"

"I um, was a bit annoyed.."

"No he told you he was into you and you got annoyed and you threw him" Bucky inputted.

"That too"

"Okay and now the birthday thing?"

"Oh yeah, don't make too big of a deal out of it, I didn't want Bucky remembering, somehow he did"

"I mean you are unforgettable doll"

"Thank you Bucky"

He plated the food up and left Sam pretty disappointed when he received none. By now, Sam had gotten the news spread around the tower so everyone knew the events of yesterday. I decided to blow off some steam and destroy some punching bags.

"Okay, I'm going training. Love you!"

"Bye doll, love you too.."

I left the room and headed to the empty gym. Thats odd, its usually busy by this time.

"She's gone, get in here!"

What I didn't know was that Bucky had been working on something for my birthday for a while now. Even when we were fighting, he knew it was something we were still going to do. The team had a party organised for the nighttime, which Bucky was going to cover up by telling me we were going for dinner.

"Hey doll!"

"Hey Bucky!"

"So, dinner on Saturday night?"

"Okay, sure"

"I've booked a very fancy restaurant for your special day so dress fancy!"

"Will do!"

The morning of my special day rolled around and I was awoke to the small of fresh pancakes.

"Happy birthday darling!"

"Aw, you didn't have to do that!"

"Nonsense! It's your day and where celebrating!"

The team had a small gathering planed, just a them, like a little family. I mean Steve was nowhere to be found but who needs him? Thats why I was not expecting the huge party that I was surprised with instead of dinner.

"Happy Birthday Doll.."

"You planned all this? For me?"

"Of course I did!"

"God I love you!"

"Hm, I love you too. Now let's party!"
