Finally, I had gotten exactly what I wanted. I was no longer scared of who was out there ,trying to get me and I had met my soulmate. My amazing, perfect soulmate.

"So Barnes.."

"Yes doll?"

"How long did you know it was me?"

"Well... around when we went undercover at that ball I was thinking it and then Nat-"

"Nat helped you?"

"Yeah.. why?"

"Because she helped me too!"

We both burst out laughing because of our joint stupidity. 

"So you kissed me.. what do we do now?" he asked.

"Well I mean you could ask me out on a proper date or something.."

He laughed and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Y/N, would you like to go on a date with me?"

"I would love to.."

He left the room to go plan our date and I started to freak out with all the excitement. I didn't know what to do but I knew I had to tell someone about it. I called Nat and told her to get to my room now. She burst through the door and then let out a sigh on disappointment.

"I thought you were dying!"

"I might as well be! I kissed Bucky and we're going on a date tonight and I'm freaking out!"

"Oh wow okay I'm sorry! We need to get you ready now!"

"Okay.. okay let's go!"

We were running between each others closets, looking for the perfect dress to wear. I eventually found a simple black dress, it was short and slim fit. As Nat did my hair and make-up, she was trying to calm me down. I was just too happy in this moment and couldn't contain my emotions. I was ready to go and the long awaited knock was placed on the door.

"Woah.. Y/N you look amazing..."

"Bucky.. you clean up nice"

"Come on.. I have some things planned!"

We made our way outside to see that Bucky had a car set up, already their waiting for us.  He opened the door for me and we got into the car. We were driving for a while and I was super confused. 

"Barnes where are we going?" I giggled.

"You'll see.."

We were driving for what seemed like forever. Eventually we made it out to a cliff that had a picnic set up. It was candle lit and over looking the sea.

"Bucky it's beautiful!"

"You like it?"

"Are you kidding me? It's amazing!"

We sat down and he opened the picnic basket he had set up. It revealed cheese burgers, milkshakes, fries, nuggets and basically all the candy I could ask for. We sat and laughed for ages and then watched the sun go down. He wrapped his arm around me as we watched the sun set. He had planed such a wonderful evening for me and I had to thank him.

"You are amazing Bucky, this was so amazing!"

"I had to do it for you because.. it's you!"

"Aw Bucky.."

He turned over to me and kissed me. We lay down on the blanket and looked at the stars. We were having such a great time, until the rain came down. We were grabbing all of our things and loaded them into the car. I was about to get into the car when Bucky pulled me in and kissed me. It was like something out of a movie and we decided that it was more fun to play than go home. We were kicking the puddles and dancing around.

"Should we be going home.."

"Probably..."

He picked me up and kissed me before helping me into the car. We got into the car and drove back to the tower. We ran inside and hopped into the shower. Finally feeling warm again, I got into bed.

"Y/N.... can I?

"Come on.."

I pulled open the duvet and Bucky climbed into bed beside me. We eventually fell asleep and I got the best night sleep in a while. When I woke up, I was in Bucky's arms. He was already awake.

"How long have you been awake?"

"Only a little while.."

"Have you been watching me?"

"Just enjoying the lovely view.."

"Come on Barnes.. breakfast time.."

I was trying to get up when I was pulled back into bed.

"We can just stay here.."

"I don't want you to starve Barnes.."

"Fine..."

I got up and made my way downstairs. I was making pancakes when Nat came up behind me.

"Hey.. what you doing there?"

"Making breakfast.."

"Your making fancy breakfast,  don't you usually have toast?"

"Emm.."

"I also noticed that Barnes missed training this morning, as did you."

"I-"

"I also couldn't find Barnes in his room this morning, care to explain?"

"Well, I was on the most amazing date ever last night."

"Oh really.."

"We went out to this cliff thing and he had a whole picnic set up. Then we watched the sun set together it was magical. It started to rain and we were dancing and joking around together. When we got back he decided on sleeping in my room with me.."

"Well it sounds like you had fun.."

"I did.. Nat I have really fallen for him!"

"Eh Y/N.."

"I mean he's just so caring and is always there for me. I've found like my person you know?"

"Y/N turn around.."

I turned to see Bucky with the biggest smile on his face. 

"Oh god.. how much of that did you hear?"

"All of it.."

He came over and kissed me. I was plating up our breakfast and gave Bucky a kiss on the cheek, which was apparently a problem to the team, who had just walked in to see this.

"Hey guys... how are you peoples?" I said awkwardly.

"What the hell have I just walked in on.." Tony said with his jaw on the floor.

"This is-" 

"Bucky will you explain yourself!" Steve yelled as he cut me off.

"Someones spangles are in a twist" I giggled.

Bucky joined in with my laughter but we soon realised that we were the only two laughing.

"This is my soulmate, Y/N... she is amazing.."

"And this is my soulmate Bucky, he's amazing too"

"And so you two are together now?"

"Yeah.."

Im looked to Bucky because we hadn't really talked about what we were. I mean I wanted to be with him and I think that he wants the same thing but I needed to ask him. 

"Okay, I'll allow this but just show up to training!" Steve said

"Allow it? Bucky hold be back"
