Sidharth stabbed the sharp glass in abhinav's chest. A loud scream left his mouth as he felt unbearable pain in his chest. Sidharth immediately left him and he just fell on the floor wincing in pain. Sidharth turned towards shehnaaz who was standing frozen on her place. Sidharth went to her and just engulfed her in his arms. He digged his face in her neck to feel her close.

Her face was on his chest and arms were hanging in the air. She was too shocked to react just then she heard his heart beats. His heart was beating fast and she could clearly hear it. Hearing his heart beats, she wrapped her arms around him and clutched his shirt from behind in her fists. Both were holding each other tightly assuring each other that they were okay, they were safe in eachother's arms. Suddenly tears started flowing from their eyes realising in what situation they were. They could have loose each other today and the mere thought made both of them tight their grip on each other. They couldn't even think to loose each other, to anything happen to each other. They both were life of each other, how could they let anything happen to their lives. Being in each other's arms they felt peace, they felt their sukoon which was lost for few hours.

After few moments sidharth moved a little away to look at her face. He wiped her tears with his fingers and then kissed her both eyes which were swollen badly and then he kissed her forehead assuring her that everything was fine, they were fine and were there with each other. Shehnaaz too wiped his tears with her fingers. She cupped his face and made him bend his head a little and then kissed his forehead. Sidharth too cupped her face and touched his forehead with her's and they both stood there closing their eyes feeling each other. They were lost in their own world when they heard noises in the room which bring them back into real world.

They looked at the door and there shehnaaz's whole family with police and dev Kapoor were standing. Sidharth and shehnaaz parted a little but were still holding each other. Seeing his son lying on the floor lifeless, dev ran towards him and set on his knees beside him and tried to wake him. Akem and joban ran towards shehnaaz and both engulfed her in their arms. Shehnaaz too hugged them both tightly. After assuring that she was fine they loose their grip on her. Shehnaaz father came and took her in his arms embracing her in his protective arms and few tears fell from his eyes. His heart felt peace seeing his daughter fine. Shehnaaz's mother cried taking her daughter in her arms. She prayed every second for the safety of her daughter and now seeing her safe, she thanked God. Their friends too met them both hugging them tightly. They all were worried for them but now they all were having happy tears seeing them safe. They all were busy among themselves when they heard dev's screeming.

All eyes moved towards him. He was trying to wake his son who was not responding to him and was lying their lifeless. Just then sidharth's eyes fell on abhinav and he just realized what he did few minutes back. Shehnaaz looked at him and she could see shock on his face. She knew when he did that, he wasn't in his senses. He was beyond angry. She instantly hold his hand assuring him that she was with him no matter what happens next. Sidharth looked at her and she assured him with her eyes that everything will be fine but deep inside, she was scared what if anything went wrong? what if anything happen to abhinav? what will they do? So many thoughts were revolving in her mind which were making her more scared whereas sidharth was looking at abhinav with shocked face. He couldn't believe what he just did.

One of the police constable checked his pulse. After checking thrice he shook his head in no. Now that was the greatest shock for both sidharth and shehnaaz. Shehnaaz felt her fears were coming true. She looked at sidharth who was just looking at him emotionless. He was looking at abhinav's lifeless body. He couldn't believe what he just did. Surely he was in anger. He wanted to teach abhinav a lesson. He wanted to beat him. He wanted to kill him but he never knew that he would actually kill him. He was angry but he wasn't a murderer. How could he murder someone. How could he took someone's life. Never in his life he knew that he would kill someone someday. He looked at his hands. His hands were shivering. He couldn't believe with those hands he just killed someone. He was not a murderer, he wasn't a killer but he realised the biggest truth of his life that he just killed someone. How much bad that person would have, how much bad deeds, how much crimes that person would have committed, but he had no right to take away somebody's life. He wanted to kill him but he never knew he would actually kill him and that thought made him realise that he just became a murderer. He committed a crime, a crime to kill someone. Shehnaaz was looking at him worried. She could feel what he must be thinking. She didn't want him to think like that. She didn't want him to see himself as a murderer. It was not his fault. Situation made him took that step. She pressed his hand with both her hands to comfort him but he was standing still emotionless which scared shehnaaz.

Dev was crying continuously sitting beside his son. He couldn't believe that his son was no more. Abhinav was his only child. It was impossible for him to take his death. He was continuously trying to wake him up when one of the constable pulled him away from the dead body and made him realise that his son was gone. Anger rushed in his body as he realised what just happened. He wiped his tears harshly and went towards sidharth and shehnaaz with anger. He hold sidharth's collar and spoke loudly...

dk- tune maara na mere bete ko....bol tune hi kiya na ye....tune mujhe bola tha k tu maar dega use.....maar diya tune use...maar diya mere bete ko........he was speaking with voice filled with pain. He was jerking sidharth by his shirt collars. Akem and joban tried to free sidharth from his hold as sidharth was just standing there still. He wasn't reacting at all. Akem pushed dev back and stood infront of sidhart protecting him. Shehnaaz was just holding sidharth's hand tightly to give him strength but she feared if he made any wrong decision. No she couldn't let that happen. He did all that to save her and now he couldn't take any punishment for that. not at all. She tried to read his eyes to know what was going inside him but there was no emotion in his eyes which was making her restless.

Akem tried to understand dev that his son did a crime and sidharth attacked him to save himself and shehnaaz. He was trying to convince him that his son got killed in their self defense. But he was not ready to listen him. Police commissioner was also present there. He was analysing the whole scenario standing aside and then went towards sidharth. He analysed the condition of room and had easily made out what must had happened. He stood infront of sidhart and asked him gently.....

sidharth looked at him with blank eyes deprived of all the emotions and spoke in a cold voice- I murdered Abhinav. Shehnaaz looked at him horrified. no no no how could he say that. he hadn't done any murder. It was abhinav who did crime. She instantly came ahead and stood infront of sidhart facing the commissioner.

sana- sir he didn't do anything. it was abhinav who kidnapped me and tried to.....tried to rape me....he even raped two innocent girls of our college sir.....he attacked sidharth too and sidharth just attacked him to save me sir. he didn't do any murder sir...please...he is not at fault......her eyes were filled with tears. she was holding sidharth's hand tightly at back and was praying for him. she couldn't see him getting any punishment. never.

Whole Gill family and their friends were looking at her shocked. So much had happened with them in few hours. The new information they got from her that abhinav tried to rape her made their blood boil with anger. Shehnaaz's brothers were ready to cut that bastard's dead body into pieces but shehnaaz's father stopped them and abhinav already got his punishment. The mystery of those two girls also got solved today. Now all eyes went towards sidharth waiting for him to say something. Commissioner again asked him. dev was all ready to file a case against sidharth for killing his son. He wasn't going to let him live peacefully. Police commissioner again asked him....

p.c. - sidharth u know na......what would be the effect of your statement. sidharth looked at him and spoke......

sid- i know and m ready for it. shehnaaz's face went pale. her hand left his. she looked at him but sidharth didn't look at her even for once which broke her heart. how could her sidharth do that to her. how could he left her alone. No....he couldn't do that to her, nor to himself. She wiped her tears and pulled sidharth with him out of the room. She took him near the stairs and made him stand on a stair down to her to match his height. She hold his shoulders trying to look into his eyes but his eyes were totally blank which made her angry now. Her eyes filled with anger, hurt, pain which came in the form of tears. She shook his shoulders to make him look at her but he didn't look at her making her more angry.

She spoke with anger and pain in her voice- sidharth meri taraf dekhiye.....but he didn't.

she again spoke- sidharth please........but no reaction....

she again spoke letting her tears fell down from her eyes- kyun kar rhe ho sidharth aap aise....aapne kuchh galat nhi kiya hai..... please look at me once.....kuchh nhi kiya aapne....please khid ko blame mat kijiye....please......she cried keeping her face on his chest kissing his chest again and again but he didn't react.

she again looked at him- you know na is ka kya result hoga...kyun kar rhe ho aisa..... sidharth....kyun.....mujhe akele nhi chhod skte tum........this was the first time she used 'tum' instead of 'aap' which made him look at her but still he didn't look into her eyes and just softly removed her hands from his arms saying....

sid- mujhe jana hai shehnaaz.......shehnaaz stood there numb. she couldn't react anymore,she knew everything was going to over now and sidharth just went away.

The whole Gill family, sidharth's friends, girls and jass everyone tried to understand him. jass was crying for her brother. but he didn't hear anybody. The feeling of killing someone had killed his inside, his emotions within minutes. The moment he realised that he killed someone, he felt so heavy inside, he couldn't believe that he took away someone's life and within next few moments, he killed all his emotions inside him. He couldn't look at anyone. Abhinav had committed so many crimes. he deserved punishment but sidharth wasn't like him,he wasn't a killer and next moment, a different sidharth was standing infront of them- an emotionless sidharth. Everyone tried there best to stop him but he didn't. Vikas, asim and kushal tried to make him understand but nothing helped.

Soon police took sidharth with them and akem, vikas, asim and kushal followed the police in their own car. Joban took the whole family back home. Sidharth didn't look at anyone while going with police. shehnaaz was looking at him standing on the stairs but he didn't look at her and went away with police.

Next day shukla family reached chandigarh as jass informed them. They spent almost half day in the police station to make sidharth understand but he didn't. Nothing could help them as sidharth himself gave the statement accepting his crime. Sidharth's mom was crying continuously whereas sidharth's father was trying his best to get sidharth out of there but sidharth denied them accepting his crime. Gills and Shukla's tried their best but sidharth had just built walls around himself shielding himself from all the emotions. At last everyone had to back off reluctantly as sidharth was adamant not to back off.

Shuklas and Gills were in the Gill mansion as dev's filed case got the date of next week. They hired the best lawyer for sidharth to convince him anyhow to take his statement back as police was ready to help them in that.

Shehnaaz didn't come out of her room for two days after that incident. Everyone tried but she refused to come out. On the third day, akem made her eat forcefully and took her out of her room but she didn't talk to anyone. While week went like that. Everyone was worried for sidharth. Gills made Mr. and Mrs. Shukla to feel like at home. They gave them strength to fight with that difficult situation. In that one week, Gills and Shukla's came really close to each other.

Everyone was present in the court for the hearing of their case. Sidharth's lawyer gave his best to save sidharth but sidharth spoiled everything by accepting his crime infront of the judge making the case shut in one day only and judge ordered three years imprisonment for sidharth. (Important note......I set the three years punishment according to the need of the story so please constitution, law and all logics mat lgana.....please take it as a fiction)

Shukla's world got shattered shattered so was of vikas, asim, kush and girls. Everyone's eyes filled with tears. They couldn't even imagine their sidharth behind the bars but nothing could be done now. shehnaaz was just sitting there like a lifeless person. she knew it would happen the day sidharth refused to look into her eyes, she knew it would happen, she looked at sidharth but he was standing without any emotion like he didn't care about anyone or anything. Soon police took him with them away from everyone.

hii.....i don't know ye twist kaisa lgega aapko....but i want to remind you that it's just a fiction so please please please take it as one....and koi logics, laws and constitution mat consider krna while reading this because i made it completely acc. to the need of the story....and yeah waiting for the response......sach btaaun to m scared......but try not to bash me if u didn't like it... aur aur aur....i didn't read so ignore the mistakes......
