In the Greater Grail War Yuto managed to join the forces of both the Red and Black Factions. Due to this he was able to help in the creation of newer and better Homunculus forces. This time they didn't have that many defects nor did they have a short life span. Most of them now have hundred years or more to live and in some cases some Homunculus can live much longer almost to two hundred years. Each one has their own personality and can choose ether to be placed in the military divisions or work around the factions in many jobs. Yuto treated all of them kindly and not as tools for war seeing as in the Greater Grail War there was a Homunculus rebellion Led by Sieg.

Because of this all most of the Homunculus created choose to serve under him in the military divisions. But some do pick to work jobs for the newly formed faction.

There are millions to billions of Homunculus in the newly formed Faction which was named the Emiya Faction after Yuto last name and him being one of the leaders.

Each and every Homunculus is born at the stages of adulthood and have all the necessary knowledge to survive. This also means all Homunculus have inhuman combat abilities as they are nicknamed the perfect human soldiers. They all wield halberds which have been enchanted with their magic circuits. Due to the fighting power of the Homunculus the Emiya Faction is one of the most feared factions out there.

Aftermath

As said before Yuto treats all the Homunculus with kindness but he also cares for each and every one of them. This is only the main reasons all the Homunculus wish to serve under him as they can see his sadness and pain when he sees a Homunculus die. He also hates the fact how they were treated as lesser humans only meant to be tools. If anyone dares to insult them Yuto will kill them for doing so. This has earned him their respect and loyalty.
