Chapter Eight: Undeserving
WILL'S POV
I tap my feet on the floor, waiting for bad news.
Finally, the Dr. Dufe calls me back in.
"We've discovered that Jack has schizophrenia and schizoid. That means that he is going to hear voices and words in his head. There are often mean voices in his head, but there are also kind ones. This may include sudden fear and lashing out. Schizoid is a personality disorder, which means that he will often act like the world around him doesn't matter. He'll feel lonely and be a loner most of his life. We can say that he was probably always acted like this."
I nod, believing that it can't be that bad.
"For schizophrenia, have him tell you about it once and a while. It may help bring him back into the normal world. He may seem distant and not wanting to talk about it, either thanks to schizoid. I'm sorry."
Jack nods, I notice that he has tears in his eyes. He doesn't cry often.
I pull him into a hug, and he smiles at me gratefully. He sniffles and wipes his eyes. I'm sure that he's embarrassed that I'm seeing him this way. He doesn't deserve anything that he's getting. He deserves to be happy, yet he only seems truly happy once and a while. He deals with depression, I know it. I walked in on him once, while he was cutting himself. I sat and hugged him until he called down.
SORRY AGAIN FOR THIS SHORT CHAPTER! It looked like a... good way to end it.I'm sorry for my awful writing 😐😐😦😦 I'm kind of making Jack's life suck even more so I'm sorry Jack....
