Logan POV

I was still seeing darkness. A clear sign that I was still asleep. But I began seeing it get brighter. A clear sign that I had to wake up whether I wanted to or not. I open my eyes and look to my left to see Carmilla still sleeping. I gently move out of her arms and sit on the side of my bed. I look out my window again like I do every single day. The sight of the city I worked hard to build is always a pleasant sight to see. I get out of bed and go downstairs to make breakfast. I turn on the TV and it begins playing whatever was on in Pentagram City.

Logan: Another day.

Soon I hear footsteps and look to see it's Carmilla who is now awake.

Logan: Morning Carmilla.

Carmilla: Morning, Logan.

Logan: Sorry for, you know, going out of control last night.

Carmilla: It's no problem. It was a rough day for me yesterday with Velvette, Vox, and Valentino causing trouble in my office with their outrageous ideas. I also ended up kicking Valentino in the face when he tried to recruit my daughters. 

Logan: Yeah, he's a total piece of crap.

Carmilla: I wouldn't give him such a polite name. Either way, talking to you yesterday was really nice. But just know this is the only time we do this.

Logan: I know. I respect you and Zestial, as well as your daughters. I'd rather not put that at any more risk then I already did.

Carmilla: Thank you.

Carmilla makes some coffee for herself when a strange commercial plays on the TV.

Carmilla then swallows her coffee and coughs.

Logan: Holy crap. I'm starting to question how professional they really are.

Carmilla: Tell me about it. They shot a kid that walked in front of their target. I'm not sure about hiring them to kill anyone I still have a grudge against in the living world. Well, I got to get going now. Business never stops and I got to make sure my girls are okay.

Logan: Don't let me stop you.

Carmilla then holds my cheek and looks at me.

Carmilla: Thanks again for last night. Just know that you'll still be important to me.

Logan: I'm glad we could end things on better terms than last time. And thanks again for making that sword for me.

Carmilla and I then share one last kiss before breaking off.

Carmilla: You're welcome. It was the least I could do after you spared my daughters and I from Satan's wrath. Take care Logan.

Carmilla then walks to the elevator.

Logan: You too, Carmilla

After Carmilla leaves, I go to my table and began eating the food I made. Suddenly, I get a call from an unknown number. I still decided to answer it.

Logan: Hello?

???: Logan? You really are here!

Logan: Who is this?

???: It's Dan.

Logan: Dan? What's your password for your profile on your family's computer?

Dan: DanR0cks87 with a capital D and R with a 0 instead of an O.

Logan: Oh my god, It is you.

Dan: Yes. Logan, Kaori is in trouble!

Logan: What do you mean?

Dan: Look, I was at one of her concerts and I heard a bunch of guys wanting to use her for a sacrificial ritual. You got to do something.

I was in a bit of a panic but saw the that I.M.P commercial is still playing. I get an idea that can allow me to help Kaori without traveling to Earth myself.

Logan: I will. You can count on that.

Dan: I know I can.

I go to my computer and look up any information I can get on I.M.P because I have a job for them. Dan also texts me pictures of what the guys looked like. He must have died trying to get evidence to expose them. I see that I.M.P is in Imp City and grab a briefcase full of money before teleporting there. I continue walking as fast as I could to find the place before bumping into an Imp.

Imp: Oh my Satan! Prince Logan, please forgive me.

Logan: All is good. Hey, I'm looking for a company called Immediate Murder Professionals. Do you know where they are?

Imp: Of course. They're down there in that building with horns sticking out of it. There should be a sign about what floor they're on.

Logan: Thank you.

Imp: It's my pleasure, Prince.

I keep walking and make it to the building that the Imp told me about.

I look at the building's directory and see the floor I.M.P is on. I enter and get to the elevator to head up. Once on the floor, I walk and look at the doors until I see one with the I.M.P logo. I enter the door and I see two Imps on a couch and a Hellhound on her phone at a desk.

Male Imp: Prince Logan?!?!

Female Imp: Oh my stars! Isn't this a regal surprise.

The Hellhound then hits an intercom and speaks with whoever is inside the office. 

Hellhound: Blitz.

Blitz: What is it Loona? I'm busy.

Loona: We have a visitor. A royal one at that.

Blitz: Is it Stolas? Tell him our fuck session isn't until the end of the month.

I have an incredulous look on my face from hearing that and then look at the Imps besides me.

Male Imp: You don't want to know.

Loona: No, It's Logan Morningstar. Lucifer's son.

Blitz: Oh shit! I'm coming!

Blitz practically bursts out of the door to his office.

Blitz: Prince Logan. Welcome to the office I.M.P where we can take care of your unfinished business. I'm Blitz(o), the "O" is silent. These are my co-workers Moxxie and Millie. And this here is my dear daughter, Loona.

Loona: Adopted.

Blitz: So how can we help you today, Prince?

Logan: I need your help.

I snap my fingers and summon a file with all the information I have on the situation before giving it to Blitz.

Logan: This girl is being target by these cultist bastards. I don't want her to die since I see a huge future ahead of her. So I ask that you kill these cultists before they get a chance to kill this girl. And if you need to know if there's unfinished business, the guy who told me this got killed by them. So consider him an indirect client.

Moxxie: She's a violinist. I'd like to hear her music.

Millie: She looks like such a sweet girl.

Blitz: Alright, we'll take it on. But how much are you willing to pay for this thing?

I open the briefcase and reveal thousands of Souls (Hell's Currency). The team was practically in awe of the sight of it. I honestly don't know why the case began shining when I opened it. It was weird.

Logan: Kill those cultists. Keep them from harming the girl. And if you do well enough, I might even throw in a small bonus. Do we have a deal?

Blitz: Deal!

Blitz practically snatches the briefcase and everyone gears up. Blitz then brings out a Grimoire and opens it up, which summons a portal leading to Earth. I can't help but look at it in surprise that my old town is still there. Then again, I got sent back in Hell's timeline when I made the deal with Lucifer, So I guess I haven't been gone that long on Earth.

Logan: Wait, isn't that a Goetia Grimoire? How is that in your possession?

Blitz: I know one. I said out loud his name was Stolas. The agreement we had is that he lends it to us and I give it back to him at the end of each month.

Logan: Is that legal?

Blitz: You want us to save the girl or not.

Logan: *Groan*. Yes.

Blitz nods before going through the portal with Moxxie and Millie. After the portal closes, I snap my fingers and cause a circle to show what's happening on Earth.

Loona: Whatcha doing?

Logan: Making sure they stay true to their word.

Loona: Whatever.

I watch I.M.P going through town and mostly sticking to the shadows or whatever parts have the least amount of light that'll make them visible. Eventually, they see a hooded figure walk into my old school. Blitz and the others follow them in and eventually come across what is undoubtedly a cult. All of them remove their hoods and reveal to be several adults and teenagers.

Male Cultist: So, all we have to do is kidnap and sacrifice little miss sunshine and rainbows. And we get whatever the fuck we want?

Female Cultist: That is how this whole thing works. I'm tired of having to keep working for what I want.

Millie: Oh my, how can they want to do this to a young girl.

Moxxie: I never thought these people could be so cruel.

Blitz: Then drop any sympathy you may have for them. Cause we're killing these motherfuckers and get paid.

Blitz then fires onto the cultist and chaos ensues.

Cultist: Fuck, we've been caught! Shoot them!

The cultist grab several guns and fire onto I.M.P and forcing them to take cover.

Blitzo: Shit! I didn't think these fuck sacks had iron on them. Moxxie?

Moxxie: I'm on it.

Moxxie takes a shot and it misses, but ends up bouncing on several pieces of metal and killing multiple cultists.

Blitz: Damn, Moxxie.

Millie: That was amazing.

Moxxie: I'm not going to lie, I totally that I missed that.

The Cultists keep firing and I.M.P decides to get out of cover and charge at them. Millie pulls out a large axe and cuts through several targets like a sharp knife through meat. Blitz then fires his pistols and kills more Cultists. Moxxie fires whatever Automatic weapons he had and fires on those surrounding him. The Imps continue fighting and eventually all the cultists are dead.

Loona: You want a drink?

Logan: Sure.

Loona then walks over with two bottles of bear and hands me one. I pop open the cap and drink from it.

Blitz: Fuck yeah! A job well done.

Millie: Yep. All these fuckers are dead.

Moxxie: I just hope that girl will be okay now. She seems like a pretty good person.

Blitz: I'm sure she will Mox. Now let's head back and get our money. Don't want to keep that prince waiting.

Loona: Well, I guess that's my que to bring them back.

I shut down the viewing circle and watch as Loona opens the book and a portal that the team enters through.

Blitz: Alright Prince, the job is done. Those cultist Fucks won't be bothering your girl or anyone in the living world again. So we'll take the payment.

I hand Blitz the briefcase of money and hand Moxxie and envelope that says "Bonus" on it.

Logan: Well done. Your company certainly lives up to it's name.

Moxxie: Thank you, your Highness. Have a good day.

Blitz: Yeah, let us know if there's anyone else you want us to kill.

Logan: When something comes up, I will.

I walk out of the office and make my way out of the building. I go through Imp City as I look up at the sky and wonder about things.

Logan: Good Luck, Kaori. Keep playing. Keep living your life.

I stop at a window and look at my reflection which has hardly changed. I know I keep saying that, but it still surprises me. Soon I see Kaori's reflection walking past me in the window. For a moment it looked like she looked at me for a second. I was probably imagining things. But still, I can't help but smile as I continue to walk.
