So with the alliance between Y/N and sonia now official the two sides begin to prepare for the invasion that's in a weeks time. Rouge had a little conversation between G.U.N and at first they were hesitant on helping the son of thier enemy but they saw the bigger danger and had to swallow thier pride and team up with Y/N and his battle droids. Speaking of which Y/N was in a clear field training his sonia and his troops getting them ready for the fight against black doom which if you know how clumsy and incompetent the battle droids can be that's easier said then done.

Y/N: Alright troops soon you will be facing a threat of intergalactic proportions and I want you to be ready for the battle that lies ahead. People's life's will be in your hands it will be your duty to protect the innocent and defend the planet from black doom and his army.

Battle droid: Uhhhhh sir? Weren't we trying to conquer earth a week ago?

Y/N: Yes but times have changed and a new threat has emerged a threat that wishes to destroy the planet and now your new directive is to make sure that the invasion fails is that understood?

Battle droids: Roger roger!

Y/N: Now let's your training begin!

Y/N watched as his droids began to train with hilarious and disastrous results. First was weapons training and many of the droids failed to hit thier target hell even a sniper failed to hit his mark and Y/N watched in disbelief.

Y/N: Oh my word.

Battle droid: What a terrible shot.

Sniper droid: Ahhh well.........its my programming.

Next was combat training and Y/N had Silvia sonia and shade help out with this one he wanted to give the droids a feel of what life on the battlefield was like so he wanted enemies for them to fight and those three seemed like a good challenge and besides the droids are cheap to replace so if a few get destroyed its no big deal.

Y/N: Alright girls your clear to engage just try not to destroy ALL of them.

Sonia: No promises.

Y/N: Alright let's see how well the new battle droids do on the field.

The patrol of droids walked through the forest thier task was to make it through to the other side and fight off any resistance. This group was accompanied by the new type of battle droid the B2 battle droid the upgraded and superior version to the clumsy B1 battle droids. The commander was also cruising in the new tank that Y/N had made he had alittle help from tails to make it. The tank had hardened armour that could tank a missle head on and a powerful cannon to destroy any enemy vehicle.

The B1 commander was in one of the tanks when they encountered a set of fallen trees that were blocking the path and he ordered the convoy to stop.

B1 commander: Uhhhh hold it hooold it.

No one listened to his order and still kept on going.

B1 commander: I SAID HOLD IT! WAIT THATS FAR ENOUGH!

But still no one complied.

B1 commander: I MEAN IT STOP I SAID STOOOOP!

The convoy finally listened to thier commander and another droid in a battle tank drove up to the commander.

B1 commander: We're too big to fit in there.

Battle droid: No we're not watch this!

The battle droid used the tank to charge full force into the logs only to crash into the log pile and be sent flying. The commander put his hand on his face as The droid climbed over the logs and looked at his superior.

Battle droid: you were right!

B1 commander: Next time listen to orders!

As the droids bickered with one another the three hedgehogs looked over the cliff above the convoy as they got ready to strike.

Sonia: Alright the trap worked we've got them right where we want them.

Shade: I'll deal with the commander and his tanks silvia deal with the heavy hitters sonia you've got the cannon fodder.

Sonia: Awwww why do you always get to fight the stronger ones?

Shade: Tch just get down there and fight already.

Sonia speeds down the cliff and stops in front of the droids and starts to run circles around them.

Battle droids: Look a fast blue lifeform!

B1 commander: You buckethead that's the hedgehog.

Battle droid: She is a fast one open fire!

Sonia: Come and get me!

Sonia runs away on a different path while the droids look to their commander.

B1 commander: Send a small squad to chase after her the rest will stay here. Quickly destroy this blockade before she comes back and fights us.

Battle droid: Roger roger.

A squad of battle droids go down the path that sonia went and one of the tanks uses its cannon to destroy the logs clearing the way for the convoy that continued its path through the forest.

The group that was sent after sonia had reached the end of the path with no sign of the blue hedgehog they had thier blaster set to stun and thier sensors were on high alert.

Battle droid: She's gotta be around here somewhere.

Behind a pile of rocks sonia smirked as the droids walked past unaware of her location. She speed behind a battle droid amd grabbed him using him as a shield taking the other droids off guard.

Sonia: Peekaboo!

Battle droid: Ahhhh get her off!

Battle droid: Hold still.

The droid tried to shoot sonia but she sped away and the shot hit his freind. A battle droid at the back of the group felt someone tap his shoulder and saw sonia smiling at him before she kicked the droid into his freind deactivating them.

Sonia: Phew thanks for the warm up guys now I wonder how the other two are doing?

Shade and silvia were hiding on the path waiting for the convoy to appear in sight. Once it did they saw there was a battalion of B2 droids guarding the commander making it impossible to suprise him. One of the droids spotted the two hiding behind a tree and evreyone opened fire and the tanks booked it down the path while the droids had the two pinned down.

Shade: Dammit he's getting away..........silvia!

Silvia: Already on it.

Silvia sat down and focused and reached her hand out to a B2 droid which began to levitate and look towards his allies.

B2 droid: Woah what's going on!?

The battle droid began to fire at his own squad he tried to deactivate his blaster but Silvia used her telekinesis to force the blaster to keep firing. Shade used to opportunity to teleport behind the group and started to cut down the weaker droids with her choas spear while the battle droid continued to gun down the stronger units.

B2 droid: get out of the way all of you! I'm having a serious malfuction!

Silvia then lowered the droid to the ground and the droid started to take fire from the remaining droids.

B2 droid: Don't shoot I'm on your side!

His cry fell on deaf ears as a blaster bolt shot through his processor deactivating him shade tore off the arm of a b2 droid and used it to blast the last droids while teleporting around them. Silvia grabbed a boulder with her powers and threw it at the last three droids crushing them into scrap and shade drops the arm and regroups with her freind.

Silvia: That takes care of that man Y/N is starting to send out some serious heavy hitters isn't he?

Shade: Yeah about time he did good thinking with the droid by the way.

Slivia: Thanks.

Sonia runs to her freinds and notices the dead droids but the tanks were nowhere to be seen.

Sonia: Hope I didn't keep ya waiting hey where are those tanks?

Silvia: They drove off before we could deal with them if we move quickly we can still catch up.

Sonia: Leave that to me the fastest thing on the planet!

Sonia speeds off and shade uses her boots and silvia hovers to catch up with sonia while Y/N watches them through a tablet.

Y/N: Hmmmm this isn't looking promising for my droids but who knows they are close to the exit maybe they could make it in time.

Y/N pondered to himself when blaze and rouge walked up to him while he was busy in his thoughts.

Rouge: Hey good looking what are you watching?

Y/N: Just the training session between sonia silvia shade and my droids.

Blaze: Who's winning?

Y/N: Who do you think?

Rouge: Sonia?

Y/N: Yep sonia.........well seeing that you two are here it wouldn't hurt to strike up a conversation. So blaze how is mephiles settling in?

Blaze: She seems to have settled down she's become good freinds with silvia but when they first talked to eachother things started off..........well a bit bumpy.

Flashback

A door opens and mephiles silvia and blaze walk into mephiles's room.

Mephiles: Welcome to my room as you can see I've knocked over many chairs because I get so tilted at the towers.

Silvia: B-but this isn't really tilted or a tower.

Mephiles: Well you see its a gamer pad. Not many boys apart from Y/N come in here because I get freindzoned so frequently but that's okay.

Silvia: I'd like to be in the freind zone I'd like freinds.

Mephiles: It's not as plesent as you'd think. They don't treat you like a freind they treat you like an item. Sometimes I wish I could be more than just an accessory to these men. But unfortunately as a gamer I don't get respect.

Silvia: Well I'm not a gamer so maybe they'll respect me!

Mephiles: That just makes you a beta cuck. That's the difference between you and I silvia the hedgehog I'm an alpha gamer!

Mephiles throws silvia a controller and boots up her game console which has fortnite installed.

Mephiles: Anyway where we droppin boys?

Blaze: Have you ever actually  interacted with a man in your life apart from Y/N mephiles?

Mephiles: It doesn't matter check out this cool gem I bought on ebay for 7 dollars.

End of flashback

Y/N: Yeah that did sound a bit awkward.

Blaze: You have no idea.

Back with the battle droids they continued thier march through the forest they were mere minutes ways from reaching thier goals the commander breathed a sigh of relief thinking that he was safe only to be proven wrong by shade throwing a chaos spear at his troops destroying a droid.

B1 Commander: It's the hedgehogs open fire!

The tanks fires at the three who dodge the shot and scatter around the droids. Y/N sees this and smiles as he presses a button on his wrist guard.

Rouge: I recognise a sly smile when i see one Y/N what did you just do?

Y/N: Oh I'm just giving another new unit of mine a test run.........the real fight starts now.

Sonia readies for a spin dashed when she and the others heard the sound of metal rolling across the floor. Then from shadows of the nearby cave a battalion of droids roll infornt of the tanks and mobilize they change from their sphere mode to battle mode and a shield surrounds each and evrey one of them as the unleashed blaster fire on the surprised trio.

Blaze: What type of droids are they?!

Y/N: The droidekas the ultimate droid in terms of attack and defense.

Rouge: You didn't tell sonia about this did you?

Y/N: Nope you see that's the thing with war you must expect the unexpected and find a way to overcome the newfound threat. Let's see if those three can find the chink in the armour.

The droidekas unleashed a storm of blaster fire upon the three hedgehogs who tried to fight back but any attacks just bounced off thier shields forcing them to take cover.

Sonia: Okaaaaay now we're in trouble.

Shade: Dammit how do we get past those shields of theirs?

Silvia looked around to see if their was anything that could help them with their predicament she saw that the droidekas shield went down for a few seconds to recharge before reactivating and turned her gaze to the tanks that were nearing the exit before turning to her freinds.

Silvia: I've got an idea their shields shut down for a few moments to recharge I need you two to distract them while I get to one of those tanks once thier shields go down I'll use the cannon to blow them to pieces.

Shade: Got it.

Sonia: Hahaaaa this is where the fun begins.

Sonia and shade leave cover and run around the droids while silvia rushes towards the tanks. The commander sees her approaching and fires his cannon but silvia jumps above the tanks and lands behind it and uses her telekinesis to rip open the back door and enters the tank.

Battle droid: Commander she's got into your tank!

B1 commander: Oh no!

Two battle battle droids run out of the back but get slowly pulled back in by silvia.

Battle droid: RUN FOR IIIIIIIIIIT!

The two droids get yanked back in and moments after thier heads are thrown out of the vehicle and the commander gets pulled from his spot back into the tank.

B1 commader: BUT I JUST GOT PROMOTED!

Silvia destroys the commander and sits down and grabs the controls for the tank.

Silvia: Okay now how do we drive this thing?

Battle droid: She got the commander she's in the tank open fire!

Silvia targeted the other tank and pressed the red button on the controls and the cannon opened fire reducing the tank and its occupants to hot metal and molten scrap.

Silvia: So that's the button to shoot the cannon? Great to know!

Silvia drove to tank back to where her freinds where and she saw that sonia and shade were still trying to fight the droidekas. Shade shot spear after spear trying to break the shield but it never broke through and sonia ran circles round the droids who couldn't keep up due to thier lack of speed while in thier battle mode. When they saw the tank they braced for the worst but were relieved when it turned its cannon on the droidekas and fired shattering thier shields and blew them to kingdom come while they could take blaster fire thier shields stood no chance against heavy artillery like a cannon or missile. Two droidekas rolled back in time to avoid the blast and stopped once they entered the cave shade used her chaos spear and shot a piller in the cave which caused the entrance to collapse either crushing the droids or trapping them behind the rubble. Silvia jumped out of the tank and joined her freinds sonia gave silvia and shade a high five while Y/N sighed as he watched them celebrate thier victory.

Y/N: Once again they prove victorious even against my droidekas.

Blaze: They must be tired though silvia looks like she's about to pass out.

Y/N: Yeah let's call it quits for today but tomorrow's training is going to be even more intense.

Rouge: Y/N how can anything be more intense then rolling robots with shields?

Y/N: I believe you have not been introduced to the magnaguards have you?

Y/N and blaze laugh while rouge playfully rolls her eyes they go down and congratulate the three and Y/N hands them a chilli dog each which sonia is more then happy to accept.

Timeskip

After the intense training Y/N and others decided to relax for the rest of the day. Vanilla cooked evryone some food but Y/N had to go and tend to sage and cream first he wanted to make sure that they were safe and sound.

Vannila: Okay evreyone dinners ready.

Knuckles: Oh man bout time I'm starving those commando droids put me through the ringer.

Amy: Same those guys are tougher then they look.

Tails: Y/N can make some pretty impressive machines that's for sure. I wouldn't have been able to make those tanks if it wasn't for his help.

Rouge: Sounds like someone's got a crush.

Neo-sonia: WHAT?

Tails: (blush) C-crush?! H-hey I don't like him that way sure he's smart calm supportive and cute but- I-I DIDNT MEAN TO SAY CUTE!

Evreyone minus neo sonia metal sonia and Infinetta laughed at the embarrassed fox who held her head in her hands in embarrassment. Sonia then noticed that Y/N wasn't at the table.

Sonia: Hey vanilla where's Y/N?

Vanilla: Oh he's just putting cream and sage to bed he's so sweet to those two he reads them bedtime stories and hugs them if they have any nightmares.

Knuckles: Really? Man he's really taken  being a father to cream seriously and to be honest he's really good at being a parent.

Silvia: I knew he wasn't a villain like his father I could see the kindness in him the moment I saw him.

Shade: But I'm curious as to why he's suddenly come to despise eggman do any of you want to explain why?

Scratch: Uhhh I don't know if that's a good idea I don't think Y/N would appreciate it if we told you his problems with-

Infinetta: I will tell you why he hates that man. Eggman snapped at Y/N and said that his work meant more to him than sage or Y/N more then his own family.

Amy: What?! That jerk sage is only a little child how could he say something so horrible about her!?

Shade: The next time I see that man I'm going to kill him.

Mecha sonic: And I will be more then willing to join you in tearing him apart limb from limb.

Blaze: I'm glad that Y/N decided to leave him behind that man was just trying to turn him into a clone of himself.

Sonia: Speaking of Y/N I'm going to go check on him be back in a minute.

Sonia left the table and opened the door to creams room where she saw the most adorable thing. Cream and sage where fast asleep on Y/N's lap while he read a book about little red riding hood. The others peeked through the gap and Amy and metal sonia squealed by what they saw and the others smiled as Y/N gave the two a kiss good night and placed a blanket over them and put them on the bed letting them sleep in peace.

Evryone walked away from the door as Y/N left the room he stared at the others he knew that they watched him through the gap although he didn't mind.

Y/N: What? Big brother is just looking out for his family.

Amy: I know you are and its so adorable!

Neo sonia: Never change Y/N.

Y/N: I don't plan too........(yawn) man I'm all tuckered out ms vanilla could you put my food in the microwave? I need to take a quick nap.

Y/N rests on the sofa and lays his head down to get some rest he feels someone stroking his hair and opens his eyes to see vanilla looking at him. Vannila placed Y/N's head on her lap and gave him a gentle kiss on the lips before he closed his eyes and fell fast asleep.
Neo sonia and infinetta had to calm metal sonia down who had a knife in her hand while her eyes were twitching. Sonia and Amy helped carry Y/N to his bed and left with the others and called it a night. Vannila looked at the sleeping Y/N and lied down on his bed next to him with a tint of red on her face. She snuggled upto Y/N and wrapped a blanket around him and fell fast asleep while her heart was beating a million miles an hour with butterflies in her stomach.

Vannila: (Y/N it's him.........he's the one.)
