You and Shinobu are riding a motorcycle toward the mountains.

"The leader of the Demon Slayer Corps is really through there?" you asked Shinobu. "Are the other generals of the Corps there as well?"

Shinobu: "We are called the Hashira. And not today. They're all out hunting the demons plaguing routes leading to Vega and the other cities."

"OK. I'll save the rest of my questions for when we get there."

Shinobu: "Thank you."

You drove through a secret route through the mountains and stopped at a path.

Shinobu: "This is where we walk the rest of the way."

"Fine by me. I need to stretch my legs anyhow."

Walking along the path, you looked around and saw how different this place is compared to the UNH cities.

Shinobu: "Is something the matter?"

"No. It's just... this place looks so peaceful. Like it's in another world."

Shinobu: "Yeah, we all think that. That's why protecting this place is a top priority next to hunting demons. The master will be at his house."

"Is there anything I should know about him? Serious question."

Shinobu: "Treat him with high respect as you treat your generals and that Vladimir fellow. And don't mention anything about his... 'Condition'."

"Noted."

You and Shinobu kept walking and saw a shrine-like building at the end of the path.

"Should I bow?" you whispered to her.

Shinobu: "When he appears, yes, and refrain from moving unless he gives you permission."

You nodded, and the two of you saw a man approaching yourselves. He got closer and is revealed to be a young man with a slight deformity over half his face.

Shinobu bowed, and you did so as well.

"You must be Y/N," the man said. "I've been expecting your arrival. I hope the trip wasn't too dangerous."

You remained silent.

"You are allowed to speak."

"So, you are the leader of the Demon Slayers?"

"Yes. My name is Kagaya Ubuyashiki. I am the current head of the Ubuyashiki family."

"I heard about the family. You are pretty well known through UNH cities and settlements. You do a lot of trade and business there."

Kagaya: "Yes. Thank you for coming. Vladimir told me about you."

"You know Vladimir?"

Kagaya: "Yes. He's an old friend that visits occasionally. You can stop bowing now."

And so, you and Shinobu stood up.

"I came here to discuss being a member of sorts, assuming I am allowed to still be affiliated with the United Nations of Humankind."

Kagaya: "Your place among the UNH will remain. Vladimir talked to the president about that. How about you come inside? I've got tea and cookies if you're okay with that."

"Yes. Thank you, Mr. Ubuyashiki."

Shinobu: "The rest of the Hasira will be here in a bit. Expect a less-than-welcoming reception from them."

"If you say so."

You and Shinobu went inside and joined Kagaya.
