We see inko walking out of the doctor's office and upon leaving said doctor room she sees 2 greenbeans one masculine and one feminine

Inko p.o.v.

'how am i gonna tell them...'looking at both of them but more specially on izuku with guilt rising from her back

"Mom! Mom! What did the doctor tell you?did we get quirks?are we quirkless?!"both children kept bombarding her with questions the last part gave her more guilt

"W-well y-you see i-izumi got her quirk... It can manipulate peoples heads and have telekenetic powers!"inko describing her daughters quirk in a way her children can understand her way of speaking

"So cool! You'll be a great hero in the future izumi!"izuku praises his twin on how her quirk is powerful

"Yeah! We'll be the best heroes there are... But what about izuku mom?"izumi questions making inko's guilt rise even more

"W-well y-you see izuku was said to be q-quirkless by the doctors b-but s-she said t-theres a chance he might b-be a late bloomer"inko states making izuku freeze in his place shocked by the revelation he can be seen by the readers as pale as a cartoonish blue cat sees death for the first time

"S-sorry izuku but do you want katsudon for dinner?"inko asks making izuku less frozen and a bit more happy

"Ok mom"izuku replies wearing a despair filled face on his head

"Lets go home then..."inko states with guilt driven face on her head a few tears of guilt dripping

Izumi staring at the conversation fills her with a bit of worry her brother is now sad but she will make sure hes happy at the end of the day

Once they are back home

"Toshi we're home!"inko calls out to her husband who is currently watching the news program called 'ntr news reports'

"Welcome home sweetie how was the trip?"toshi asks inko in which inkos guilt rises remembering what she told izuku

"The hospital visit was good..."inko states in which toshinori notices and notes to ask about what happened later

"So inko how did the quirk doctors go?"toshinori asks in which her guilt driven face appears again toshi notices and feels a bad feeling in his gut wait does he still have one?

"Izumi got a strong psychic quirk and izuku... Well he... He's quirkless..."inko states in which toshinori approaches izuku eyes shadowed

'did i do something bad...?'izuku thinks to himself seeing this made him scared cuz which child aint get scared when their parents are using that face?

Toshinori puts his hand on izuku's shoulder kneels down and smiles at him

"Izuku... Quirk or no quirk you're still my son got it?"toshinori states in which izuku gets a bit less sad into

"I-its ok dad... Can i go use the computer for a bit...?"izuku asks both parents agree in which he runs off to the direction of their room to watch hero videos

"Now izumi... congrats on having a strong quirk!"toshinori states in which izumi's face lights up with joy

"Yeah! Me and izuku will still be great heroes!"izumi yells out while both parents smile knowing their children will still be the same... Or will it?

After a few minutes inko started cooking with another few minutes she finishes cooking katsudon

"Izuku!dinners ready!"inko calls out which with no response

"You think hes still sad toshi?"inko asks to toshinori in which said man stands up

"Izumi... Stay here for a bit ok?"toshinori asks his daughter in which she agrees and nods

"Ok dad!"she exclaims and gives a thumbs up

they then check izuku and izumi's room dim lighted and only the computer is seen emitting light izuku turns around and looks at them balling his eyes with a smile on his face out with a video of allmight's debut yelling out I AM HERE to the people with a bright motivating and a smile that says 'dont worry everything's safe now everything is in peace' both parents were looking at the child inko whose about ball her eyes out and toshinori with an aching heart literally and figuratively

"You see that mom... Dad... Theres always a big smile on his face... No matter how bad... things Get... Even when things... Seem very impossible... He never gives you up he never lets you down never gonna run around and dessert you~"izuku states with crying eyes with the face of rick astley... Hold on a second was this in the script? "You see that mom... Dad... Theres always a big smile on his face... No matter how bad... things Get... Even when things... Seem very impossible... He never gives up... Do you think... I can... Be a hero too..?"izuku asks with a smile and tears flowing

"Im sorry izuk-"inko was about to say only to be interupted

"Ofcourse you can izuku! No matter what you can always be a hero!"toshinori exclaims hugging izuku whose balling his eyes out and a very VERY guilt driven inko

'i was about to let him down... Sorry izuku... Thank you toshi..'she leaves both of the boys in their bonding time

"Thanks dad..."izuku says between sniffles

"Izuku wanna know a little secret?"toshi asks izuku who nods toshinori them leans on his ear

"Well your good ole dad was a late bloomer and i got my quirk developed at the age of 14"toshi whispers to him making him shocked by the revelation
