I am sorry for taking so long to update. My computer is broken and my phone won't let me type. I am currently writing on my friend's computer to update it. 

I have been working on my fanfictions if anyone wants to check those two out. I also have huge examens coming up, so there most likely won't be updates soon and that's why this chapter is so short. I just felt like I should probably end the cliff hanger instead of making all of you wait another week.

A mess of contradictions is what governs my soul. 

Confused as shit sounds right. What to do? What to do? I don't what to do. To kill or to save, I have to make a choice. People would understand if I didn't kill him, right? I know they would. But will he ever leave me alone? Do I want him to? Could I stand it to see him in the arms of another?

I have to do it, to kill him.

Do I?

Damn it, why can't the choice be clear? Why does it have to be so fucking complicated? I don't want to be here, I don't want to make this choice. I really don't. A choice has to be made. Do I really have to kill my other half?

Still, Sabrina and her mate continue to fight. Apparently, the Alpha King of Europe didn't think that what Alec is doing is a good idea. I don't know if I agree with him or not. I am still here with my sword raised about to kill him. 

I can!

I swing my sword downwards to complete the action.

 I can't!

I let my sword swing down, but instead of hitting my mate, it goes flying in a direction. I don't pay attention to it. My eyes are only for my mate. I could see his emotions change while he examined my actions. 

Regret to Relief to Fear to Acceptance to Relief to Happiness

I collapse into my mate's arms and starts sobbing. I know, so much for my powerful woman speech! My emotions just got the best of me. I needed the comfort that only comes from the other half of your soul. My sobs left just as quickly as they came. Apparently, my hormones are doing shitty things to me. This is supposed to only being on your period, damn it!

Alec pets my hair soothingly while cooing comfortingly into my ear. I let myself enjoy it because soon enough I will have to move again. If I get up, everything will get more complicated. I just want another moment away from reality. I cling to my mate who was willing to die in order not to hurt me, mine!

Soon enough, Alec whispers into my ear, "I thought you might want to know that everyone is staring at us and your friend is still fighting."

Hearing that, I bolt up and towards Sabrian without another warning. Last time I had checked on her, she was losing a lot blood and was close to the point of dying, apparently her mate was willing to kill her. Not on my fucking watch! 

I run back into the fight without even taking the time to grab a weapon, but now I have my wolf. Ever since I went back into my mate's arms, our two souls are at agreement once more. I see that the fucking Alpha King of Europe is still in his wolf form. I see him lunging towards Sabrina who is turning to see me. It would kill her. 

Without any care for my own safety, I jump between them. I close my eyes as I await for the killing blow to hit me instead of my friend.

But it never came.

I open my eyes to see the Alpha King of Europe frozen in mid leap in front of me. Alec shows up a second later, pouncing on him. I know that Alec's wolf is in control because his mate, me, nearly died. Wolves have a tendency to take that badly.

I turn to thank Sabrina, but instead I have just enough time to catch her as she passes out. Her eyes are still a brilliant shining red color. From what Moira told me, this means to preform the last spell that saved me she had to let her power control her. That's very dangerous.

Immediately, I go into doctor mode. I check her pulse which is existant albeit weak. I snap my fingers in the direction of my people. Most of them have been with me long enough to understand me. The first one rushes over to me and hands me a potion. Moira and Glinda tried to make as many healing and energy giving potions as possible. I quickly make Sabrina drink one of each.

At this point, I raise my head in the direction of the two still fighting wolves. I start to fume inside. Who does this Alpha King of Europe think he is? His mate nearly died because of him and he doesn't care. For that matter, what does Alec think he is doing? I get that he wants to defend my life, but I can do that on my own. Thank you very much!

I pass Sabrina to one of my people and I march to the two fighting Alpha Kings. Everyone around them is terrified of both of them and is looking at me like I am crazy for going towards them. Maybe I am, but damn if that will stop me.

I yell, "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TWO DOING?" Both of them stop short, equally confused. 

I point at the Alpha King of Europe, "FIRST OFF, YOUR MATE NEARLY JUST DIED AND ALL YOU CAN DO IS FIGHT. IF SHE DIES, IT WOULD BE ALL YOUR FUCKING FAULT. MEN ARE ALL IDIOTS!"

I turn to my mate, "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING? JUST BECAUSE I DIDN'T KILL YOU DOESN'T MEAN EVERYTHING IS FINE AND DANDY! I WANT BOTH OF YOU TO SHIFT AND COME WITH ME NOW!"

In the shock of being yelled at, both males do just that. Their people bring them each a pair of shorts. I turn and stalk back towards Sabrina. She needs me more than those two idiots. Fuck, it's days like this I want to murder someone!

I turn to one of the only females left of my group and tell her, "Bring Sabrina inside and get her to the medical center!"

I hear a growl from the Alpha King of North America which I silence with a look. I needed to clean up the battle field. Ten of my people were dead, the other twenty injured in various degrees of severity. Most of my people had escaped and taken everything with them. No one here had expected to survive this fight.

Suddenly, my attention is pulled in a different direction when I hear the distinctive click of a bomb being set off. So sue me, I had rigged bombs to blow if stepped on to kill more people after we lost. I am petty like that. These bombs are pression ones which means if the dude keeps his foot on it, it won't go off. Once he lifts his foot, BOOM!

I yell using my mate's Alpha order, "EVERYONE DON'T MOVE!"

They are all forced to obey and Alec gives me a curious look, "What's going on?"

I shrug, "One of your people just stepped on one of my bombs."

The other Alpha King stares at, "How could you do such a thing?"

I glare at him, "I wasn't expecting to live, no one in my group was. I just wanted to take out a few more of you."

I walk towards a terrified wolf and crouch down. I dig around it a little and pull a cord. These bombs were hurried and home-made. They were pretty easy to deatcivate.

I stand up, "There, done."

Alec calls out, "You all may move now."

I turn to face my mate, "I think we have some talking that needs to get done."
