THIS ISN'T A MISTAKE!

I did accidentally publish this chapter on Thursday. I got PMs telling me I have a glitch in Chapter thirteen since they cannot open it. Guys, you weren't suppose to open it because It wasn't finished. I accidentally hit publish thinking it was a different button I normally use when I write chapters. This isn't new where I accidentally publish a chapter and immediately unpublished it. People who have been reading my books for a while now will confirm me in saying I accidentally publish unfinished chapters time to time.

And just so you guys know and I am gonna mention this in another book of mine, I am currently really sick. I mean like, people say that I sound like I'm dying when I talk and I get super nauseous around food so...yeah, don't expect chapters for a while

But here is the FINISHED chapter...enjoy..

*Seto's P.O.V*

I saw Tino get up and suddenly leave like Sherri did a few minutes ago. Where is she? She needs to be here.

"Alright, let's begin!" Jeph said. I look at the floor, I'm so doomed. Well it isn't like that really matters. I wince again, it feels like something is chewing on my left shoulder. I know how this is going to end, and I think that it's better than living. I can't stop seeing things that make me think of the last four years, those years I was a stupid slave. I finally got my freedom back...only to lose it yet again and be executed.

"We did a little research into Seto's whereabouts." A voice said that walks pass me. I pick my head up, wait. James? Is that...No. James or Waglington or Wag as people call him, was a friend of mine back in the day. I haven't seen him in decades though. He and his brother just disappeared one day and never came back. Wag looks at me. "Blight...It can develop very easily if a magic user is in a constant state of either no magic use or in a dark state of mind for a very long period of time." He knows. How?

Wag has grey skin, a scar on his cheek, blood teartrack tattoos on his cheeks as well, red eyes, dark brown hair, a ash grey robe with red lining and black boots. But he also has a sword on his back, I know for sure that cannot be his...Wag sucks at hand anything that has to do with close combat. A hand grabs my left arm making me wince. I meet eyes with Phil. Wait..Are they all here? Phil moves my jacket just as I see Sherri come back inside and Tino as well. Phil moves my shirt. He's eyes widen slightly.

"Seto, this isn't a good thing." Phil whispered.

"Masters Waglington and Phil, why are you here? This is about the fate of this dark mage." Jeph said. Master Waglington and Master Phil...It's the word Master that just makes me flinch now...I hate that word.

"Oh come on. Seto isn't a dark wizard and you all know that." Wag said. Phil turns from me as I feel it grow more. I grind my teeth together, squeezing my eyes shut. I squirm, why do these ropes feel so tight all of a sudden? Phil grabs my chin and lifts up my head and my eyes meet with his.

"Seto, Seto. I know it hurts, but you gotta bare it for now. So stop squirming, we will fix your blight issue after this because we need your help with something and I know you'll want to be a part of it. So please just be still and not speak a word, us two will handle this." Phil said. My eyes look away from him and he turns from me to go help Wag. What are they planning? What do I want to be a part of? My eyes widen a little...Jazmine. Do they know where she is? I look at Phil feeling more pain and I try my hardest not to react.

"Let's not forget that Seto brought a human girl into the magic world when he wasn't suppose to. Breaking magic law." Terry said. Phil crosses his arms at them.

"When Seto brought Jazmine to the magic world back then it broke no laws because we still had a good relationship with the humans. So no law broken." Phil said. I look down at the floor. Yeah, but....The Council never approved of me being with Jazmine and I didn't care what they said because I wasn't gonna break up with her just because of that. But when the humans starting killing mages, I had to protect Jazmine from everyone. Lincoln and Sherri helped me protect her when I wasn't around. She said she was gonna leave the city and move to a human town, and I went with her. I remember living there for a while with her. I bought her the ring and than it all fell apart. Wait..the town! LittleRoot, I think it is called. Maybe she is there. I pick my head up a little hearing my name get called.

"Where is your human girl, Seto?" Jeph asks. I look over at him.

"Her name i-is Jazmine and I-I don't know." I said. Sherri looks over at Jeph.

"Jazmine doesn't have anything to do with this, you all are just trying to pin something on him because you want to execute him so badly." Sherri said. Execute? She knew? Wag took a step towards Jeph.

"Don't you fools realize how much we need Seto? Once he disappeared, we started to lose the war against the dark arts. You cannot just throw away the best mage in history over something this stupid." Wag said. Tino scoffs at Wag.

"We cannot allow a Dark Mage--"

"If Seto was a Dark Mage and was really working for them, than we all be dead already." Phil said. True...True. The rest of the argument I sort of ignored because well..Phil doesn't want me to talk anyway so...I bite my bottom lip back, silencing myself so when that damn blight spread more I wouldn't make a sound. I feel weird all of a sudden. I stare at the floor, chewing on my lip. It feels like something fogged my mind and blocked my thinking or something. But I heard Tino yell my name again so I looked up and met his eyes. He sighs.

"We have decided." Tino said. Oh no. This could be very bad for me since they didn't do much talking that I know of at least. I mean I did fuzz out a lot during this when I know I should be paying attention.  I bite down on my bottom lip. "Seto Azdel is hereby sentenced to death for aiding the Dark Mages in this war and the use of Dark magic."

"THAT'S BULLSH*T!" Sherri screams. TIno rolls his eyes as I look down at the floor. It was such a long shot, I knew that. But I still sort of hoped that Wag, Phil, and Sherri could fix this for me. But I guess if this is what is gonna happen, I have no choice but to completely go against it. I promised Jazmine I would come back to her, that we would be together again, so I ain't letting this come between me and keeping a promise to her. Even if I have to fight my way through the Council. I meet Jeph's eyes.

"And your abyssal beast will be taken care of by my hand." He said to me. I narrow my eyes at him. That I will never be okay will.

"You s-so much as l-lay on finger on, Nova, and--"

"SETO!" Phil yelled. I stop and look at Phil. He looks mad. "Remember what I said about talking?" I nod and he smiles. "Good, so keep your mouth shut." I feel myself get untied and the rope redoes itself around my center, pinning my arms down as two guards grab me. I see Sherri and Wag arguing with the rest of the Council members. I look at Phil and give him a small smile.

"It's fine, g-guys. T-thanks for trying." I said. Wag and Sherri look at me. Wag walks towards me. He grab my arm and the guards push him back.

"This isn't right! They are just using Seto as a scape goat!" Wag shouted. I give Wag a little smile.

"I-It's over, James. Thanks for t-trying. Take care of Nova fo-for me." I said. Wag bites his bottom lip as Phil comes up beside him.

"Seto--"

"We will." Wag said looking away from me. Phil looks at Wag as I'm pulled into a hallway. I keep my mouth shut and we just walk in silence. I don't see the point in resisting....at least not yet..
