Keith's POV:

At this moment. I honestly felt scared... But, I have to be brave.
"You ready?" He said. "Y-yeah." I said. "Focus Keith, FOCUS!" I thought. "Here I go." He said. He started towards me. I dodged, and I went for my attack. A swing downward. He blocked it. "Tch" I said. He looked as serious as possible.
Flashback:
"Dad! Why won't you let me come with you?!" I said. "Because... It's a very dangerous mission, Keith.", "But dad!!" I said back. I had started to cry. "I'm counting on you to protect your sister. Here." He handed me a hammer. "Whoa... Heavy!" I said. "If you get stronger, then one day... You'll be able to unleash your power... And you'll be able to lift this hammer..."
End of flashback.
"Gah!" I said as Kurosaki's fist landed on my stomach. "What is you're purpose?" He asked me as we locked weapons. "I- I have to get stronger! To protect my sister! I made a promise to my father!" I said. "I'm curious." He said. "Explain it with more detail.", "My dad gave me this hammer. And I made a promise to him. He said that if I get stronger... I'd be able to use my power to lift this hammer!" I said. "Power... Huh." He said. The weapons became unlocked. He took his sword and stuck it into the ground. "What you're father meant... Was that you need to truly wield that hammer.", "What do you mean?!" I yelled, starting to tear up because of the blow to my stomach. "What i mean is, that you haven't truly lifted the hammer yet." He said. He was starting to piss me off. "YES I HAVE! YOU'VE ONLY KNOW ME FOR A DAY!" I shouted. "Then if you already have lifted you're hammer, then you're father is wrong, and misjudged you. What a stupid assumption." He said. "SHUT UP!!!" I charged at him. My hammer started to glow a brilliant shade of orange. Tears started to drop off of my face. "FOR THE LAST TIME, YOU DONT TALK TRASH, ABOUT ME, MY SISTER, OR MY FAMILY!!!!" I screamed. "I knew he had it in him." He said to himself. I shouted a battle cry and he blocked my attack.
Kurosaki's POV:

"You were right about that boy of yours Mako..." I said to myself. I blocked his hammer. And what felt like a surge of power waved out like a shockwave. It shook the ground, created a gust of wind that made some leaves fall, and then the shockwave ended. "Hah... Hah..." He was so exhausted that he looked like he was about to collapse. I walked over. "You did good..." I said ruffling his hair. "You did it."

HOLY SHITE YAAAAYYYY!!!! Keith has unlocked the power that's inside(Pokemon XD nah jk). Next chapter will be mainly about Kurosaki's past, and... Who is this Mako dude?! Anyways question time.
If you could have any weapon of your choice, which one would you use?
I would use a chain scythe, katanas, or a broadsword :D
