"Only Poseidon Remains"

I made my way to Jungkook hyung' sanctuary. The sanctuary was full of fountains & water features. Honestly, looked like something out of a fairytale. His sanctuary was cyan & sea green with splashes of deep blue. Exactly like the ocean.

Seaweed was planted almost everywhere & the scent of cedar filled the air. A difference to the sanctuary of Zeus. I walked in knowing this conversation may end up disappointing me. "장준? 무슨일로 오셨나요? 스트레스 많이 받으시나요?" (Jangjun ? What brings you by ? Are you stressed ?) His questions were void of any emotion in tone, but I could tell from the way he looked at me he was still hurt over what I implied before... That their families didn't love them. "I spoke with Hoseok hyung. I plan on speaking with all of you at some point today actually."

Jungkook looked unfazed by this information as he moved the conversation along. "What do you wish to speak about then ?" The throne he sat on was the apex point of the entire sanctuary. A trident was embedded in the chair, but looked as if it could be moved & put back at anytime. Conch shells littering the walls... "Has the Ahjussi given you an army of children ? Do you not see anything wrong with that ?"

He didn't hesitate to answer me, but he also seemed to be offended I would ask such a thing. Are the EBPs affecting more than just their emotions ? "왜 중요합니까? 군대는 군대입니다. 여러분은 아쥐시가 신입을 뽑는 것이 잘못되었다고 생각하나요?" (Why does it matter ? An army is an army. Do you think the Ahjussi is wrong in getting new recruits ?) I couldn't believe what I was hearing. "I do think it is wrong. Enslaving children to fight on your behalf is wrong, hyung. You know what happens to warriors ? Eventually they die... You would send people's children to their deaths for what ?"

Jungkook pointed out a window of his at a ship out at sea. He seemed more interested with than than our conversations about what Jin-Sang has most likely done. What Jungkook said next absolutely horrified me to my core. "I can create beautiful things & cause great destruction. The sea is my domain. You need to make a choice before I make it for you. Should that ship safely reach its destination or should I capsize it drowning all on board ?"

"Let it reach its destination ! Why on Earth would you capsize the ship ?!", I yelled as all I got in return was an eyeroll. He slumped back into his chair seemingly now bored. He did a shooing gesture with his hand as he barely looked at me. "You may go..."

Upon leaving I made my way to the next sanctuary...
