"The end of the day!" I say walking out of the school with Kayla the truth stuff has finally went away and it was Friday "And the end of the week!" Kayla says laughing I laugh with her

"Sooo I have news...." Kayla says looking at me scared "I love news! Well not the news channel...that channels boring. Anyways what's the news!?" I ask excited as we start walking in the direction to are houses

"Well..I...me and....uhhh!! Why is it so hard to tell you?" She asks looking at me

"I can't tell you that because I don't know what you are talking about!" I say laughing she laughs with me "Right. Anyways...I'll tell you later. Speaking of I'm coming to your house tomorrow and I'll tell you then" She says I nod

"Well I better get home. My mom has to tell us something over this family dinner that we are having tonight...but I'll text you later" I say

"Ok! I'll...text you then" She says as we walk are separate ways I decide to stop at McDonalds

"Hi ma'am what would you like?" A man behind the counter asks "10 peace McNugget and A drink please" I say handing him the money "Ok" He says giving me a recite with my number 195 on it and my cup

I walk to the drink machine...thingy and put some root bear in my cup with some ice just as they call "195!" I walk over to the counter grabbing my food and setting at a table with it pulling my phone out

I was scrolling down Instagram when someone pushed me a little to set next to me I look up to see Tristan freaking Johnson

"What do you want? And why are you here?" I ask "One I am here because it's McDonalds and I'm allowed here. Second I want to talk because I'm bored." He says

"Well I don't want to talk to you ever." I say "Well you better get used to it we are going to have to live together for a week" He says I spit out my drink "What?" I ask

"Oh...he didn't tell you yet well I'm going to leave you brother to do all of that I better go bye" He says rushing out of McDonald's what was he talking about...? I finish my food then walk home when I got there I ran up to Shane's room and banged on his door

"HEY!! WE NEED TO TALK!!" I yell he opens the door "What." He snaps "Do you have something to tell me?" I ask

"Oh she told you" Shane says...she? Tristan's a girl? What I'm confused... "Uhhh yea" I say "Look I hope your not mad that I'm dating Kayla" He says WHAT?! What did he just say?

"WHAT?!" I yell "Oh...she didn't yell you?" He asks "NO SHE DIDNT!" I yell

"Uhhh are you ok with it?" He ask "Your dating my best friend...and your asking if I'm ok with it?" I ask "Uhh yes?"

"AM I OK WITH IT?! AM I OK WITH IT!!! I'M JUST MAD THAT YOU DIDNT TELL ME!!" I yell "We thought that we would start off by not telling you..." He says "WHAT EVER SHANE!" I yell walking out his room slamming the door

"FERN IM SORRY!" He yells I roll my eyes walking to my room slamming the door behind me then falling on the bed screaming in a pillow

"Why me?" I ask my self "Sweetie are you ok in there? What happened between you and your brother?" My mom asks knocking on my door "Nothing mom go away" I say she sighs then walks away

I grab my phone and dial Kayla's number

Hey Ferrrrrnnnnn!!

What? Is there something wrong?

Yea there is something wrong. You didn't tell me that you where dating my BROTHER!

Yea he did. When where you planing on telling me?

No don't be sorry! I overreacted!
