(Blaze's POV)

We made our way up to the surface, still laughing and thinking of ways we could use our new skills.

"You guys...sure...have a lot of energy." Merlin said panting, probably from having to catch up with us. We both giggled at the statement.

"Well, with the information we just learned, it's kinda hard not to be excited." Jinxx said, I nodded in agreement.

"There's still time left to get a tour of Camelot, would you guys like to come along?" Merlin asked. Jinxx and I both looked at each other with a wide grin and answered in unison, "Yes!".

"Okay, but seriously, you guys need to stop doing that. It's unsettling." We just laughed and followed behind him. He showed us to the stables, where he works. I recognized the area where he fell asleep in the horse manure. I guess Jinxx did too because I heard her voice in my head saying the same thing and laughing.

"Hey, I heard that!" Merlin said turning around and giving us a face that looked embarrassed yet annoyed. Sorry, it was only a little funny. There it was again, Jinxx's voice. Wait, I don't have magic but I can hear her still? Maybe it has to do with being twins? Oh well. We continued on to the armory, where Merlin shines Arthur's armor.

"Hey, Merlin, when can we meet Gwen and Morgana, or the people around town, and uh..Arthur?" I asked, kind of nervous, thinking that I wouldn't be able to meet Arthur.

"Um, tomorrow should be fine. I could bring you both along when I wake Arthur up and afterwords we can go see the Lady Morgana and Gwen. Sound good?"

"Sounds great." I replied, with a smile on my face and Jinxx nodding in agreement. The last place we headed was to the castle. Merlin showed us the dining hall and the kitchen, where lots of staff were already preparing for tomorrow's breakfast. He showed us to the training grounds, where Arthur and the Knights practiced their fighting skills. I saw a sword laying there, up against the rack. I got an idea. I walked over and picked up the sword.

"Uh, Blaze, what are you doing? I don't think it's a good idea for you to-"

"Hey, don't you remember? I've got the skills." I winked and gave a smirk. Just then, one of the Knights, one I happened to recognize, walked out from one of the tents. "Hey, Sir Leon, spar with me!" He shot a worried look towards Merlin.

"It's okay, Leon, just go with it." Merlin gave a sigh. The knight gave a sigh as well and turned back towards me.

"Okay then, Miss, think you've got what it takes?" I chuckled under my breath. I took my pack off and handed it to Jinxx, she and Merlin backed a few yards away.

"Woooh! Go Blazey-baby!" I hear Jinxx shout from the sidelines.

"I think I'll be okay." I twirl my sword twice in my right hand and get in a stance that I didn't know I could do. Hope this goes well. He charges at me with a force that scares me. But almost as if I'm being pulled by something, I swirl out of the way of his blow, twirling to stand behind him. He turns as well. He aims another blow towards me and I parry it easily. Using my own force, I shove him backwards with my sword. He doesn't stumble. He comes at me with more force than before and again as if I'm being pulled by something, I block it without a thought. This time, deciding not to shove him back, I collide our swords multiple times. Leon blocks me skillfully, but I get back at him by moving in a way that reminded me of a dancer or ballerina. I twirl our swords like a snake wrapping around its prey and knock his sword out of his hand. It falls to the ground and I run fast behind him. I kick the back of his legs and he falls. My sword still in my hand, I swing it in front of him, pointing it straight at his neck. I was breathing heavily, surprised at how instinctual it had been, but proud of myself nonetheless. He stared down my blade with wide eyes. I chuckled. I drew my blade away and give him a hand up.

"Eh, you weren't that bad." I say sarcastically. Sir Leon, still in awe, looks at me in confusion.

"Where did you learn to fight like that? I have never seen skills like yours."

"Let's just say I learned over time, and my father was pretty skilled himself." I gave Jinxx a nudge. She looked at me like that was the best thing she's ever seen. Merlin also stood there in disbelief.

"Well, whoever taught you, I think you should go ahead and spar with the prince tomorrow. He should be up and ready at the training grounds, so meet everyone here." Sir Leon said and walked back to the tent he had walked from before. I felt my heart race a bit. Holy shit, I'm going to spar with Arthur!

"Blaze, that was fucking awesome!" She ran to me and gave me a hug. Merlin following behind.

"I have never seen anything like that. Especially since you beat Leon!" Merlin said quite proud. "Well, I think it would be best to head back, it's starting to get dark."

"Okay. Lead the way." Jinxx and I said in unison. "Oops! Sorry. Hey stop copying me. No you stop! Bitch, get your own words! Gah!" We said in unison again. Merlin just kind of looked at us with a 'what the fuck' face and continued walking. We made it back to Gaius', he greeted us before saying goodnight and heading to bed himself.

"We've got a few extra cots that you two may sleep on." Merlin said as he walked over to grab them. He set them up and went to go get blankets from a chest on the other side of the room.

"Blaze, this is not only amazing being here, but being here with my best friend. Or sister? Yeah." I said confusing myself.

"Jinxx, that's exactly what I was thinking." I nudged her arm a bit. We both laughed. Merlin came back and handed us our blankets.

"If anything happens, shout for me. I'll just be up here." Merlin mentioned. "Good night, Jinxx. Good night, Blaze." He said giving Jinxx a more heartfelt smile and closed his door. I giggle and Jinxx hits my arm.

"Looks like someone's got a crush on my other half." I say jokingly.

"Hey, it's not like that." Jinxx blushes a bit.

"Whatever." I smirk. We both get in our cots, say goodnight, and drift off to sleep.
