Grammar:
Very good, stayed in one tense. I would suggest proofreading, though, there were a few spots that would benefit from it.

Dialogue:
yay!!! It was clear who was speaking, what they were speaking about, etc. Round of applause!

Descriptions:
I feel like you could describe the setting more. I don't know if the hospital is attached to the prison or if it's a seperate building, and I had a hard time telling the difference between Ura and Ell. And, Melbourne's skills aren't really described. Is she just really smart from years of experience, or does she have some sort of boost? Can she do martial arts or was she just acting out of desperation?

Level of Interest:
it's pretty interesting, and definitely a unique storyline. However, what's up with Jase? I hope that his crush on Ura plays a part in the book later, because it was just kind of mentioned offhand and then he disappeared and wasn't really mentioned again.

I really liked the story, and the title caught my attention quickly. The prologue also hooked me, since I'm a sucker for spies and such.

Pacing:
it's a quick-moving book, I'll admit. The pace is perfect, though, and keeps things interesting while also allowing time to enjoy the story. 👍
