Part 1
"Our ancestors knew something that very few people know today...
There was something lurking beneath the surface of the ocean.
The only people who dared to investigate this peculiar mystery rarely EVER came back alive."
Mr. Finn recounts the tale for the brave little ones gathered around his rocking chair.
They are frozen with fear, yet unable to turn away. I just chuckle while I clean the countertops of my family's bookstore.
"Now, now," Mamma comes in and scolds Mr. Finn. "Ev'ryone knows such creatures don't exist."
I shake my head. Mamma is strict in her beliefs. She prefers facts to fiction.
"I don't know, Gina. The whole thing seems pretty fishy to me." Pappa winks at me.
"Aylin, what're you doing standing around? Clean!" Mamma reprimands me.
I get back to scrubbing the century-old stains on the counters.

A hush falls over the small crowd. I look up in time to see a couple, a man and a woman, stepping out of a limo with a boy coming out behind.
The family is one that you would find in a movie, with their striking looks to their we-mean-business attitude.
The boy is... well, handsome is the best way to describe him, I guess.
He has dark sunglasses, his hair styled very carefully in a certain way.
"I'm Quincy Adams Windham-Amherst III." He says.
