The Last Dance
Lola looked her outfit in slight distaste, the sixties did not have a good fashion, so she wore a grey dress with white big boots.
"Ready?"Derek asked, wearing his 60's outfit.
Derek looked at Lola's face and added "Stop making a fuss. Let's go."
They left Derek's house to go to the school dance.
At the school dance, they stood together as he asked Lola "Do you really think Klaus is going to be here?"
"Probably. I don't know. I need a drink."The siphon muttered, making a bee-line for Alaric whose eyes were already on her, but she chose to ignore it.
The curly haired girl down the fruit punch immediately after pouring it into her cup, blank faced despite the heavy amount of tequila that had been added.
"Hard day?"Alaric asked as he watched the girl pour another cup of punch.
"More like hard life. I hate dances."Lola said.
"Why?"Alaric asked as he was genuinely curious about the siphon girl considering how much his youngest brother would go on their lack of magic. They were abominations in the eyes of regular witches and he couldn't help but feel that was something they had in common which was probably the reason why this girl was his soulmate.
"Before I did the Merge with my brother, Ambrose used to love dances so going to one of them... It remind me the lost of my twin brother. All because my father manipulated into doing this Merge. If I knew the truth, I would had never gone with it."Lola sighed.
"I understand the lost of a brother."Klaus blurted out and only realised what he said when it was too late to take it back.
Lola merely raised an eyebrow but couldn't help the uneasy feeling washing over her as their conversation continued. As far as she knew, Alaric's family was dead. Something was definitely off, so she accidentally brushed their fingers when handing him a cup of punch and making sure to siphon a very small amount of magic so it went unnoticed by the imposter. It was then she'd understood that it wasn't the history teacher, that Klaus was possessing Alaric's body!
Lola licked her lips, a smirk plastered on her face as she addressed the man "Have fun night, Klaus."
She then went towards where Valerie and Derek were, leaving the Original jaw smacked.
Later on, Lola had a vision about her sister facing Klaus at the cafeteria. So she rushed at the cafeteria but it was locked by Bonnie's magic.
"Bonnie, no!"Lola shouted.
Bonnie only smiled slightly at her sister before her back had jerked at an uncomfortable angle and she had fallen to the ground supposedly dead. Lola siphoned the magic from the door and rushed over her sister and the doppelgänger knelt down beside her and began sobbing over the body of Bonnie.
Elena cried " Stefan! Stefan, I can't find her pulse! Stefan! Do something, please! Stefan, please! Just give her blood, do something, please!"
Stefan slowly lifted his head, a solemn look on his face as he spoke to his girlfriend "It's too late. I'm sorry."
Lola sobbed as she asked Derek "Please take me out of here. I can't. I just can't!"
Derek nodded as he took Lola out of the room knowing how hard it was to watch the dead body of her sister.
Some time later, Lola found out Bonnie was alive and she called her "If you weren't hiding, I would so kill you for making me feel this way, Bon!"
"I know. I am sorry. Klaus had to believe it. I won't do it again."Bonnie said.
"You better because the next time you do this to me, I will smack you. I'm not joking. You mean so much to me. And I won't risk losing you because of Elena and the others!"Lola told her.
"I love you too. And I need you to forgive yourself, Lola. Ambrose's death was not your fault. Your father manipulated you. You need to forgive yourself."Bonnie said.
"I just can't. I'm going to sleep. I'll talk to you tomorrow."Lola said as she hang up.
