Next Day, Lucy's Pov, 

Lucky for me it was Saturday. Yesterday was different. I haven't sung a song in so many years. I sounded so out of key to myself. Natsu and Levy both agreed I was find. I woke up and put on a pink tan top with shorts as I left my hair down. "1pm already?" I asked shocked as I slept in. Gray kept me up half the night asking questions and reasons why I shouldn't befriend Natsu. If his mother knew my mothers song it must of meant they was friends, the close friend mother was bringing home in that plane. My eyes watered a bit. Natsu also lost his mother that day.

I wiped my eyes and went downstairs to see a Virgo our maid smiling at me. "Hello Princess, your bother told me to give you this" Virgo passed me a note as I started to read. 

To Lucy,

I got a date today with Juvia. REMEMBER WHAT WE TALKED ABOUT LAST NIGHT! I DON'T LIKE YOU HANGING OUT NATSU! 

From Gray 

I rolled my eyes and sighed. "I hate my brother" I muttered as I walked off but soon as I passed the front door there was a knock. "I GOT IT VIRGO" I shouted as I opened the door to see Natsu smirking at me. "Good, your home" he was holding a keyboard in one hand and was wearing a guitar case around his shoulder. "Errr?" I looked at him confused as he shook his head a little. "Im here to help you with your fear, Im here to make sure you start singing again" Natsu explained as he let himself in. "W-What?" I nearly shouted closing the door behind him. 

"I want to help you duh" he gave me a toothy grin as I sighed. "Fine we can practice in the music room" I muttered as his grin grew. "Guest Princess? Master won't be happy it's a boy" Virgo made me jump as I turned around to see her behind me. "J-just don't tell dad or Gray lease Virgo" I begged as she nodded. "Alright Princess" Virgo bowed and walked off. Nastu looked at me confused. "Don't ask, way to long of a story" I sighed. "Follow me" I walked ahead with Natsu following behind me. Part of me wanted to sign again.

But the other part hated to sing. As we reached the music room Natsu let out a whistle as I closed the room behind him so no one else could hear. "Gray is really the only one who uses this room now" I saw Natsu nod and then look around. "So how about this, I sing a song first then you and then both of us" Natsu sat at my mothers piano. I only knew how to play the piano and sing unlike my brother who can play nearly anything. "Alright" I whispered as Natsu looked at me with a smile. "Come on show more emotion around your partner" Natsu pressed on a key.

Partner? "Gray is so going to kill you" I walked over and sat next to Natsu. "He can try" Natsu laughed making me laugh along with him as he started to play the piano and started singing.

I ended up humming along with the song until Natsu finished. "So think you can handle singing on your own or wanna skip to the duet?" he asked as I took a deep breath. "I think I can handle a small song in front of you" I rubbed the back of my head as he nodded as there was a knock at the door. "Come in" I nearly shouted as Virgo walked in. "Sir Leo is here to see you Princess and he won't leave until he does" Virgo made me sigh. "Can't Loke leave me alone for one day" I muttered as Natsu smirked. "What?" I asked.

"I can make him screw off" Natsu stood up and offered his hand. "Might start a rumour though" I took a second and then grabbed his hand. "Not like there aint some already" I made Natsu laugh as we headed down the stairs and went to the door. I let go of Natsu's hands opening the door. "Hey Luc-Why is Natsu here?" Loke then asked shocked looking at Natsu. Leo Loke Lion. He used to be my best friend until he turned into a playboy. "Can't a guy hang out with his best friend?" Natsu asked upset as Loke looked at me shocked. "Best friends?" he asked me.

I rubbed the back of my neck as I felt my cheeks burning up a little. Was so not helping. "Loke this ain't a good time ok" I made him glare at Natsu and then smile at me. He took my hand kissing it before smiling more. "I shall see you another time my dear Lucy" he the walked off as I closed the door fast and let out a sigh as Natsu started laughing. "What?" I asked confused. "His face" Natsu answered as I smiled a little. Gray used to tell me about when he and Natsu was younger, how he used to be more childish than normal. 

Looks like I was turning him back to his old self. "Come on, you got a song to sing" Natsu grabbed my hand and dragged me up the stairs and back toward the music room. Maybe being friends with Natsu wasn't going to be so bad...

Natsu Pov, 

I hated when Loke kissed Lucy's hand. Damn dirty fuck-boy. Some reason around Lucy I felt happy and like my old self. "Come on, you got a song to sing" I grabbed Lucy's hand and gently dragged her back upstairs and toward the music room. I heard her giggling a little as I smiled and laughed. Loke's face was priceless when he saw me. I haven't laughed like this in awhile.. Who knew meeting Lucy could change me this much....
