Laura pov.

I look at the bunch of childish men in front of me and can't help but be amused.

I look on the side of me to see Rydel sighing amd pinching the bridge of her nose.

I decide to go past what I just witnessed and greet them.

"Hey guys. Its great seeing you again." I wave at them in a cheery mood.
"Wish we could have started off normal but, hey, boys will be boys." I add while walking around the house.

"You should probably get used to it." Rydel says while walking in the kitchen.

I look back at the boys and smile.

Ratliff comes and hugs me first then the rest of the boys follow. Ross was last and I felt butterflies in my stomach.

As we pull away, I smile at him and walk to the kitchen to Rydel.

I couldn't possibly be falling for Ross.

Right?

I mean he may have the most beautiful, shiny and soft hair in the world and a killer smile and the cutest brown eyes that I could get lost in for hours and-

"Hey Laura, can you hand me the salt? It's right beside you." Rydel says snapping me out of my trance.

I locate the salt and hand it to Rydel.

"What are you cooking?" I ask curiously.

"Shrimp Fettuccini." She answers while adding the pasta in the boiling water.

My eyes light up.
"That's my favorite dish in the whole world!" I say excitedly.

"I know." A voice behind me says.

I turn around and Ross stands there with his arms folded while looking at me weirdly.

"What do you mean 'you know'?" I ask him.

"You see...um....what I had meant to say was....uhhh....I know that Rocky likes Mac and Cheese. I totally didn't stalk you on every social media account and google you." He stutters and then awkwardly walks into the living room.

I watch him leave and look back at Rydel.

"That was weird. He seemed so nervous the second I looked at him." I chuckle a little and watch the pot that the food was in.

"Yeah. He's weird in general. I don't know how I put up with this crazy family." She says and shrugs while taking me somewhere else.

She leads me to a corridor with six doors.

She passes most of them before she goes to the last one.

She opens the door and I can clearly tell it is hers.

"It's beautiful!" I say while spinning in a circle in the middle of the room.

"Yeah." She says while laying on the bed.

I follow her footsteps and plop my body down on the soft sheets.

I perk up as I get an idea.

"Let's invite the boys in and play games. It could be fun tonight. We could play Twister, Truth or Dare and CandyLand. It'll be fun." I say.

"Sounds like a plan but I think the boys already heard it." She says while walking to the door.

I give her a confused look until she opens the door and the boys fall in one bunch.

"Snooping again, I see." She says with hands on her hips.

They look at her guiltily.

"So you guys wanna play?" I ask them.

I hear a bunch of yeah's and sure's.

"Ok. I'll set up Twister." I say while walking out of the room to get the Twister game out of my bag.

This is gonna be one fun night.

Back at it again with another update for you guys.

Laura and Ross. Sparks fly and so do the butterflies in Laurie's stomachs.
