Narrator: *In a males voice* On a Sunday morning in a small town called Springfield.

In Marge and Homer's bedroom

*The alarm clock turns to 7:00 and rings*

Homer Simpson: *snores, rolls and falls off bed* Oof! Hey! How'd I get down here? Oh well, time to go back to my dream. *falls asleep and snores*

In Homer's dream at Ned Flanders house

Homer Simpson: *knocks on door*

Ned Flanders: *opens door* Howdy do Simpson, what can I do for you on this fine lovely day?

Homer Simpson: Hey Flanders I just wanted to be friends with you and I'm sorry for everything that I did.

Ned Flanders: Aww I accept your apology and you're always my friend Simpson. Do you wanna come inside?

Homer Simpson: No. But I brought you a pie. *Holds out pie*

Ned Flanders: Oh Simpson that's very sweet of you.

Homer Simpson: *Throws pie in Ned's face, laughs and imitates Ned* Ooh look at me I'm Ned Flanders and I want everyone to be my friend.

Ned Flanders: Homer. Homer. Homer. *In Marge's voice* Homer.

Marge Simpson: Homer! Homer!

Homer Simpson: *Wakes up* Huh.

Marge Simpson: Homer get up and get ready we're gonna be late for church.

Homer Simpson: Ugh but I was dreaming can't I stay on the floor and dream a bit more longer.

Marge Simpson: No! You can do that later. Now get ready and don't think about going back to sleep.

Homer Simpson: *Falls back asleep quietly*

Marge Simpson: *Starts pulling his hand* Come on, let's go.

Homer Simpson: NOOO! I'm going I'm going. NOOO! 

In Bart Simpson's room

Bart Simpson: *laying in bed reading a comic*

*Lisa holding Maggie's hand walking inside*

Lisa Simpson: Bart what are you doing?

Bart Simpson: I'm reading a comic can't you see that.

Lisa Simpson: But you have to get ready, we have church today. Come on, put your church clothes on.

Bart Simpson: No

Lisa Simpson: Come on. Next Sunday we're not gonna be at church. We're going to Mexico for spring break, remember.

Bart Simpson: Yeah and this is why I'm staying home. Church is boring. Face it Lis we need to stay home today to get ready for school this week.

Lisa Simpson: But you're just gonna be doing nothing at school. You always do nothing.

Bart Simpson: I know and I wanna do that right now.

Lisa Simpson: Oh Bart I don't wanna have to do this to you. *let's go of Maggie's hand, walks up to him and starts pulling him*

Bart Simpson: No Lisa I'm not going.

Lisa Simpson: Yes you are.

Bart Simpson: No I'm not!

Lisa Simpson: Yes you are!

*Bart and Lisa continues arguing*

Marge Simpson: *enters bedroom* YOU TWO STOP FIGHTING!!!

*Bart and Lisa stops fighting*

Marge Simpson: What's the problem and Bart why are you still in your pajamas and not your church clothes?

Bart Simpson: Because I don't wanna go. Church is boring.

Marge Simpson: *gasps* Bart Simpson! Don't say that church is boring. The man upstairs can hear you. And you're going to church.

Bart Simpson: No I'm not.

Marge Simpson: Yes you are because I'm taking away your comic. *takes away comic book*

Bart Simpson: Aww man come on I was reading that.

Marge Simpson: Well you can get it back after church. *exits bedroom*

Lisa Simpson: *takes Maggie's hand and exits bedroom*

Bart Simpson: Oh ay caramba.

At the First Church of Springfield

Reverend Lovejoy: *starts prayer*

Homer Simpson: *tries not to fall asleep but falls asleep on Marge's shoulder and starts snoring very loudly*

Reverend Lovejoy: *stops prayer* Marge, please wake your husband and tell him to stop snoring. He's interrupting my prayer.

Marge Simpson: Homer. *taps on top of his head*. Homer!

Homer Simpson: *wakes up* Huh what?

Reverend Lovejoy: Enjoying your nap Homer?

Homer Simpson: Yes Reverend.

Reverend Lovejoy: Well then stop you're snoring very loudly and interrupting my prayer. Now where was I oh right. *continues prayer*

At children's church

Ms. Albright: So kids do you have any questions on how to be nice?

Bart Simpson: *raises hand*

Ms. Albright: Bart.

Bart Simpson: Are you nice?

Ms. Albright: Yes I am.

Bart Simpson: So can you buy me a new comic?

Ms. Albright: That's a question that I'm not gonna answer. Does anyone else have any questions?

*Nobody raises their hand*

Ms. Albright: Alright so there's no homework since we're about to go on spring break. But we'll have homework after spring break.

*Church bell rings and kids sprint out*

Ms. Albright: Remember kids, Easter's coming up so be good!

Reverend Lovejoy: Had a good dream Homer?

Homer Simpson: Yeah.

Reverend Lovejoy: Well then you better stay awake at the next service and go to bed earlier.

In the car

Marge Simpson: So how was Sunday school kids?

Bart Simpson: It was good mom.

Marge Simpson: What did you guys learn about?

Bart Simpson: About how to be good since Easter's coming up. So can I have my comic back.

Marge Simpson: When we get home son.

Bart Simpson: Ok.

Homer Simpson: So where do you wanna go out to eat kids?

Bart and Lisa Simpson: Krusty Burger!

Homer Simpson: Krusty burger it is.

Marge Simpson: But first we have to pick up Grandpa.

Homer Simpson: On why do we have to pick up Grandpa?

Marge Simpson: Because he wants to come with us.

Homer Simpson: Ok fine let's go get him.

30 minutes later

Grandpa Simpson: Homer?

Homer Simpson: What?

Grandpa Simpson: I have to go to the bathroom.

Homer Simpson: Can you hold it?

Grandpa Simpson: No.

Homer Simpson: Doh!

Marge Simpson: Calm down Homer. We're almost at Krusty's and grandpa, why didn't you go before you left the nursing home?

Grandpa Simpson: I forgot.

Marge Simpson: Oh grandpa.

At Krusty Burger

*The Simpsons and Grandpa Simpson are sitting at a table*

Lisa Simpson: Where's Krusty?

Bart Simpson: Yeah where is he?

Krusty the Clown: *walks up to table* Hey hey hey kids it's me Krusty the Clown. Oh it's you guys.

Homer Simpson: Krusty!

Krusty the Clown: What do you guys want?

Bart Simpson: We came to have breakfast.

Krusty the Clown: Couldn't you guys have breakfast at your own place.

Bart Simpson: We could've but Marge had to rush us out of here.

Marge Simpson: I was afraid that we were gonna be late to church.

Krusty the Clown: Aren't you guys always late.

Marge Simpson: Yeah but today is a special day.

Krusty the Clown: It's just a regular Sunday.

Marge Simpson: No it's Palm Sunday.

Krusty the Clown: Oh yeah right Palm Sunday.

Bart Simpson: Krusty what are you doing for spring break?

Krusty the Clown: Nothing. What about you guys?

Bart Simpson: We're going to Mexico.

Krusty the Clown: Oh really why Mexico?

Marge Simpson: Just to explore the country.

Krusty the Clown: Oh well at least I don't have to see you guys. Especially him . *points at Homer*

Homer Simpson: Hey what did I do?

Krusty the Clown: You keep buying food without paying!

Homer Simpson: That's because I'm hungry and I don't have any money.

Krusty the Clown: Doesn't your wife have some?

Homer Simpson: Yeah but she probably won't give me some.

Krusty the Clown: Haven't you tried asking her?

Marge Simpson: Yeah Homer haven't you tried?

Homer Simpson: Well no.

Marge Simpson: If you were going to Krusty's you could've asked me for money.

Homer Simpson: Doh!

Marge Simpson: I'm very sorry Krusty.

Krusty the Clown: Well I'll talk to you later. You guys are wasting my time. Bye. *walks away*

Bart and Lisa Simpson: Bye Krusty!

Maggie Simpson: *sucks pacifier*

Grandpa Simpson: Oh so that's Krusty.

Lisa Simpson: Grandpa you've seen him like a million times.

Grandpa Simpson: He looks a bit different.

Lisa Simpson: He still looks the same grandpa.

Grandpa Simpson: Oh well I must be losing my sight.

At home

Homer Simpson: *sitting on couch, watching tv, eating a bag of chips and drinking beer*

Marge Simpson: *comes downstairs and into living room* Homer, my sisters are coming over to have dinner with us.

Homer Simpson: *groans* Can't they come over on a different day.

Marge Simpson: No it's Palm Sunday so you better get ready. *leaves living room*

Homer Simpson: Doh!

In the evening

*doorbell rings*

Marge Simpson: *opens door* Hello Patty. Hello Selma.

Patty Bouvier: Hello Marge.

Selma Bouvier: Hello Marge.

Marge Simpson: Please come inside

*Patty and Selma walks inside and Marge closes the door*

Marge Simpson: Homer, kids come say hi to Aunt Patty and Aunt Selma.

*Kids start coming down the stairs*

Lisa Simpson: Hi Aunt Patty. Hi Aunt Selma.

Bart Simpson: Hi Aunt Patty. Hi Aunt Selma.

*Maggie sucks pacifier*

Patty Bouvier: Hi kids.

Selma Bouvier: Hi kids.

Marge Simpson: You guys can sit in the living room. Make yourselves at home. Kids, where's your father?

Lisa Simpson: I don't know mom. He didn't come down.

Patty Bouvier: Well look at that he's scared of us.

Marge Simpson: Well I don't see why he's scared of you. I mean all you guys do is make fun of him.

Selma Bouvier: Or maybe he's just ditching us.

Marge Simpson: He would never ditch dinner. He loves to eat. Homer!

In the bedroom

Marge Simpson: HOMER! COME DOWNSTAIRS!

Homer Simpson: *groans* I don't want to!

Marge Simpson: BUT PATTY AND SELMA ARE HERE!

Homer Simpson: That's why I don't want to come down!

Marge Simpson: THERE'S DONUTS FOR DESSERT! I KNOW THAT YOU LIKE THOSE!

Homer Simpson: Fine I'll come down! *leaves bedroom*

In the living room

Marge Simpson: *enters living room* Well Homer's coming down now. You two better be nice to him.

Patty Bouvier: Don't worry we will.

Marge Simpson: *leaves living room*

Homer Simpson: *enters living room* Hi Patty. Hi Selma.

Patty Bouvier: Hi Homer.

Selma Bouvier: Hi Homer.

Homer Simpson: *sits on couch*

Bart Simpson: So what should we watch guys?

Lisa Simpson: Put on the news we always watch that.

Bart Simpson: Fine I'll put on the news. *turns on news*

Kent Brockman: Hello welcome to channel 6 news this is your host Kent Brockman. Today is Palm Sunday and this Friday is Good Friday which means this coming Sunday is Easter. Today our president Joe Biden is trying to keep his spot in office but our former President Donald Trump is trying to take over his spot in office.

Lisa Simpson: Oh no that's terrible.

Kent Brockman: Anyway we pray for Joe Biden as he's trying to keep his spot in office but the good news is that schools are closed next week which means the kids are on spring break. This is your host Kent Brockman live from channel 6 have a great Palm Sunday folks.

Bart Simpson: *turns off tv*

Lisa Simpson: So do you guys think that Trump is gonna become president again.

Homer Simpson: I don't know but who cares about politics.

Lisa Simpson: I do I care about politics and the environment very deeply.

Homer Simpson: Lisa, honey you care too much about the environment and politics. Sometimes you just have to relax.

Lisa Simpson: But dad, this man has done terrible things. We need Biden to stay in office.

Patty Bouvier: You know she's right, Homer.

Homer Simpson: Oh but what do I know about politics?

Selma Bouvier: Nothing you know nothing Homer.

Marge Simpson: *enters living room* Guys dinner's ready.

Homer Simpson: Oh yippie dinner I'm starving.

In the dining room

*Everyone is sitting at the table*

Marge Simpson: So for dinner we are having roast turkey and mashed potatoes.

Lisa Simpson: Ooh yummy.

Bart Simpson: I'm starving.

Marge Simpson: So does anybody wanna say grace?

*Nobody answers*

Marge Simpson: Anyone?

*Nobody answers*

Marge Simpson: Alright I'll say it. Now everyone bow your heads.

*Everyone bows head*

Marge Simpson: Dear God. We wanna say thanks for this wonderful food you gave us. We wanna say thanks for getting us to church on time and we wanna say thanks that we are a happy and healthy family Amen.

*Everyone says amen and starts eating*

Lisa Simpson: Hey mom on the news Kent said that Donald Trump is trying to be president again.

Marge Simpson: Really seriously.

Lisa Simpson: Yes.

Marge Simpson: Oh no that's terrible. What's Joe Biden gonna do about it?

Lisa Simpson: I don't know. 

Homer Simpson: Excuse me Marge.

Marge Simpson: Yes Homer.

Homer Simpson: May I be excused?

Marge Simpson: Yes of course.

Homer Simpson: *gets up and walks to kitchen*

In the kitchen

Homer Simpson: *sees a box of donuts on the counter* Oooh donuts. Don't mind if I do. *starts eating donuts*

In the dining room

Bart Simpson: Mom what do you think he's doing in the kitchen?

Marge Simpson: He's probably getting something to drink.

Patty Bouvier: Or maybe he's gonna eat up all the donuts.

Marge Simpson: Or maybe he's being a gentleman and is gonna bring us the donuts.

Bart Simpson: Mom this is your husband we're talking about. When he sees a donut he's just gonna eat it once he sees it.

Marge Simpson: Hmm I guess you're right. Ooh I'll call him to bring us the donuts. Homer!

In the kitchen

Marge Simpson: Homer!

Homer Simpson: Yes honey!

Marge Simpson: Can you bring the donuts?!

Homer Simpson: Of course sweetie I'm coming. *takes box of donuts and exits kitchen*

In the dining room

Homer Simpson: *enters dining room*

Marge Simpson: Put the box on the table Homer.

Homer Simpson: *puts donut box on the table*

Marge Simpson: Open it Homer.

Homer Simpson: No it's ok you can open it.

Marge Simpson: Why don't you wanna open it Homer?

Selma Bouvier: He's probably scared.

Homer Simpson: Fine I'll open it. *opens donut box*

Marge Simpson: *gasps* Homer, you ate all the donuts?

Patty Bouvier: I had a feeling that fatty would eat all the donuts.

Marge Simpson: Homer why would you do that?

Homer Simpson: *whines* Oh Marge I couldn't help it. It looked so good.

Marge Simpson: Oh Homie what are we gonna have for dessert now?

Patty Bouvier: This is too pathetic to watch.

Selma Bouvier: Very pathetic.

Patty Bouvier: Me and Selma are leaving this is to painful to watch.

Marge Simpson: Well I'll walk you two out. Kids say goodbye to Aunt Patty and Aunt Selma.

Bart Simpson: Bye.

Lisa Simpson: Bye.

At the door

Marge Simpson: *opens door*

Selma Bouvier: *walks out*

Patty Bouvier: *walks out* Oh Marge one more thing. What are you doing for spring break?

Marge Simpson: Me and Homer are going to Mexico with the kids. Why?

Patty Bouvier: Well when you're in Mexico me and Selma want you to start talking to other men. We want you to get a new husband.

Marge Simpson: I would never do that. I like being married to Homer. Goodbye. *closes door and walks back into dining room*

In the dining room

Marge Simpson: Well kids it's time to get ready for bed.

Bart and Lisa Simpson: Aww.

Bart Simpson: Can't we stay up longer.

Marge Simpson: No you guys have school tomorrow. You guys can stay up longer on Friday.

Bart Simpson: But we didn't have dessert yet.

Marge Simpson: Well you can complain to your father about that.

Bart Simpson: Dad why did you have to eat up all the donuts?

Homer Simpson: It just looked so good and it was calling my name. It was like Homer. I know you want me so come and get me.

Bart Simpson: Or it could've said Homer don't eat me because you're too fat.

Homer Simpson: Why you little! *gets on table and tries to strangle Bart*

Marge Simpson: *gets in front of Bart* No Homer, don't try and strangle your son and get off the table you're gonna break it.

Homer Simpson: *gets off table*

Marge Simpson: Now let's get ready for bed. *picks up Maggie*. Homer, can you clean up please?

Homer Simpson: Yes Marge.

*Marge and kids exits dining room*

In Maggie's room

Marge Simpson: *puts Maggie in bed and gives her a bottle* Goodnight Maggie. *gives Maggie a kiss on her forehead*

Maggie Simpson: *sucks pacifier*

Marge Simpson: *turns off light and closes the door*

In Lisa's room

Marge Simpson: *opens door*. Goodnight Lisa.

Lisa Simpson: Hey mom. I have a question to ask you?

Marge Simpson: Make it quick sweetie.

Lisa Simpson: Do you think Biden will every become president again if he gets kicked out of office?

Marge Simpson: I don't know sweetie. People don't really have an answer to that question. We just have to see what the government will do.

Lisa Simpson: Alright. Goodnight mom.

Marge Simpson: Goodnight Lisa. *closes door*

In Bart Simpson's rom

Marge Simpson: *opens door* Bart what are you doing?

Bart Simpson: I'm finishing up my comic.

Marge Simpson: Bart put that away you can finish it tomorrow.

Bart Simpson: Ok fine. *puts comic book away*

Marge Simpson: Goodnight Bart.

Bart Simpson: Goodnight Mom.

Marge Simpson: *closes door*

In Homer and Marge's room

Marge Simpson: *gets into bed* Goodnight Homie.

Homer Simpson: Goodnight Marge.
