~Taurtis P.O.V~

I woke up to mom shaking me. I got out of bed. 'good morning son'. She signed to me with her fingers.

Oh did I mention I'm deaf. I was born with the condition. I've been homeschooled so this is my first time going to a public school.

I gave her a hug. "morning mom". I said. (He may be deaf but he can still talk) She smiled warmly. The school I was going to I think it was called 'Yandere High'.

My mom left my room for me to put on my new uniform. Once I was dressed I walked downstairs. My mom handed me my lunch bag. I looked in and saw something that made me so happy...

DORITOS!!!

I walked out with my friend Grian. (It kept autocorrecting to grain XD) Grian was my friend I met when I was younger.

He didn't care that I was deaf. He even learned to speak sign  language just to speak to me.

We both sat at our bus stop. I pulled out my phone and checked my Instacrab. (Instagram) I have like 2million followers.

I felt a tap on my shoulder. I looked and saw Grian he pointed to the bus. I nodded and got on the bus.

As we sat down Grian sat on my right. A boy came running on the bus. He had...bunny ears. I wasn't going to judge since i were my headphones everywhere I go.

Sleep,shower, you name it. he came up to me and said something I don't know what though. I looked at him confused.

Grian started talking but I don't know what he said either. The boy nodded and started to use hand language.

'Hey is this seat taken' he signed. I shook my head and smiled. I scooted over for him to sit.

He sat down. 'Hi I'm Sam'. He signed. I smiled. "I'm taurtis". I told him. He smiled too. He was kinda cute.

Oh did I mention I'm gay. No? Oh well I'm gay and deaf. As the bus began to move I was talking to Grian and Sam.

I was looking out the window when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I looked and saw Sam standing up.

I stood up and followed Sam and Grian. The school put us all in the same classes. I think the teacher knew of my condition because she wrote everything she said on the chalkboard.

I wrote everything down. As I was writing I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked up and saw Grian.

'the bell rung let's go'. He signed to me. I nodded and grabbed my stuff. We were heading to our lockers to put our stuff up.

We walked to lunch together. Today we had pizza and fries. Yum! I added my Doritos to it.(I wish my lunch at school was good. It taste like cardboard no lie) I sat down next to Sam and Grian my only friends.

The day was going to end soon we all hung out. It was the end of school. Sam and Grian both had after school things so I had to wait into they came back since I can't hear at all.

I sat in the front of the school. That's when I felt a hard impact in my stomach making me fall back. I looked up and saw the school's bully. Dom and his crew.

He was saying stuff but, I didn't know what. He slapped me hard. I held my cheek. I felt tears prick at my eyes.

I held it in. They all started to kick me and punch me. I closed my eyes. The beating stopped. I opened my eyes and saw Sam in front of me and Dom and his crew knocked out.

'are you okay' He signed to me. I shook my head. He stuck his hand out. I took it. He pulled me in a hug. I hugged back. I just let it all out and cried into his chest.

He rubbed circles on my back. I continued to sob into his chest. I felt two more arms wrap around me. I looked up and saw Grian.

I hugged him too. All three of us were hugging while I cried into there chest. I finally stopped crying. 'what happened'. Grian signed. I looked at him. "D-dom and h-his c-crew". I told him.

I sniffled. Grian looked shocked. We all walked to the bus as we say there I grabbed my phone and checked Instacrab. I gained like 400 followers just today.

I followed some back and liked some of there post. I liked to make people smile so I did it. Grian tapped shoulder for the bus.

I stood up and waved bye to Sam and Grian. I walked home. My mom hugged me and kissed my forehead. I grabbed some Doritos and walked to my room.

I ate my Doritos while scrolling through my Instacrab. One thing that caught my eye was. 'SamGladiator started following you' I smiled big and immediately followed back.

I saw he had texted me.

(T-TAURTIS S-SAM)

S- Hey taurtis it's Sam from school.

T- Hey Sam thanks for the help at school.

S- np I have to go see ya later😉

T- k bye ttyl

Did he really use the wink emoji?! YASSSSSSS!!! I smiled big and laid down with my TV on.

I slowly drifted to a restful sleep...
