You and Travis were getting popcorn while the girls went into the theater. Travis got a large size popcorn so he and Katelyn can share it, a pretzel, and two large cokes. You decided to spend a little extra on pretzels, candy for Aph, a large popcorn, and 3 large cokes

As you made it back to the theater room, you and Travis made "small talk" meaning you just sat and listened to Travis talking about how beautiful Katelyn is and how lucky you both were to have your respective girlfriends

When you found the girls, you sat between Aphmau and Kawaii~Chan while Travis was sandwiched between Aph and Katelyn

Aph: Awesome! I love W&Ws!

Katelyn: Yes! Sweet, Salty, Mustardy! I love pretzels! Wait...I thought you were afraid of mustard Travis?

Travis {heavily panicked}: Yeah heheh...but I'm willing to face my fear for you

Katelyn: Aw that's sweet, but I already know you made Y/n carry it here

Travis {dejected}: Yeah you got me...

You smile as you gave Kawaii~Chan a chocolate bar

Kawaii~Chan: Thank you Y/n~kun! I love sweet things but I love you more!

You blush as the previews end and the movie starts. You then realize that you dont even know what the heck you guys are watching

You think to yourself "What kinda movie is this? Vampires? Werewolves? A familiar looking woman? Oh god no...not Midnight!"

Kawaii~Chan held your hand and snuggled against you while you both enjoyed the movie.
After the movie ended, Travis pointed out how late it's gotten

Travis: Jeez, that movie was long, It's almost midnight!

Aph: Nice pun, Travis hehehe

"Well it's too late to drive you all home, how about we have a sleepover at my house? My mom won't mind" You signed, not mentioning you just didn't wanna be alone tonight in case you had another nightmare

Travis: Sure, I'm down! I packed a bag just in case

Katelyn: Ditto

Aph: I just bought sweatpants

"You all planned this didn't you..."

Aph: Sorry but im not gonna go back home until I cuddle with your dog!

All of you looked at Aph as if she was crazy, mainly because she is, but she was right. Drei would love to see everyone again

"Alright fine, but Katelyn drives"

Katelyn (pumped up): Yes!

You texted Mom about the sleepover and she was more than enthusiastic to have everyone come over.
Just as Katelyn pulled into your driveway, it started pouring down raining. Luckily you got in before you got wet. The group settled inside, Drei happily sat in Aph's lap as she snuggled him. Mom was in the middle of making some cocoa for everyone while everyone sat in the living room either watching tv or chatting amongst themselves. There was a sudden clap of thunder from the distance, causing Kawaii~Chan to practically jump into your arms, terrified. You held her close to reassure her that she was safe, causing her to blush. Aph then took pictures and Katelyn was stifling her laughter. Travis gave Aph a confused look

Aph: What? She deserves it for shipping us with people at school!

Travis: To be fair she does go crazy with the whole shipping thing

Mom: Okay kids, it's getting late so I'm gonna go to bed. I want you all to take showers before you sleep so you don't catch a cold ok?

Katelyn: Righty-o Mrs. L/n!

"Sure thing Mom, night" You signed over to your mother as she was walking up the stairs

Aph: Ok, draw straws to see who showers first?

"No need, you girls can use the shower first. My bathroom is actually big so you can all share the bath. Travis and I can wait until you're done" You generously offered knowing it'd be more efficient if the girls shared the bath

Travis: Besides, we'd feel bad if we didn't allow you girls to go first

Katelyn: If I catch you two morons spying on us I'm gonna beat you so hard you'll have to repeat junior year, got it?

"What do you take me for? Travis?!"

Travis: Hey! I have standards too, Y/n!

"I promise you guys there will be no sneak peeks while I'm here."

Kawaii~Chan: Thank you Y/n~kun, I'm glad I ended up with such a gentleman

She smiled and you blushed h a r d
You gave the three girls towels as they grabbed their clothes and went into the bathroom. As they were in the bath, you and Travis just sat there, playing with Drei and chatting, but also feeling somewhat awkward

Travis: Sooooo, wanna go spy on the girls?

You hit Travis on the head and went back to playing with Drei, who was acting like Aphmau whenever she comes into contact with babies

It took a bit but the girls finally came out of the bath, fully dressed in pajamas, only to find you and Travis with exhausted faces while Drei was passed out in his bed

Katelyn: What happened to you guys?

Travis: Drei....hyper...play....tag....air.....

Aph: Aw Drei looks so cute sleeping

Kawaii~Chan: He really does! You can go in now Y/n~kun

"Alright, cmon Travis"

You got up and dragged Travis into the bathroom. The bathtub was big enough for two people and there was a shower attachment next to the tub

Travis: Woah, this bathroom is huge!

"My dad was really into japanese bathrooms ever since he went on a business trip to Japan, all of our toilets even have bidets in them"

You both started getting undressed and hop into the bath when Travis sees the scar on your neck

Travis: It hurt a lot huh? The accident?

You shook your head as you placed your hand over your throat

Travis: I'll tell ya this dude, you're a hell of a survivor. Before you came to PDH, it was just me and Aph as not-alone-buddies, but now we got all these new friends, you got a girlfriend, and we're having the time of our lives

"Yeah, and let's not forget the fact we got about a year before we graduate"

Travis: True that, what are your plans after high school?

You sat there thinking for a moment, what were your plans after graduation?

"I'm not sure right now, I've been looking at colleges but I wanna find something close so I can still be with Kawaii~Chan and you guys. I don't wanna lose you guys, ya know?"

Travis: Wherever you are, we'll always be there for you dude

"Thanks Travis, alright we should head out"

Travis: Right you are my friend

You both got out of the bath after cleaning up and got your pajamas on. Travis never bought any clothing so you lent him some green sweatpants and a black t-shirt while you stuck with some black-checkered pajama bottoms and a white t-shirt

After getting out you saw the girls sitting on the couch, an abundance of board games on the floor, 2 giant bowls of popcorn on the table, and anime on the TV
As the anime ends, Katelyn stretches and yawns.

Katelyn: Alright, who's up for a game?

Travis: *groan* Another game? I thought we were supposed to relax tonight."

Katelyn just rolls her eyes and lightly punches Travis' arm as she reaches for one of the games on the floor

Katelyn: Playing games is relaxing. Come on, it'll be fun.

You smile and nod, agreeing with Katelyn.

Y/n: What game?

Aph: How about charades? It's always a blast.

You chuckle silently and nod in agreement. Charades is perfect for you, a game where words aren't needed, only actions and expressions. Katelyn acts as judge starts divides everyone into teams, You & Kawaii~Chan VS Travis and Aphmau. Soon the room is filled with laughter and animated gestures as you all take turns acting out different prompts.

When it's your turn, you pull a card and see the word "giraffe." You smile to yourself, knowing exactly how to portray it. You stretch your neck and mimic the long-legged walk of a giraffe, earning peals of laughter from your friends. Kawaii~Chan guesses it almost immediately, her eyes sparkling with amusement.

KC: That was too good!

KC gives you a high five as you grin and take a seat, enjoying the infectious energy in the room.

As the night wears on, you all settle back down, the games giving way to quieter conversations. Aphmau and Travis start debating the best superhero movies, while Katelyn flips through a magazine. Kawaii~Chan is still by your side, her hand now intertwined with yours. She leans in and whispers in your ear

KC: I'm really glad we're all here together.

You squeeze her hand and smile, nodding in agreement. You reach for your phone again, typing a message to her

Y/n: Me too. This is perfect.

She reads it and gives you a soft, lingering kiss on the cheek.

Eventually, the conversations die down and one by one, your friends start falling asleep. Aphmau is the first to go, sprawled on the couch as her snores fill the room. Katelyn and Travis soon follow, curled up on opposite ends of the floor. You and Kawaii~Chan are the last ones awake, wrapped up in a blanket together.

You grab your phone one last time and type a message to the group chat

Y/n: Goodnight, everyone. Thanks for a great night."

You hit send and watch as the notification pops up on everyone's screens, even those who are already asleep.

Kawaii~Chan snuggles closer to you, her head resting on your chest.

KC: Goodnight...

She murmurs softly, her eyes closing as she drifts off.

You lay there for a while, listening to the steady rhythm of her breathing, feeling the warmth of her body against yours. You look around at your friends, feeling a profound sense of gratitude and love. Even though you can't speak, you know they understand you perfectly. In this moment, surrounded by those who care about you, you feel truly at peace.

With a contented sigh, you carry Kawaii~Chan to your room, carefully place her in your bed and climb in afterward. You close your eyes and let sleep take over, your heart full and happy.
