"I smell something strange Sara." Said Vanessa worried. Sara nodded, but ignoring her remark:" Do you smell someone else in the base?" Asked she.

"Oh no, they aren't there, I know that they said to me that they went to find the sear gang after they got away. They said its too dangerous to let them by themselves now after what happened to Tatsuo..." ended Vanessa dry.

Sara turned to her little sister seeing tears in her eyes, she tried finding words for comforting her, even she felt the same pain:" Hey," she poked her gently "He isn't gone, he is still here."
"W-where?" Asked she in tears.
"Right here, and here." She pointed on her chest and on her head "He always be in your heart, and in your memories. So don't let us forget him and don't we let this be his death in vain, ok?"

Her little sister nooded:" Y-you're right. Thank you Sara." Sara smiled and looked foreward, seeing they almost were there. Out of sudden she felt like the whole air was pressed out of her lungs. She looked next to her and saw Vanessa hugging her:" Whoa Vanessa! You're killing me!-" Laughed she, she hugged her back.

"Ok, we gotta go, I really don't want Nico to see me here, heh. I don't want any problems with that guy."

As Sara opened the basement door, they suddenly heardsomething something loud. Like a glass breaking and then a metal bang, it made the ears of the girls hurt from the loud noise, so they shortly covered them:" What the-" whispered the cat.

She immediately ran into the meeting room where the sound came from. She suspected that the two cats came back to steal the Chaos Emeralds, that were normally in a small glass furniture and than saved safely into a safe, that only the trustful members of the Chaos defenders knew how to open.

If it's again that two damn brats I swear I gonna-

She suspected the two cats again until she opened the door. She gasped and iced in place. With one hand she covered her mouth.
She saw the last person she suspected, her brother. He was standing at the window just wanted to flee with the Chaos Emeralds. "F-Fineas? What are you doing the the Emeralds?" Asked she trembling.

As her brother turned she looked in his eyes, his eyes looked hollow.
His eyes didn't glowed as normally blue in the dark dawn, they glowed a deep purple what came Sara very familiar but at the same time very creepy.

She asked again after some time of silence:"Fineas, is every-"
"FINEAS!? WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Screamed a voice in despair. It was Vanessa, that next to her.

Suddenly someone pushed Sara by side so hardly she fell.

She looked up and saw the team.
Everyone was back. But as Sara stood up to see her brother again, but he disappeared.

"Sara what happened?!" Asked Akro worried.

"I TOUGHT I EXPRESSED MYSELF CLEAR TO STAY OUT OF OUR BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE!"
She saw Nico coming in her direction aggressively, " I FUCKING WARNED YOU!" Sara backed of terrefied.

Out of her clumsiness she fell down again while panicly trying to get away, but as Nico arrived before her and he took her from collar of her pullover and pulled her up:" ITS ALL YOUR FAULT, YOU BRAT." Shouted he in her face, "HE'S GONE. BECAUSE. OF. YOU!"

Tears formed in her eyes while hearing that words. She could barely breath, being outreach of the floor. Everything was blurry.

She saw in the blur while looking behind the lynx a white being with red glowing. She knew it was the white cat. And that was the last thing before closing eyes seeing Nico wanting to punch her.

"NICO! STOP IT! YOU'RE TAKING IT TOO FAR!" She heard Akros upset but concerned voice, and saw that he pushed Nico to let Sara go. She fell on the floor hardly, letting a hoarse scream out. She groaned in pain.

Hazel went by her side concerned:"Hey bud, don't worry it's me. Are you fine?!" Sara noticed it was her friend Hazel:" Y-yeah, thanks Hazel..." so she tried to stand up.
She felt someone grabbing her under arm, she looked around panicked "Hey, hey its me, Azuro. I won't hurt you."

She sighed in relieve but immediately hold in as she saw Akro standing before Nico growling.
"A-Akro..." Whispered she weakly.

Nico growling was deep too,
"It's ENOUGH!" Shouted the wolf upset "Nico, you are gotten way too far! You hurt one of our-"
"HEY HEY, ME?! I'M THE ONE TAKING IT TOO FAR?! AND DO YOU WANTED TO NAME HER ONE OF US?! OH SORRY BOSS, I TRIED PROTECTING US FROM HER! BUT OF COURSE YOU DON'T FIND HER GUILTY WITH HER," He showed in the direction of the cat girl provocative" BEING YOUR FUCKING GIRLFRIEND!"

"THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS! HOLD HER OUT OF THIS! SHE'S INNOCENT!" The leader bared his teeth angry.

She saw Hazel going one step forward:" Nico, hear me out bud, she wouldn't hurt a fly! I mean, she the kindest person I know!"

Than she saw unexpected Vanessa stepping on her older sisters side:" I agree! I don't think Sara could have ever hurt anyone! I know her my whole life and I know she wouldn't hurt anybody. She just helped me get to the base to not-"

Sara saw Akro turning to her and interrupting her little sister:" Sara, I-. Don't understand me wrong, but I think it's the best you go home. We don't really know who it was. And there will be more," He tried finding a word while waving with his hands around " 'misunderstandings' ." Said he while glaring at Nico.

He than looked back to her with sparkling heavy eyes:" Please, just, *sigh* go. And dont come here, not until we solved-"

Saras eyes filled with tears instantly:" Oh," her whole hopelessness and disappointment transformed into anger:" And I tought you were on my side."She dried her eyes,
"It seems you agree with him being right. Maybe I make everywhere just pain and Chaos, maybe I wasn't meant to be a hero..." said she and than went out the room , not saying a word and with tears rolling down her cheeks. And no one said anything, it was a silence like never before between the Chaos defenders.

She heard the door closing behind her. But she heard steps behind her and than a soft voice:" I'm coming with you." As the grey cat looked next to her, her eyes met Vanessas "Are you ok? I mean after..."

She nooded while touching her aching sore troaght:" I think so, but I saw her again. Good that you come with me, I had anyway to talk to you and the others."

"Who do you?" Asked the little wolf.

The older sister nodded and than went outside with her sister:"I'lltell you when we met the others."

It was already dark:" Hey," Sara turned to Vanessa "Tell Luisa after all are gone she should meet us in the forest by the hollow willow, ok? She lives here in the base after all." Saras expression was serious.

Vanessa looked confused:" Who do you mean with us. *gasp* Do you mean-?"

"Yes, Fineas too. Even he has done that what we literally saw with our own eyes. I mean, he surely has his reasons. don't you think so?"

"Yeah, he wouldn't do anything like that. He isn't himself. I mean, did you saw his eyes. The weren't glowing blue, they were glowing a bright purple. And it gives me chills." Her face expression went to ernst like she took a decision "Sara, I think someone is controlling him. His mind is all cluttered and messed up!"

Sara looked surprised in her direction:" Huh, what do you mean by that? "

"I-I" She was looking confused as well, Sara looked in her sisters eyes, already got used to the glowing goldish eyes "Ok don't flip out, but I think I can read minds..."

Sara stood still and looked :"You WHAT?! Did you hurt your head or somethings?!".

Vanessa sighed in frustation:"Sara no, listen to me! Look, try to think of something and I'll say what it is."

"Ok Ms.I-can-read-minds, what am I thinking of?" Agreed she immediately.

Vanessa shrugged:" Well its easy to read your mind, even it's a bit messy. You're thinking about the word, huh? White cat? Who's that in your mind? I never saw them before."

Sara immediately started flipping out:"HEY HEY! OK I BELEIVE YOU! JUST STAY OUT OF MY MIND!"
"WHOA, Ok chill. You wanted to know it! And, its much easier to read peoples minds when they're hurt." Suddenly the wolfs ears turned "I think it's time for you to go now, they're done with the meeting."

Sara nooded determined:"Ok, thank you." She just wanted to teleport, when she remembered something, "Oh and," she turned back to Vanessa, "if anyone asks, you didn't saw me, tell Akro the same, tell him you don't know where I am if hes asking, ok?"

"Roger!" Said Vanessa nooding with a growl in her voice, Sara knowing it was meant as a signal for danger near her.

Sara immediately teleported away.

She was now on a glade, not far away from the hollow willow. She went by feet till to the tree while thinking about Akro. As she arrived , she got under the tree and played the scene out that could happen in any second with her powers while waiting for her siblings to show up. She started sobbing out of frustration, because of the happening.

But out of sudden she heard something and pulled her head up and letting her hands down, letting the blue magic dissappear that was glowing in the dark. She saw from the deep dark forest something coming in her direction. Eyes glowing on her, with her knowing who it was.
