{Location: A department store in New Ninjago city}(Lloyd's POV)[Time: well, at no particular time other then Cole and Morro are human. Just a holiday special]

I make sure my hood is covoring every wisp of my blond hair. The guys and I are out before the crack of dawn to try and get our holiday shopping done. Only I have no clue what to get Willow. We walk a little more in when Jay starts to step on my heels.  "Ow."

Jay steps back once we're hidden in the changing rooms, "Sorry. I just hate the fan attacks. And for once I'd like to go out in public without being swarmed."

Zane tiles his head up as Cole makes sure the door stays closed, "Statistically, 75% of Ninjago's population are Ninja enthuses so the chances of-"

Morro elbows Zane, "We get it." He rolls his eyes as holiday music plays, "So what's the brilliant plan today?"

Kai huffs as he folds his arms, "What's the matter? Don't have the holiday spirit?"

I roll my eyes at the pun. Morro shakes his head and nearly facepalms himself, "I've got spirit. I'm just so not used to the holidays being so loud. Whatever happened to a simple and quiet conversation by the fire?"

Cole stands on his tiptoes as the store officially opens, "Well quiet conversations don't pay anything."

I lean back on the flimsy walls then stand up, "Ok. So we tend to get caught by fans or otherwise when we're alone or have big groups. So we'll spilt up into pairs. I'm thinking Jay and Cole, Zane and Morro, and Kai and myself. We'll meet up at the doors we came in. Any questions?"

Cole nods, "How about a time limit? We all have 15 minutes tops then we move on to the next store. We can come back later if needed."

I blush a little. I should have thought of that. Whatever. We split up, Jay and Cole head to the shoes, Zane and Morro head to the second floor as Kai and I head over to the jewellery section. I breathe a small sigh of relief as no one is here.

Kai tugs as his hood, he's probably wanting to let his hair out from under his hood, "Any idea what Skylor or Willow would like?"

I run my hand through a rack of shiny necklaces, "I know Willow likes the necklace I gave her."

Kai looks through dozens and dozens of chockers, "Unless you can re-wrap that...Nah, not even then."

I sigh a little. Willow isn't too big on jewelry. And hum.....I stomp my foot, "Gah. Why does she have to be so hard?"

Kai stops looking around and nudges me a little, "Lloyd, you ok?"

I sigh and lean back on the wall between display cases, "It's just.....things like this is hard. I really love Willow. But I feel like I bearly know her. And she's not exactly an open book."

Kai shakes his head, "Is that all. Dude, you're in way better shape then I am. Willow tends to be more open with the following people, her family, you and Zane to a point. See, you're in good company."  Kai kinda looks down, "And here I am....not having talked to Skylor in three months and I have no idea what she'd want."

I shrug my shoulders, "As long as you don't get her anything about you, you're fine."

Kai frowns and reaches out to a rack with his metal arm, "And another thing, not a lot of things are orange. Her color. SO.."

I cover his mouth before he screams. I let go slowly as he calms down. Kai sighs deeply, "Thanks. So..what do I do?"

I run my fingers through the gems and watches, "Kai Smith, the lady man is  asking me for advice?"

"Haha. Seriously though."

I then spot a pair of very shiny orange earrings. I pick them up and turn to Kai. Who's holding a small blue, white and light green notebook. I smirk as he eyes the earings, "Trade."  I hold up the notebook...this...might actually be the perfect gift for Rosie.

(Cole's POV)

Jay keeps talking on and on and on per normal as I dig through piles of shoes. I seem to remember that Seliel said something about high heel blue wedges that she liked. I don't know. I was thinking about my starving stomach. Only problem now is, there are a million shades of blue. And I don't know her shoe size, the style or what the heck a wedge is. I growl as Jay sits down next to my shoe pial, "So nothing?"

"Nope."  I start putting some away as I feel flustered about this, "Why is this so hard?"

Jay helps me clean up then drags me to the women's fashion section, "Because it has to be perfect. Which is why it is just as hard every year for me to shop for Nya."

I bite my lip as I hear some stomping from over where Lloyd and Kai are, "I guess. Any ideas?"

Jay shakes his head as I deflate a little. I sigh as I look at the models, "I really wished it gets easier the more you get to know someone."

"Well," Jay holds up a neon blue dress then shakes his head, "It's not exactly easier but more like you've got to keep toping your self from last year."

"So I should get Seliel a crummy gift now?"

"Oh no."  Jay shakes his head as he keeps looking, "Never crummy gifts."

"But you said-"

"I said better gifts. I didn't say to start at the bottom of the barrel and scrape it."

I roll my eyes and shake my head. Jay opens his mouth and lets out what sounds like a baby dragon screaming, "OH IT'S PERFECT!"  He holds up a dress shirt that's light blue at the top but fades into a darker blue at the bottom.

I nod as I'm still stuck. Then I think back to two things. 1) Didn't she say that she needed new kama after sparing with Pixel? and 2) didn't she used to be a fan-girl? I wipe out my phone, rapidly type in a few words, "I know this is gonna sound weird coming from me, but can I borrow some money?"

Jay holds up the dress and wonders over to me, "What for?"  I show him the picture I chose on my amazon app and he grins, "Oh I see. Sure. No need to pay me back."

"Really?"

"Yeah," Jay whispers as some alarm goes off on the second floor, "I've got access to my biological Dad's bank account."

I smirk as we wonder to the check out aisle, "Perfect."  I study the dress shirt, "Nya's gonna love it, Jay."

(Zane's POV)

I try not to chuckle as Morro nearly pulls his hair out on finding a gift for Katara. I feel bad for him, he doses not need to overthink it as much as he is, "Calm down. I believe that Katara will enjoy whatever you might get her."

Morro stops his search and puts his hands on his hips, "Oh yeah. What are you getting Pixel?"

I almost hold my head high, "I am getting her an extra terabyte of data storage."

Morro cracks up laughing then notices that I am confused by his reaction, "Oh wait. You weren't kidding?"

"Why would I? Pixel is not complicated."

"It's just...memory space. It feels a little short of expectations doesn't it?"

He might have a point. I bite my medal lip as I began to doubt myself, "It is not that bad."

"You had her in your head. You should have the best idea out of all of us of what to get her."  Morro returns to his search thought make-up colors.

I sigh. He is totally right. What was I thinking? Data room? What is wrong with me? Mabey I need a program update. I begin racking my computer about a better gift. 

Morro stops his search and looks a bit guilty, "Sorry. Data storage is a good gift. Sorry for making you doubt yourself. I'm sure it'll be fine."

I know that was supposed to calm me down but somehow it works me up more, "Fine? Just fine? I cannot perform fine. She deserves much better than fine."

Morro folds his arms, "Ok. Take a breath and think logically. Pixel is a designated female robot. What shows up more? The robot or the girl?"

I hum. Processing....processing......processing.

Morro then leans back and talks to a woman wandering around. He holds up some necklace from was on the floor. The woman shakes her head as the man scratches his chin. Morro looks lost as the woman close his hands around something. The couple leaves and he comes back holding up his prize. A bird with its wings touching and a red gem in the middle, "Look at this...It's perfect for Firelilly!"

It takes me a second to recall that is his nickname for Katara. I nod and give him a thumbs up. 

Morro places the necklace around his neck to not lose it. It really does not suit him, "Hey, don't worry. I didn't steal it. I was returning it but she insisted that I'd have it."

I lower my hand as my timer tells me it's time for the next store. I sigh a little, the girls makes a lot of trips here. I was hoping that something would come of it. I head to the front doors with Morro as he tucks the necklace under his shirt. Jay and Cole wonder over with a multi-colored dress. Jay pays for it then for something on Cole's phone. After that Kai and Lloyd wonder over, pay for their stuff as we regroup by the front doors.

Kai has an iron grip on his and Lloyd bag, "So one dress/shirt, whatever Cole got, a pair of earrings, a notebook, a firebird necklace and a partridge in a pear tree. Sorry, nothing worked out for you Zane."

I shrug my shoulders when I hear a familiar numerous girl scream. I turn to see an army of them charging in from across the parking lot.  "Incoming."  I point behind me then take off running to the second floor. Then I see it as I run by. A small display of a crystal snowflake. But there's a thin black line running down the center. But it's....just perfect. I race to it, examen the price tag and luckily there is a salesclerk there. She has blonde hair with black-brown roots. Her eyes are light blue and her smile is fantastic.  "Can I purchase this quickly?"

She looks down, "Yeah."  She looks caught off guard but pulls it out, "That will be-"

I pull out my wallet as my brothers dart off to a window, "This should be more than enough."  I toss out hundred dollar bills. I grab the gorgeous thing and speed off, "No receipt is needed!"  I catch up to my brothers as Kai attampes to open a window.

Cole keeps lookout as Lloyd makes sure he's down low, "Hurry Kai."

Kai growls and punches the glass out.  "I think shopping day is over, guys."

I almost back away, "That drop is too high we will-"  I am interrupted by fan screaming, they're coming around the corner, "I will go first."  I dive jump out, roll and try doing airjutzu only to get my foot caught but a pipe. I land face down in some light snow and my brothers follow suit. At least they landed in their own snow and not on me.

Jay gets up first and keeps his bag from geting wet, "Oh come on!"  He points down the ally as more come.  "It's the fan-opoculips."

I get up next as Morro pats around the snow and finds his gift for Katara. Cole and I throw up an elemental wall as Kai and Lloyd pull out their dragons. We hop on too and take off to the island.

I pull out that I just got. The snowflake is perfect. Pixel will love it.

[Weeks and days later](Lloyd's POV)

I watch in anticipation as Rosie opens up her gift. Kit made sure we woke up at 3 in the morning and she made out like a bandit...or Ronin on a good day I guess. Eather way she's still buried in wrapping paper as Seliel keeps looking around for Cole. I watch as Willow rips off the wrapping paper to her notebook. She holds it up, "I give up, Greenie."

I smile as I offer her a pen, "I know you don't like talking about your past....or anything that actually does bother you. So I thought, at least this is a way you can express something while still being comfortable."

She smirks, leans in and gives me a tap on my cheek with her lips, "This is really sweet, Greenie. Thanks."

I smile as Kai and Morro also get good reactions from Skylor and Katara. We still can't find Cole despite him getting Uncle a new tea set.

Then I hear a 'humppp,' and I and Morro start digging thought the wrapping paper to see Cole literally in wrapping paper with a tag of to Seliel.

Seliel chuckles, "I guess I got Cole for the holidays," She bends down and pulls a piece of tape off his mouth, (I guess you could say she got Cole for Christmass. Sorry: I had to.)  she smiles warmly, "But is that all you got me, Brick brain?"

"No," Cole sits higher from under the tree and a pair of awesome looking kama apper on his lap, "I also got ya these."

Seliel's hands covers over her mouth, "OH MY GOSH!"  She hugs Cole then holds them.

Cole smiles a little too proud, "And....you get me. Anything you want to do with me, Pokie, you got it."

Seliel smirks while unwrapping her kama and taking the blue bow off, "Anything?"

Cole blushes, swallows hard, "Anything."  He leans over to me and Jay, "Hold me to that guys."

[Later]

Cole whimpers as the wooden beam he's attached to cracks under his weight, "I said you could do anything to me and this is what you pick, Pokie?

Seliel holds something behind her back, "Yup. What...were you expecting something more private?"  She smirks as we all know that's was Cole was hoping for.

Cole puts up no fight as he looks at me and the other guys, "Please help me."

I shake my head, "Nope."

Jay snickers, "And I quote, 'Hold me to that, guys.'"

Cole sighs as Seliel pulls out a sharpie marker. 

Seliel forces his head to be still as she writes something on his face, "This is for the insiastion prank."

Cole rolls his eyes as she finishes up, "This is the best you got? The same prank I pulled on you?"

"No," She reaches into her belt and holds up many different colored washable markers, "Have at him, boys."

I don't hesitate to grab a bright green marker.  "Don't mind if I do."

Cole almost worms away but Kit places one of Seliel's needles in his shoulder and he freezes "Come on guys. Where's the holiday spirit?"

Kai snickers as Morro and Zane hang back for their turn, "Well, now we're in a different kind of spirit."

I hope you enjoyed my first ever holiday special. I hope you all have happy holidays no matter what you are celebrating. So yeah, I'm thinking there will be a part two to this but about the girls.
