(A young man named Max Holden is seen meditating along with his master Kurogane.)

Max: (in mind) Years have passed since I came here. But I must not lower my guard, nor forget my weapons at the silent night, or else the enemy will take his opportunity to attack.

Kurogane: (in mind) For a foreigner, he is quite a fast learner. He's actually a great apprentice.

(Some hours later, Max is seen going on a mission to search for a scroll, when he suddenly stumbles upon the Shinobi Hyoutan.)

(He picks it up and gets curious.)

Max: What's this?

(Suddenly a horde of genins come in and surround him.)

(Max sighs in frustration)

Max: Great, I got caught...

(Suddenly he sees a note which instructs him on how to transform, and then he summons a Miraidriver by uncorking their Hyoutan and pouring its contents onto his waist. He then picks up the Menkyo Kaiden Plate.)

(As he does that, he performs a standby dance before preparing to transform.)

Max: Henshin!

(Max then places his Plate onto the Driver and spins its shuriken.)

DARE JA? ORE JA? NINJA! SHINOBI KENZAN!

(Max transforms into Kamen Rider Shinobi.)

Shinobi: Writing the way of Shinobi with the blade of my heart! Kamen Rider Shinobi!

(The Genins charge at Shinobi, who performs one of his techniques.)

NINPO KURISUTE!

(Shinobi Summons a Ninjatō from the back of his belt, and slashes the Genins one by one before preparing to finish them all.)

FINISH NINPO!

(Shinobi makes a combination of slashes with his Ninjatō before doing a spinning final slash, destroying the genins. And then he rushes to find the scroll. Some moments later, he accomplishes his mission and brings the scroll to his master.)

Kurogane: Not bad, Max. Not bad at all.

(What Max doesn't know is that his life will change forever now that he became Kamen Rider Shinobi.)
