[Sara's PoV]
I look up from my position in the middle and see Levi blasting forward with his maneuvering gear. "What the h*ll?" I mutter.
The Titan reaches towards him, a sick smile on its face. He slashes right through its hand, bolting around to the back of its head. He does his signature spin, slicing deeply into the back of the Titan's neck--but it wasn't in the right spot.
Levi had slashed too low, and the Titan took advantage of the captain's stunned moment. It swung its arm back at Levi, and I found myself flying up via maneuvering gear. I slash at the Titan's arm, and it looks at me as the blades cut through its flesh.
I shudder as it glares at me. It shifts its attention to me, automatically trying to eat me. I maneuver away, barely missing its snapping jaws.
Levi slashes at its neck again, but the Titan moves just in time, its arm swiping up to meet the steel wire keeping Levi in the air. Seeming to go in slow motion, Levi's eyes widen in shock as the wire goes taut, then throws him into the trunk of a tree.
He hits the bark with a heavy thud, dropping his swords and falling. He hits the ground hard.
"Someone get Levi and his horse! I'll take care of this Titan!" I yell, flying to the back of the Titan's neck. I slash at it, but it hits the steel wire again. I'm pulled back into a tree, but I keep my wits with me. I land on my feet on the side of the tree.
As the Titan lunges at me again, mouth open and ready to trap me, I spring away, landing on a higher branch. It meets the wood with a crunch, some teeth coming out of its mouth. Blood spews out of its face.
I take this chance, slashing at its neck. My swords find their mark and the Titan roars and goes limp. It slides down the trunk, steam encasing it.
"Stupid abnormal..." I growl, landing softly on the ground.
