[Sara's PoV]
"Did you attack Captain Levi?" Eren calls to the man.

"Don't you think we should discuss this in private?" he says, and his voice confirms it. This is my uncle. He attacked the strongest human alive.

"Sure," Eren says, and Matt walks inside the castle. Me and Eren follow, though I'm lagging behind both men.

Matt opens a closed door, walking into the room. Eren and I follow him in. He closes the door, the barely audible click of a lock following. He drops his gun, kicking it towards us in a submissive manner.

"Did you attack Captain Levi?" Eren repeats.

"Yeah, so what?"

"Why would you do that?!" I yell. "You're not Matt, you're some twisted impostor trying to pass off as him! I know my uncle, and this isn't him!"

"That explosion incident... Well, I detonated the bomb," he says, a small smile on his face. "But I was too close. It knocked a few more screws loose." He taps the side of his head. "The only h*ll I know will be in here."

"This isn't the uncle I know! Who are you?! Why would you try to kill your own brother?!" The uncle I remember was loving and playful. The man with a dark expression in front of me was not my uncle.

"I didn't try. It just happened."

I grabbed the gun off of the floor. "I will use this. Why did you attack Levi? Why did you try to kill--"

"Levi was a cocky b*stard. He deserved what he got."

"You're a cocky godd*mned b*stard, you a*shole!" I responded. "What did you do to my uncle?!"

"I am your uncle, just not the uncle you know. I always acted for you, so that you wouldn't think I was crazy. Family is first in my mind."

"No. It's not. Why did you attack Levi?!"

"Why shouldn't I have? The voices in my head were telling me to. I always listen to those whispers that everyone else ignores."

"You b*stard!" I shrieked, pounting the gun at his skull.

"Sara, we need to get answers. Don't shoot him," Eren says evenly.

"He's impersonating my godd*mned uncle; if this is him, I'm not me. My uncle actually cared for other people, not this b*stard!"
