Five
[Eren Jaeger's PoV]
"Eren, she just woke up. She'll be too tired to stay up for more than a few minutes at a time. You need to go so she can rest," the same woman says from the door.
I look back at Sara, who yawns. "She's right. See you later, I guess," she says, waving.
I hesitate a second, then sigh a little and walk out. "Bye! See you later!" I give her a huge smile.
----------
After a week, Sara's allowed to leave the infirmary. The caretaker said that the girl would need someone by her side, because she still gets dizzy spells. Sara and I agreed that I should.
"You know, you guys are really cute together!" Petra gushed when we went to eat.
"Eh? It's nothing like that!" Sara said, covering her face with her hand. "I-I needed someone to walk with me because I still get dizzy spells!"
"Sure!" the brown-haired woman responded, acting like a child. "I bet you guys'll get maaarrieeed~"
"Stop acting so childish!" Sara yelled, her face completely red. She rubbed her forehead under the bandage that circled around her head. "You're so immature sometimes..."
"Nope, just stating the truth!" Petra chided, floating away to get some food.
"D*mmit, she's so annoying sometimes..." Sara said. "Oh, God." She leaned on me, covering her face with her hand.
"Are you okay?" I said.
She groaned, pressing her fingers into her forehead. "It hurts this time..." She wrapped her arm around mine. "It hurts, Eren..."
I blushed as Petra whistled. "It's not like that!" I yelled at her, wrapping my arms around Sara.
"Nngh..." Sara groaned again, both of her hands pressed to her head.
"Hey, that won't help," I said, trying to pull her hands away. "It'll just aggravate it."
She moaned softly, leaning heavily on me. "It hurts...!"
"Don't worry, you'll be okay. It's just a headache," I say, feeling her forehead. "You don't have a fever, so you're fine. It'll pass in a few minutes."
She covers her face with both hands. "I-It hurts so much..." she groans. She leans her head on my chest.
"Don't talk, it'll make it worse. You'll be fine," I say, stroking her hair. "The dizziness will pass."
"Eren..." she breathes before she passes out.
I lift her up, once again happy that she's light. I take her to the infirmary, telling the caretaker what happened.
