I do not own C.L. Stone's work the Ghost Bird Series and all that it entails.

I just wanted to write a short story about how the academy took over the boys' lives from an outside perspective. Also, I wanted to add some parts from the books; will be in Bold.

I have updated and consolidated the story. I like how it's reformatted, and I think that it's better written.
