After finishing assisting doctor Tavern, I went to immediately find Chishiya. I asked my colleagues of his whereabouts and rushed there.

Although the sight in front of me shattered my heart as I watched a random woman hugging and crying into Chishiya's arms.

Who the fuck is she! Why is she hugging my Chishiya-kun like that?!

"Chishiya-kun!" I called out and they both looked at me.

"Oh I'm sorry, I shouldn't had cried like that." The woman said while parting away from my man.

Yeah you shouldn't have! Can't you see the man is taken!

I grabbed Chishiya's arms and gave the woman a smile.

"Hi there, my name is Chelsea and this man here is my boyfriend." I introduced myself and this seems to shocked the woman.

"First of all..." Chishiya removed my hands and gave me a serious look. "I'm not your boyfriend and second, you should respect me as I'm a doctor. If I hear you calling me Chishiya-kun one more time I will have the directors remove you from this hospital."

I've never seen Chishiya so... cool before. Maybe he was embarrassed that I caught him hugging one of his patients! Yes, that's it! He's embarrassed! I would be too if a random guy suddenly hugs me. I wouldn't want the person I love to catch me doing that either.

My Chishiya-kun is so humble and cute!

"Don't you have anything better to do? Go make yourself useful somewhere else." Chishiya instructed me and I nodded.

"Sir yes sir! I mean, yes doctor Chishiya-kun!" 

I nodded and walked away. Although, instead of leaving, I snucked inside a room where I can hear the two of them.

You think Chishiya-kun would go for you? My Chishiya-kun! In your dreams woman!

"Don't mind her, she's just a nobody." Chishiya said.

Is he still trying to be humble? 

"But isn't she your girlfriend?" The woman asked, making me smile and warm but what Chishiya said next broke my heart into a million pieces.

"She's delusional, I would never date someone like her."

I didn't even realize but tears were already streaming down my face. I've heard that words a millionth times already but hearing it from Chishiya feels like I've been stabbed in the heart repeatedly.

Delusional...

Many people said I was delusional for thinking that Chishiya loves me. They say that I was imagining things and overreacting. They don't know Chishiya, they don't know that he secretly loves me. But why did he never touch me?

Am I really... delusional?

"Anyways, we aren't here because of her, we're here because of S/n. What happened to him?" The woman's voice brought me back to reality.

S/n? Who is S/n?

"We ate at the food festival this morning. S/n, my son ingested food poisoning. He's been vomiting non-stop and even when I gave him a medicine, he continues to reject them until his vomit turned into blood. I rushed him here to get treated and I-I couldn't bear  to see him like that." The woman cried again and Chishiya pulled her into his chest.

This scene made my blood boiled to the point where I want to pull her hair away and dragged her out of here. She's using this opportunity to touch him! 

How dare she steal my Chishiya! He is mine! Only mine!

Chishiya doesn't like her, he just pity her. My Chishiya would never go for a girl like her. But... with my five years knowing Chishiya, never had I seen him comfort or hug someone. Why now? Who is this woman? Why does she gets to get that close with him! 

Even if Chishiya pities other patients, he would never go that far as to hug them. Why does this girl gets special treatment!

"Don't worry, I've already extract the toxic in his body. He just needs to rest now and he can go home tomorrow." Chishiya placed his hand on the woman's head and I clenched my hand into a fist.

"Thank you Chishiya, I don't know what I would do if something happens to my son."

"He is in a good hands, you should rest for now. You don't need to worry anymore Y/n."

Y/n, so that's her name. I'll show her not to mess with me and Chishiya's romance!

After they left, I sneaked into the room of where her son, S/n would be. I widened my eyes as soon as I saw the little boy.

"W-why do you look like Chishiya? A-are you their son? Did Chishiya cheat on me? How dare he!" 

With all the anger I had, I put out a poison that I specifically made in case of emergency. This emergency consists of someone stealing Chishiya from me or if someone dares get in our way. 

I opened the covered and took a big syringe to give this boy a high dose of my poison. The green liquid filled the syringe, and I can feel the victory of having Chishiya all to myself. 

No one will get in our way, not even your kid Chishiya! Only I should bare you child!

I don't know what this Y/n did to acquire Chishiya's attention but I am not letting her have her way. She's just a slut trying to ruin our relationship so I must teach her a lesson!

"Alright S/n, this won't hurt..." A smile was plastered on my face as I inject the fluid into S/n. "Much."

It fascinates me how the liquid slowly decreases as they merge into the kid's blood. 

"It's not my fault that you have to disappear my this world, blame that slutty mother of yours for seducing what's suppose to be mine. I can only hope your death won't be painful." 

After injecting the poison, I went to the reception to get Y/n's details.
