The End Was Near - iivanitaii
This book had an interesting plot line that could've made a spectacular story. Unfortunately, the way it was presented needs a little fixing up. The chapters are a little hard to understand due to the number of grammatical errors. Because of this, the first chapter didn't leave me craving to read more as it should have. As well as that, the summary didn't really draw me in. It is set out to be good, it just needs editing. I would suggest a good read over and possibly getting someone to edit this book. The cover doesn't really make sense until the last couple of chapters and it's not strikingly eye-catching.
Overall, with the proper editing and a lot of time and care, this book has the potential to be something great.
Different Girl - bookholicc
This book started off really great but unfortunately the more I read, the harder it was to understand. By the end, I was so confused as to what was going on and who was who. This meant I couldn't enjoy the story as much as I should have. The summary was really good and made me curious as to what the book was about. However, the cover didn't really draw me in or match the story. I'm not 100% sure what the plot line of this book was but if you spend the proper time planning and editing, it could become something great.
Paraplegic - Xoxo-Mine
This book was very fun and intriguing to read. I was very happy to see that you didn't follow the good girl, bad boy cliché. This book's plot line wasn't all that unique but the way you presented it was very refreshing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. There were a few errors throughout this book but that happens to everyone. With the proper editing, it will be great. The summary was quite short and most people would ask you to make it longer but personally, I loved it and think it was just what it needed to be. It was very simple and yet so deep and intricate. Good job, I definitely enjoyed reading this!!
Be Careful What You Wish - ForeverAnon
When I read the summary of this book, my expectations weren't really that high. It wasn't necessarily a bad summary, it just didn't pull me in and leave me filled with curiosity. It seemed like another little cliché book about wishes. However, you proved me wrong. This book was far from what I expected and I loved every bit of it. Although it was a little confusing, to begin with, I got into it and found myself rushing to get to the next chapter. The cover isn't really an eye-catching cover, however, I see how it relates to the book and I think it's quite good. It's just that when scrolling through books, it probably wouldn't make me go 'ooh what's this about'. The summary can use a bit of work, but the story itself was great! There were a few errors along the way and one or two sentences that couldn't be understood but that comes with any book. With a bit of editing, this will be an amazing story.
Iron Queen - bibliophilic-
This book was a blessing to my library. This book was unique from most things I read and it was hard to find fault. Perhaps the summary gives away a little too much and should provide more of a mystery, but even then, it's very good! The only thing that you could possibly improve on (and even then you don't need to that much) is to describe the surroundings a bit more. But hats off to you for creating such a great book! It was a joy to read and I found that I felt a little lost when I reached the end. I'm keen to keep reading!
The Other Cinderella Story - ThatGreyGirl
An amazing book that portrays the image of Cinderella in a modern way. An interesting book to read. Well done Savannah. ❤
Loving A Stranger - Beau-tous
A story about a broken girl who liked a guy from afar. It's cute and kinda cheesy. Lovely plot dear AND lovely cover. Keep up the great work! ❤
The Bachelor King #1 - SpinyKyverna
A really enjoyable book about dinosaurs and whatnot. I really think that this story should be in the "Adventure" category cause it's filled with excitement and the fact that it's longer than usual books that are categorised in "short story". Nonetheless it's a very interesting book filled with some religious facts.
Keep up the amazing work Eduardo Lopez. ❤
h i d e o u s - 1998rika_
This book is a really great one. Amazing work on the cover! I like how the book was plotted. I found it absolutely cute when you didn't use a lot of capital letters. #adorbs
Into The Sunset - SwordInTheInkwell
Interesting story. I was a little confused about the setting at first but the book became exciting and I was keen to read more. A very great book. Keep it up!
Cancer Hotline - lovinglexy
Cancer Hotline was a great read and a superb dialogue story. The first chapter got me hooked and I wanted to know more about what would happen to the two main characters. Although the cover is quite aesthetically pleasing, it does not really relate to the story. Maybe try a hospital bed with a phone? Just suggestions. Overall well done!Nomination: Best TwistAt first the book seemed normal. Two characters just talking. Although there is some foreshadowing at the start it developed. We get to know later on that the.... Just read the book *winky face* Just know there was a lot of lies that later revealed itself. O.o o.O
Fairy Tale Songfics - 18Dragon
Fairy Tail Songfics seemed very well thought out. I liked how their was a story for each famous song. Although not a fan of FairyTail this songfic got me sucked into the world. It's a very good book, however if edited and grammar mistakes checked it would be even better. Overall good job!
Always - Fashionistaaxox
Always would have been a really good book if the plot wasn't so slow? I think the chapters are too short. It might be good if the plot sped up faster. Overall could be a good read once it has finished. Looking forward to more content
Quasar - DennisFinn
Quasar was an enticing book, we got to know a bit of the back story, though it got quite confusing. I think a thorough editing and additional chapters to add more to the plot line. Overall, I like the idea behind the story.
Him - SilverGrace643
Him had a hooking summary, but it didn't seem to relate to the story as I had hoped it would be. There probably was a good idea behind this story but it was shown. It got confusing. She writes a letter, I know it was from a hurt teenager but it talks about how they knew each other for a long time? Since childhood? Then turns out in the story/backstory they just met in high school.. Overall this book has great potential but needs some rethinking and editing.
My Case Files: A Mystery Anthology - hellocheeky
- the story is amazing, and it's very unique. I'm a fan of Sherlock Holmes games on PC, and this book is an enjoyable read.
- the only issue I had is the lack of character descriptions, and the first case being kinda predictable, though it was executed very well.
- the second case was definitely more interesting, though I knew who the culprit already was from the start.
Midnight-Mare - John_Felton
- the summary is a little weird, you introduced yourself in the 2nd paragraph and the on the third paragraph, you suddenly focused on the protagonist in the story.
- I think it's better if you switch the 2nd and 3rd paragraphs around, buuuut, this is just my thinking, just follow your style and do what makes you feel comfortable.- I notice some sentences are missing fullstops / periods, in the story, and wrong words are being used.
- I love the story, it's intriguing, and it keeps me on my toes. With danger lurking around every corner, I'm not even sure if the protagonist will make it out alive.
- the protagonist uses his brains, which thank god, I've seen too many horror games where the protagonist doesn't seem to use their brains.
- also, great job on allowing us, the readers, to relate to the protagonist. The way he is carved out is very realistic.
The Best-Selling Book Thief - JohanValentine
- jumping right into the plot, great job. Alot of authors don't do that, and they tend to have filler chapters, which bores the readers pretty quickly.
- there isn't much description of the characters or the surroundings here.
- it's a little hard make out an image in my mind, especially how the character or the setting looks like.
- there are some paragraphing issues, try to limit one paragraph to one person talking. If two people are talking in the same paragraph, you'll easily confuse the readers.
- instead of using ' to start the dialogue, use " instead. Using ' is difficult since you will use words like "he's", "I'm" "can't" and so on, and it really easily confused the readers too.
- when a character gets cuts off, writers normally uses this "-" instead of "........." "......." is used when the character is dragging on their sentence. - I wish there was more build-up in Logan's image of the 'perfect' Jake crumbling, his change of opinion towards Jake is quite sudden. Espeically when he suddenly agreed after just one arguement from his friend.
- the explanation about the hacking section is very impressive.
Fake Honeymoon - AdamsWonu
- the name for the female lead in the summary is different from her name in the book.
- the first chapter got me hooked, the tone is just right, the female lead is absolutely adorable. It's amazing.
- I spotted a few mistakes in the first chapter, example "too" should be "to" in one of the sentences.
- there are missing full stops in the sentences.- the flow of the plot is perfect, and the author doesn't drag it on, which is also good.
- I'm a sucker for good, cliché stories that are written nicely, like this. I wish there were more chapters.
- with only two chapters, I find it very difficult to judge fairly.
Ephemeral - -constellate
- the story is angst, deep, complex and bittersweet.
- every chapter really digs deep into the protagonist's thoughts, and i can't help but feel sad yet intrigued by the protagonist.
- the chapters are really short, but that's probably just your style of writing.
- the plot is moving too slowly for my liking, some chapters feels like fillers.
- the aesthetic design of the entire book is so beautiful.
- i feel like the summary should be longer, in order to 'feel' that pull to your story.
