Tom and Hazel's story isn't finished yet, 'The Serpent's Teeth: His Desires'' is simply what happenes after Hazel goes back to her time, once Tom reaches her timeline their story will continue.

'The Serpent's Teeth' is the first book from The Serpent's series that I've written.
I don't advice you to read book 3 'His Mark' if you haven't read the first draft of 'The Serpent's Teeth' since it might reveal some spoilers.

Each book in The Serpent's series has a first chapter that is called:
"The Chronological order of the Serpent's series"
