Over the next couple of weeks, Betty was recovered and was taking it easy, and was used to jughead and FP living with her; sometimes she had to remind herself that she wasn't alone anymore, but she was really happy for the first time in her life.

Betty was working her shift at pops while jughead and FP were at home. "Betty, you can finish early today, the diners not that busy" pop Tate grinned at her. "Are you sure? I can stay it's not a problem" Betty said. "I'm sure honey, head home" the older man chuckled. "Thank you!" Betty smiled and hugged him. "You're welcome... it's really good to see you so happy" pop said, looking at the blonde, who meant a lot to him. "I like it too" Betty smiled, before waving and leaving the diner. When Betty got home, she opened the door and was met by jughead and FP lounging on the couch watching tv. "Hey darling!" FP smiled when he saw her. "Hey guys" Betty greeted, taking her shoes off. "Hey babe, how come You're home?" Jug asked, standing up and kissing her hello. "Pop let me finish early, we weren't that busy" she smiled. "Well I'm glad" he smiled. "Me and jug were thinking of ordering pizza for dinner?" FP suggested and Betty nodded. "Sounds good" Betty agreed. "I need to change and do some homework" Betty said and made her upstairs, jughead following her. When they got into her bedroom, jughead instantly pulled her into his arms and kissed her Properly. "I missed you" he said, resting his head against her. "You saw me a few hours ago at school" betty giggled. "But I missed you too" she added. When they pulled away from each other, Betty took her pops uniform off and shrugged on jugheads hoodie and some leggings. "I have a little bit of homework to do, then can we watch a movie?" Betty asked and jughead nodded. "Of course" he smiled. "I'll leave you too it okay? I'll be downstairs" he said, kissing her before leaving the room. He wasn't worried about her stressing herself out with work because she'd been doing well, so he let her do her homework.

Jughead had been downstairs with his dad for about twenty minutes, when Betty called him from upstairs. "Juggie! Can you come here!" She yelled and jug stood up and walked up the stairs. "What's up betts?" He said, when he got up to her room, she was sat at her desk with her homework in front of her. "Can you help me with my chemistry homework please?" She asked. "Of course baby" he smiled, and pulled her off the chair, sitting down on it and then letting her sit on his lap. He spent the next fifteen minutes helping her with her homework, and when he was done, Betty kissed him. "Thank you" she smiled. "You're welcome" he said. "And I'm proud of you for asking for help" he said. A month ago Betty still wouldn't have asked for help from anybody, even if it was for something as small as homework, but jughead and everyone were really proud of how far she's come in the last few weeks. "I'm done now, can we watch a movie?" She said and he nodded, leading her downstairs.

That night, Betty and jughead were laying in bed, about to go to sleep. "I have a therapy session tomorrow after school" she told him. "Okay, would you like me to take you?" He asked. "Would you mind?" She asked and jughead shook his head, Drawing her closer to him. "Not at all" he said and she smiled, placing a kiss on his lips. "Thank you" she said. "And I was thinking..." jug started. "That's dangerous" Betty teased and laughed when jughead started to tickle her. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" Betty giggled and he grinned down at her. "Anyway... as I was saying, I want to take you on a date" he said and Betty's face lit up. "Really?" She said and jug nodded. "Yes! So how about tomorrow after I pick you up from therapy, I take you somewhere?" He asked and Betty nodded. "I'd love that".
