The following week, Betty found herself sat in jugheads truck, outside a clinic. Jughead, with the help of FP had found betty a therapist. "Do you want me to come in with you?" Jughead asked but Betty shook her head. "No thank you, I need to do this on my own" she said and he nodded in understanding. "Will you pick me up in an hour?" She said and he nodded. "Okay, I better go in" she said, taking a deep breath. "Hey" Jug said and cupped her cheeks. "You'll be okay. You've got this" he said and she kissed him. "Bye" she said. "Bye baby, love you" he said. "Love you too" she said and he watched as she got out the truck and walked into the clinic, before her drove off.

"Did she go off alright?" FP asked when jughead went to the wyrm after dropping betty off. He was sat at the bar with his dad, fangs and Sweetpea and Toni was behind the bar, working. "She was a bit nervous but she seemed okay" jughead said. "Did you offer to stay with her?" Toni asked and jughead nodded. "Yeah but she said she needed to do it on her own" he explained. "Hopefully it will help her" jughead added. "It will just take time" FP said. "Betty's not working after her session so I feel like we should do something fun to cheer her up" jughead said. "The carnivals in Greendale" Sweetpea said. "Yes! Let's go!" Toni grinned. "Okay" jughead agreed. They spoke for a while longer until jughead left to go and pick Betty back up. When he pulled up to the clinic, he hopped out the truck and leant against it, waiting for Betty to come out. When he spotted her she smiled and he held his arms open for her. "Hi" she said as she hugged him. "Hey baby" he smiled, kissing her head. "How was it?" He asked when they pulled away. "It was a bit weird to talk about everything but it was good. I think it will be okay" she said and he grinned. "That's Amazing betts!" He said, pulling her close to him again. "So.. there's a carnival in Greendale and the others want to go, are you up for it?" He asked her and she nodded. "Yeah. I've never been to a carnival before" she said and jughead was shocked. "Really?" He said and she nodded. "Well now we have to go" he laughed. "Okay but can we go back to mine first so I can change?" She asked and he nodded.

At the carnival, jughead smiled as he watched Betty's eyes light up, as she took in her surroundings. "This is so cool juggie!" She said excitedly. "It is" he grinned and pulled her closer to him. "What shall we do first?" Sweetpea asked. "Well I don't know about you guys but I'm hungry" jughead said and pulled them in the direction of the food stalls. "What would you like betts?" He asked and Betty's eyes went wide as she looked at all the options. "Erm... I don't know" she said. "Okay, how about a hotdog and some candy floss?" He asked and she nodded. "Okay!" She smiled. The others went off to find some other food and Betty and jughead waited in line. When they ordered, Betty pulled out her purse to pay for it but jughead gently pulled her arm away and handed over some money. "Let me treat my girl" he smiled as she protested. "Thank you" she said. He handed her her hotdog and laughed as she Took a bite, and some ketchup got on her nose. He bent down and licked it off her face, making her blush. "You like it?" He asked when they had eaten. "It was so good!" She grinned. "Okay and now let's get candy floss" he smiled. "I've never had candy floss" she said when he brought it. "What!?" He said shocked. "Here" he said handing her the candy floss and she brought it to her mouth and took a bite. "Oh my god!" She said and stuck her face in it. "This is amazing" she said and he laughed. "You're adorable" he smiled and kissed her softly. "You taste sweet" he commented and chuckled when she blushed again. "Can we go on a ride now?" Betty begged, pulling jughead in the direction of the others. "We want to go on the rollercoaster!" Sweetpea said, and pointed to a big rollercoaster. "I've just eaten loads so I'll go on in a bit" Jug said "me too!" Toni agreed. "Betty, you coming?" Fangs asked. "Yeah!" She grinned. "Have you ever been on a rollercoaster babe?" Jug asked her and she shook her head "no". "Are you sure you'll be okay?" He said and she nodded. "Come on" Sweetpea said and jughead and Toni watched as Betty, fangs and Sweetpea got in line for the rollercoaster.

About 15 minutes later, jughead and Toni were sat on a bench when fangs and Sweetpea came over to them with a pale looking Betty. "Betts?" Jug asked, concerned, standing up and walking over to his girlfriend. "What happened?" Toni asked. "I don't think Betty likes rollercoasters" fangs said. "I think I'm going to throw up!" Betty panicked before rushing Over to a bin and spilling her guts. "Oh baby..." jug sighed and rubbed her back, holding her hair out the way. "Are you done?" He asked when she stood Back up. "Yeah" she nodded and thanked Toni as she handed her some water. "How can people enjoy that?!" Betty scoffed and the others laughed. "It's fun!" Sweetpea grinned. "Let's go on more rides!" Fangs announced. Jughead took a look at Betty and saw the queasy look on her face so he wrapped an arm around her and said "you guys go ahead I think me and betts will do something that doesn't involve rides". The others nodded and rushed off, leaving the couple alone. "Are you sure you're feeling okay?" Jughead asked, still worried. "Honestly I'm fine now" she reassured him. "Okay, let's go and have some more fun then" he smiled, lacing their fingers together and leading them to the stalls.
