Okay! Day 2 of this multi fandom challenge, and I'm bored out of my mind and need to keep myself distracted, so here I am! XD

Favorite female character...

*begins to think* Lúthien/Tinúviel... Arwen Undomiel... Lady Galadriel... Éowyn...

Wow, I'm actually drawing a blank on other fandoms right now! 0.0 So, I think I'm gonna just pick one this time and not cheat!

Darth Vader: Are you not feeling well?

Actually, I'm not feeling the best, but that's not affecting my fandomness! 😂

Okay, I'll pick a favorite female from The Silmarillion, then!

Darth Vader: ...you've never read that book.

But I do know about it! I studied up on the First Age up to the other ages! And I do know the tale of Beren and Lúthien, and I'm choosing Lúthien Tinúviel as my favorite female character!

After Beren was slain, she willed herself to die and went before Mandos, who's basically the keeper of the souls of the dead. Now, this guy is tough, and once a person has died, he doesn't allow that person to return to the land of living, just like it should be, okay? But, Lúthien was different. She sang to him a lament, and it is said to have been the most beautiful and emotional song ever, and it was so moving, that Mandos returned Beren to the lans of living, but only under one condition: that Lúthien become a mortal herself. Lúthien was willing to do this, of course, because she loved Beren so much.
